I’ve just moved to the Ballina/Lennox Head area for a business development training program I’ve been accepted in to that starts the week of the 19th Feb in Ballina. I’m looking for a room to call home in the Ballina/Lennox Head area for at least the next 6-12 months, probably longer if all works well. I’m neat and tidy, non smoker, reliable and honest single female who loves the beach, most water sports and yoga. I enjoy a glass of wine or two with good friends and good food. I’ll be working part time when I’m not studying or growing my business. I've travelled extensively, am an Airbnb Super Host and have lived in many different countries and situations so I understand what’s involved when living in a share house. I’m tolerant, patient, I clean up after myself, pay my bills on time, and do my share of the housework. I’m also willing to consider a work/swap arrangement in exchange for cheaper rent depending on what’s required. If you think you've got an ideal room for me to call home, please get in touch. I look forward to meeting you.
I've just relocated down for work on the Pacific Highway upgrade. I usually spend most nights reading or watching Netflix, but am up for a quiet drink. I enjoy playing soccer and can't wait for the season to kick off. I clean up after myself and keep noise to a minimum. I have a 11y/o black female indoor cat who loves to sleep all day. She's quiet and recluse. She has never bitten or scratched anyone (including small children).
Hi guys, Tahwa here Moving from Newcastle to preferably Ballina as I am a recent engineering graduate about to start full-time work on the pacific highway in that area. I have lived in share houses for the last few years as well as done a bit of travelling so you can rest assured that I know how to being a courteous and pleasant housemate! Likes: soccer, beach and learning new things. Dislikes: Tabouli, red lights and bindies. Other then that I'm a pretty chilled dude who's always up for a good chat and cool beverage on a Friday afternoon. I have noticed there aren't alot of options offered for flatmates in Ballina but there are quite a few decent priced rental properties going for 3-4 shares, I'd happily make a group if anyone was interested! Cheers!
I'm a 35 year old medical professional relocating to Ballina for full time work in February. I have a small older dog who loves people, not other dogs (she is not a yapper and is pretty cool). I'm neat, tidy, quiet, semi vegi, non smoker, a yoga teacher and have a kombi that I like to go camping in on weekends. I have just finished a lap of Australia and now settling for a bit to build the bank account back up :) Looking for a granny flat, or room in a tidy, pet friendly share house. Not a party person, would prefer a quiet house and ok with shift workers.
Moving up from Sydney to work for the Commonwealth Bank in Lismore in Feb 2018. I love to cook my own food and really love to work out in my spare time. I'm also looking to pick up a part-time job for nights/weekends, so you definitely don't have to worry about me being home all the time!
I am an older gentleman working on the roads between Ballina and Woodburn. I am honest and helpful, work hard generally Mon-Sat. If it rains for to long I travel home to my family in Brisbane. Clean and respectful of other people’s property. I am a smoker but outside only and I do like a drink after work.
Hi 😊 I am friendly, down to earth 28 yr girl. I am health concious with my diet and lifestyle. I am a creative type hence I have puckered up the courage to study creative writing at scu - it only took a year. Ive just moved here from the GC. I read alot. I am self motivated, I am clean and respectful of others differences and views. I am open minded. I am an extroverted introvert. I feel most comfortable around down to earth, genuine people. I like cooking and baking. I LOVE nature. I love going out for coffee or to see a cool gig. I dont party EVER. I might have a couple of red wines once a week but thats the extent of it.

The room has a builtin robe and is furnished with queen bed, but can be removed to suit. It would suit working person only approx 27-39yrs old who is clean and tidy with a relaxed easy going attitude, prefer a person who is health focused, this is not a party house. Non smoker. $180 includes unlimited wifi and all bills no more to pay. Thank You Craig :-)
Doctor doing my GP training. I'm really relaxed, reliable, clean up after myself + respect others' space and needs. I have 2 beautiful, quiet, well trained little dogs who everyone falls in love with that are very low maintenance. I also love life + love having fun. Just ask if you want to know more :)
Im an easy going, chilled out uni student looking for similar people to live with. Im clean, respectful, like to socialise and have fun, but also more than happy to keep to myself and do my own things. Im looking to move to byron in late february to start uni, where ill be studying environmental and marine science, so I'm very passionate about the environment and the oceans, and would love flatmates who feel the same way.
Hi, I'm Phil. Needing to find a place ASAP. I'm currently studying a Diploma of remedial massage in Kingscliff 2-3 days/wk and working part time. I'm a well travelled former professional sportsman and have additional qualifications in fitness and coaching. I'm a bit slower moving these days but even though I'm no longer competitive, I still enjoy regular outdoor activity. Some of my favourite pastimes are (but not limited to) fishing, surfing, whitewater kayaking, gardening, and bush/beach walks. I also like to cook. I'm an honest and straightforward, fairly private, well ordered person looking for a similar type to share the benefits of living in a largish 3/4br house (i.e. someone who wants some space..keeps mutual living areas clean and hygenic to maintain usability and comfort..doesn't mind the occasional drink but not a big partier.. and obviously..someone who pays their rent/bills on time). If you smoke, I only ask that you smoke outside. I'm currently living in the north part of the Gold Coast but looking to move to the Ballina area ASAP for family reasons and to take advantage of everything the location offers (i.e. beaches, boating, fishing, bike tracks etc). My 14yo son will be living with me full time (going to Ballina Coast High) and my 12yo daughter will be staying a maximum 3 nights/fortnight, so you must be kid friendly. They are generally polite, energetic and well behaved kids and I prefer to get them out on weekends to do things rather than sit around all day doing nothing. I'm a hands on, loving Dad, but also keep a tight reign when necessary. I'd prefer a single working person or full time student to share with (you'd probably be looking at around $180-220/wk rent depending on total cost/wk of the property, as well as a negotiated fair share of other bills). A few chores around the home would be expected also (i.e. lawnmowing, share of the housework etc). Looking for long term situation. I'm also open to sharing with another single/lone parent (probably looking at 50:50 share of rent and bills). However, this may bring difficulties in the dynamic of things and may not be the best option... but I'm happy to meet and discuss with serious potential housemates who are considerate of others). Lastly, but very importantly, i have a big beautiful 4yo ridgeback X bullarab girl called Sally who i'd love to keep with me (depending on availability of appropriate rentals). She is non- aggressive, non-destructive, really quiet, and very friendly/playful (especially with kids), although she can sometimes be a bit clumsy. She has always lived outside and gets on well with other dogs. If you're interested, please don't hesitate to send me a quick email telling me a bit about yourself and your current circumstances and I'd be more than happy to begin a conversation with you. I'll be in the area next Wednesday 8th February and spasmodically thereafter so can meet for a coffee and perhaps look at a few places..
Easy going, open-minded guy, always up for a surf, outdoor activities, good laugh and couple of drinks. Clean and tidy, well-organised. Been living down under for over 4 years, always sharing the place with others so always trying to be the most respectful and friendly as possible.
I'm clean, I can cook, I pay my rent, I love music, play myself also (can use headphones) I know what a vacuumcleaner looks like.
