Hi guys! I’m a 21 year old nanny from United States as well as a Psychology student at the UON. My partner, Harley, is a 25 year old Diesel Fitter, originally from Western Sydney, who enjoys motorbikes and a good laugh. We recently returned from a lengthy visit to the States are are looking for a space to move into that is shared with other laid-back and friendly individuals, who are both respectful towards each other and respectful towards the space. We both remain pretty busy between work and school but are hoping to be able to come home to a positive, warm and fun environment in the end of the day. We are both responsible and respectful and take pride in both the place we live and the condition we keep it in.
Moving to Newcastle to study, I am a 24 year old straight male who is coming from Sydney. I have lived out of home for four years and have experience living in sharehouses. I'm not looking for a party household but would definitely love a social and active household. I am happy living with just about any housemates, regardless of gender or sexuality. I also get along great with pets. As long as everyone is chill and gets along, I think I'd be a great addition.
Quiet person non smoker, currently doing an internship in social media marketing. Love animals. Not much of a socialite but wouldn't mind sharing accommodation with a few nice people, good with computers and a little artsy when the itch strikes. Spend a majority of my free time online, mostly gaming, so good internet is a must personally and professionally. Enjoy FFXIV, Overwatch, Dip into WoW on occasion ( Both factions c: ) pubg, little bit of csgo. Great things we could enjoy/get mad at together as roomies, would love to meet someone irl with some shared interests in these. Don't own a car to hog your driveway space and clean up after myself. Don't mind if you're loud (had a roommate that practiced drums every week) or smoker of any kind. Looking to live anywhere in the Newcastle area and suburbs close to bus lines. Prefer bills included in rent, but fine if they aren't. I've got a flawless rental history (3 years) and never been behind on payment, can provide references on request.
My name is Dinuk, I am 22 years old and I am from Melbourne, where I've lived my whole life up until now. I am to start my course in physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle as of February 26th. I am someone who is friendly and sociable but also someone who respects personal space and boundaries. I have previously lived in a shared accommodation in Melbourne so i know what it's like living with others in regards to hygiene and cleanliness. I can also be quiet diligent with studying so you may see notice that I might study till late. I very much love to cook, and would be happy to have cook ups or just spend time with others. I also like watching tv shows, reading, and going for walks and spending time with friends. I am also easy going and very approachable. I hope you may take this all into consideration, thanks.

We would like a friendly and tidy person who has also lived in share housing before. If you like movies/tv, the gym, the beach, music, video games and the occasional night out we will get along just fine. Looking to move early to mid Feb.
I'm easy going, tidy and always pay rent on time. I have a 5 year old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy. I have a whole house worth of furniture which can be used or put in storage. I'm in the RAAF and work at Williamtown. I travel to Brisbane about once a month so I need someone who loves dogs to be able to feed him when I'm gone.
I'm from Canberra, coming to Newcastle for University. This is my first time living out of home but I'm very independent and able to cook, clean, manage finances easily etc. I'm very easy going and love to have a good laugh. I'll be studying electrical engineering, so will often be cramming or on campus. I'll be working part-time also. Would like the option of having my cat with me but my family are also happy to take her. Feel free to contact me if you think I'd be suited.

