I'm looking for a place to live during my full-time summer Internship that ends on the 28th of Feb. Somewhere close to the Airport while still being central is ideal. I'm moving from Brisbane and looking to keep my head down and work hard over the summer. I'm clean, laid-back and mostly keep to myself, or not. I also like to think I can cook.
Hi My name is Alex, I'm a 25 year old male studying nursing full time at Callaghan and currently work two jobs. I'm easy going and I enjoy playing sport, socialising, bit of gaming and a sneaky beer every so often. I am a clean and tidy person especially in communal areas. I'm looking to move into a house with air conditioning whether its in the lounge room or bedroom. I'm looking to move into a house in a 15km radius of the uni. Length of stay starting at 3 months with the potential to extend ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN RENT IS A MUST
I'm chill but like to enjoy a sneaky bevy or two every now and then. Uni student working over the holidays. I prefer to spend most of my free time outdoors. I'm tidy and respectful of personal space, but also looking to make some new friendships! I love being social but I value my alone time as well. Just searching for a place for summer and the next semester of uni.
Hello Everyone, I am an International student and will be commencing at the University of Newcastle in Feb 2018 as a fresher. I prefer to find accommodation near the University for convenience, which is at Callaghan. I am an easy going and spontaneous person with interest in exploring new cultures. I like to be organized and keep things neat & tidy in my day to day life. Moreover, I love adventure and on the other hand, enjoy a laid-back evening at home. I respect people's personal space and expect the same from others, and not mind spending fun time with my room-mates.
Hey! I'm an Engineering student at the University Newcastle looking for a place to rent. Duration: 6-12 months. Internet connection: NBN. Ensuite: Preferable. Smokers: No. I'm an open-minded person and accept people from all walks of life. Tend to be respectful of other people's space and boundaries, although I do love a good discussion. In essence, the best way to describe me is as having an INTP-T type personality. Cheers.

I'm super social and always down for a drink or a chill night at home. I love music so there's always music playing or i'm out at gigs. Clean and tidy and a great cook. Hi I’m Lisha & I’m moving to Newcastle, from my hometown Dubbo, to start university. I’m a very tidy person who always cleans up after herself because I hate mess. I love to have fun & socialise but also need time to myself so can respect anyone else who is the same. I have family in Newcastle that I love but am needing some independence so living without them is something I’m excited for.
Hi! I'm a full time art student and work weekends in retail. Long term preferred. Looking to move between mid December to mid January (when the lease is up here). Thanks to a greedy tax man.. (somehow ended up OWING money this year 🤔) ..I'm not in a position to provide much bond/rent in advance at this stage.. 0-2 weeks bond is all I can commit to for now. Looking for a large room - I have a drawing table+computer desk I'll need to fit in there, I’ll probably downsize to a double bed so I can squeeze more into a room. A balcony or sunroom would be awesome to use as an art station. A private-ish shed space or similar would also be handy (so I can get art-messy) but both are not essential. not a big party person, being 30 i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
I am a quiet, clean student looking for a household with similar ideals while I attended university. I’m going into my third year studying teaching and I enjoy art, cooking, and bushwalking. I’m a pretty laid back and friendly person to live with.

The house is very spacious, with a big backyard with a chill shed and bar. The bedrooms are large, and the toilet is seperate from the bathroom so no having to wait to do a shit. We have air conditioning, a bbq, fire pit, big stereo, ping pong table, back yard lounges and a vintage organ.

This property is a half house, backyard, clothesline, laundry carport are shared with the tenant of 2/2 king street. Central to the University, Mater hospital, waratah villiage and mayfield. The entire house is fully furnished, (with plenty to occupy yourself with such as gaming and tv) minus the room offered, which currently has a lounge that folds into a bed which can be used, otherwise it will be removed from the room, the bedroom has a double built in mirrored, sliding wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The property does not have a fenced in yard so not appropriate for animals. NOTE - Electricity and gas are not included in the rent and must be paid on time, 2 weeks notice will be given for all bills. The lease for this property is up for renewal on 28/1/18 and we plan on finding a new property, in the time between moving in and when the lease ends, there should be enough time for the new tenant and ourselves to figure out if we would like to continue as a share house.

Fijian living in Asia. Love adventures, kdrama and chilling with friends. Don't smoke/drink. I'm neat and respectful. - Being well mannered and respectful towards others - whether it be their opinions, culture or personal space is a value that I take seriously and I would appreciate like minded flatmates. - Messy environments stress me out, so you can expect me to be very tidy and always clean up after myself. - I'm from the Islands of Fiji but have lived overseas for the past couple of years, which has made me quite open minded - so I get along well with students from any sort of background. - I want an environment that will let me be myself, allow me to focus on my school work and that will allow me to make fun experiences at the same time. - I'm pretty much an extrovert stuck in an introvert's body. I keep to myself a lot, but I'd love to get to know my fellow flatmates and would totally be down to hangout or walk with you to the shop if you're too scared to walk alone cause it's getting dark. Or maybe you just need someone to talk to after a long day or having a tough time. I got you fam! - I'll be moving to Newcastle in February 2018 to study Environmental Science at The University of Newcastle (Callaghan). - Feel free to drop a message 💃🏽
Currently living on campus at the university so we strive in a social environment with the appreciation of personal space and quiet time. Both of us have casual work, study and have busy lifestyles. With experience in sharing spaces, we understand and pride ourselves of the importance clean areas. Looking for a place where we could ideally have our own rooms for ourselves and a fish, but also more than happy to share. Extremely trustworthy and reliable.
The ting goes skrrraaaaaaa! I am a 23 year old student, studying accounting at The University of Newcastle. I am a very friendly and caring person who is very open minded and always up to to try new stuff. Similarly, I am pretty tidy and in many cases organised although I like going with the flow as well. I like cooking and spending time with good people as well as just relaxing in a park, enjoying the summer while reading a book and listening to music. As much as I love time to myself and respect that others will too, I'll never be one to turn down a movie night, another hit of caffeine or just a chat about the day. I like to go out occasionally but dinner at home and/or drinks out the back with friends will always take the cake. Would love to live with others that are fun, caring, active and honest about themselves as I intend on being. Feel free to suggest for coffee and a chat if you're interested as I would love to hear from you. Moreover, I am easy going, laid back and love to be part of the house rather than just live. Plus, I work at Domino's so you can get pizzas from me! Looking to move in at the end of the month so feel free to suggest for coffee and a chat if you're interested as I would love to hear from you.
