I'm an actor who works as a bush regenerator to pay the bills. Trying to quit smoking, badly, but NEVER smoke inside of near open doors/windows. Do not like bigotry of any kind and quite a lefty greenie who is into natural medicine (contradiction I know re smoker) but love science and modern medicine as well. Quantum physics fascinates and confuses me at the same time. Prefer one flat mate only and prefer female but open to any reasonable offer. Massive animal lover, all types right down to the smallest insect. Really want to stay in Lilyfield but the general area will be ok. Parking: don't need a secured space but do need reasonable street parking.

The house is very big, arranged on three levels, was recently built and is very modern: three large bathrooms, 3 terraces and comfortable, cozy backyard(s). The current tenants are myself, Jacob, 30yo, Sales & Project manager, and Peta, 28yo, Management Executive (we are not in a relationship :-P ). Although we are very friendly (straight) and easygoing, we take pride of being very respectful, especially of privacy, tidy and clean: our house is an oasis of peace and we want to keep it like that. I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities.