I'm looking at moving to Newcastle from Brisbane in Jan. Have a full time job in a salon as a 3rd year apprentice so happy to give free haircuts to my housemates. I'm super social and always down for a drink or a chill night at home. I love music so there's always music playing or i'm out at gigs. Clean and tidy and a great cook. Looking to make friends not just have housemates.
I enjoy being sociable but also I enjoy my own space and free time
Hi I’m Lisha & I’m moving to Newcastle from my hometown Dubbo to start university. I am a very tidy person so I always clean up after myself because I hate a mess. I love to have fun & socialise but also like quiet time to myself so would love for my future roomie to be the same. :)
Hi, I’m Alicia. I have lots of different hobbies. I like to bake and can make macaroons. I have a sewing machine so I can repair your clothes but it does need it’s own space. I’m very active I play team sports mainly AFL at the moment but I can also play soccer, basketball and netball. I also try to get to the gym everyday of the week but when I’m at home I like to chill in front of the TV. I mainly watch ABC and SBS and have never watched an episode of the Bachelor. I like live comedy and music. I have been living by myself for the past year so I may not be as neat as most people. I’m happy to share household chores but not spending every weekend cleaning. I have my own furniture including a fridge so I am not looking for a place in an already furnished house.
Full time uni student, 32yrs looking for working/studying people to live with. Spiritual, non-smoker non-drinker vegetarian etc Looking for similar or respectful of such. I am easy going respectful, dependable, etc. I am 127% committed to studying for the next three years. Just finished a semester of open foundation. I am looking to find somehwere to live that allows me to do that....
I'm quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I don't smoke and I'm financially reliable. I'm an admin assistant at the University and have a second (retail) job in Warners Bay. At the moment I work casual hours but I'm looking for full-time work now that I've finished uni and have more time on my hands. Bit of a nerd/perpetual student. Recently finished my degree in politics and international relations. Love intellectual banter. I mingle well with people from diverse backgrounds. I'm friendly/sociable but also spend a lot of time in my room reading / studying. (Actually that's a lie — I'm probably bingeing Netflix). What I'm looking for: I need to find a new place ASAP due to a change in family circumstances. I'm looking for a large-ish room with a decent amount of storage space. I can purchase any furnishings that aren't already provided with the room. The place must be close to public transport. It might be a couple months before I'm able to drive, so I'll be travelling to Warners Bay and Callaghan by bus. Air-conditioning is strongly desirable but not essential. (I tend to get migraines in extreme heat / humidity). I'm looking for mature, responsible housemates. Not interested in student 'party houses'. No preferred age/gender.
Hi! I'm a full time art student - starting degree in Natural History Illustration next year at UON.. and work weekends in retail. Long term preferred. Looking to move between early to mid January (when the lease is up here). Thanks to a greedy tax man.. (somehow ended up OWING money this year 🤔) ..I'm not in a position to provide much bond/rent in advance at this stage.. 0-2 weeks bond is all I can commit to for now. Looking for a large room - I have a drawing table+computer desk I'll need to fit in there, I’ll probably downsize to a double bed so I can squeeze more into a room. not a big party person, being 30(ish) i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. veggie patch (or potential for one) and a nice yard space would be awesome. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. If i can give her access outside via a window in my room she's likely to not ever venture into other parts of the house. not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.

I also love British TV shows. I'm from a small coastal town 4 hrs north of Sydney called Forster. I love to sing, play guitar and piano. I also love the beach and going out for meals/other stuff.
Prakash Mallick - Starting Ph.D (Doctoral) studies in Robotics. ------------------ I am an absolutely neat person who like to keep his room clean. I am very respectful. I have lived in Melbourne (for 2 years) as I did my Masters in Engineering in University of Melbourne. I am acquainted to Australian Culture (So to the International Friends, I can help bridge the gap between your culture and Australian Culture..... Ha ha ha.. :) ). I like to make friends especially international (quite curious to know about different cultures). I am a casual and social drinker sometimes (Like once in a month). I don't like to party much (except a sober, friendly and hilarious conversation over a drink). I came from India in 2015 and now I am permanent resident over here. I like staying fit and going to gym almost everyday. So if you wanna hit the gym together then I am your man. I am casual and easy going with life but careful and a serious person as well. I like to keep life balanced (study + workout + social life). I am quite punctual and disciplined as well. I like going on hiking or going to countryside sometime for camping (to get some scenic captures in my Phone). I am not a photographer but I i like to click quite often. I am the least noisy guy you would ever get.
I am honest, warmblooded and helpful, and prefer to share accommodation with one of my kind. Most of my working-days will be passed in my university office as I am a PhD student. thus, I prefer to hang around with my flatmate(s) my free times instead of staying at home.
I'm Fijian and will be moving to AUS in mid Feb to study at UON-willing to start paying rent from the beginning of Feb. Don't smoke/drink, responsible and neat. - Being well mannered and respectful towards others - whether it be their opinions, culture or personal space is a value that I take seriously and I would appreciate like minded flatmates. - Messy environments stress me out, so you can expect me to be very tidy and always clean up after myself. - I'm from the Islands of Fiji but have lived overseas for the past couple of years, which has made me quite open minded - so I get along well with students from any sort of background. - I want an environment that will let me be myself, allow me to focus on my school work and that will allow me to make fun experiences at the same time. - I'm pretty much an extrovert stuck in an introvert's body. I keep to myself a lot, but I'd love to get to know my fellow flatmates and would totally be down to hangout or walk with you to the shop if you're too scared to walk alone cause it's getting dark. Or maybe you just need someone to talk to, after a long day or having a tough time. I got you fam! - I'll be moving to Newcastle in February 2018 to study Environmental Science at The University of Newcastle (Callaghan). - Feel free to drop a message💃🏽
Mason - Starting his third year of study at UoN in Civil engineering and surveying. Spends most of his time studying and playing Xbox, he is responsible, tidy and quiet but always up for a friendly chat. Drink of choice would be a schooner of Tooheys new but if he's treating himself then Scotch would be his first choice. Jasmin - Starting her second year at UoN in Bachelor of creative Industries majoring in Writing and Publishing. Spends most of her time sleeping, reading and pestering Mason. She is also responsible, respectful of common areas and enjoys meeting new people. Drink of choice would have to be Harddys Charddy but if she's treating herself the tequilla comes out. We have been together for over a year, living together multiple times, and we both have a steady income coming in.
