[Close to Westconnex work site] Hi, I am looking for a responsible, clean flatmate to share a large two bedroom flat (your own furnished/unfurnished room). The unit is nicely furnished .. its old but means it has BIG rooms, high ceilings, huge loungeroom, massive fully-equipped kitchen (lots of bench space for those who cook) and full sized bathroom with deep bath. As it is above a shop, I am looking for someone quiet (and someone who is really respectful of the lovely shop owners below. The shop closes at approximately 5.30-6pm each night). I am a professional who works full-time in the CBD and I have a small quiet dog that gets dog-sat externally while I am at work every day. The unit is in a great area 😁 It is only a block from the bay/water/parks. It has lots of cafes, restaurants and an IGA downstairs and lots of off-street parking. There is a bus stop at the front door (with city buses) and Abbotsford Wharf (+ Sydney Rowing Club) are at the end of the street. Ferries go to CBD/Barangaroo/North Sydney/Parramatta etc. About Me: I am very friendly but kinda quiet at home (usually come home and basically crash on weeknights) 😳If you're interested in hearing more, Id love to hear from you. Cheers, Dee

I'm a quiet and tidy mature professional who travels frequently on business, spends time overseas and who unfortunately has to move as the house is sold end of February. I'm looking for share accommodation up to 12months or possibly longer, depending on my work commitment overseas, with preferably 1 or 2 females (professional or otherwise), and don't mind living with cats (no dogs). Room can be either furnished or unfurnished and if possible with my own bathroom. Maximum of up to $350 including or excluding any outgoings but negotiable depending on the premises and potential housemate(s). I don't want to share with smokers either inside or outside so please don't contact me if you do.. My suburb preference is Concord, Cabarita, Breakfast Point, Abbotsford, Chiswick, Five Dock, Drummoyne, Russell Lea, Rodd Point, Leichardt, Rozelle, Balmain, Birchgrove, and would consider the Eastern Suburbs, with off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, non party person, who enjoys good conversation, is respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking.

Hi there, I am a 37 years old South American who has lived in Australia for over 10 years. Work full time as a migration agent in Annandale. Currently living in Leichhardt and would prefer to stay in the Inner West. I'm an introvert so some days I may socialise but mostly will probably keep to myself. Don't smoke, don't party, don't invite guests. Anywhere in the inner west from Abbotsford to Wareemba.
I'm a sociable, clean and easy going guy born and raised in Concord. I currently work in hospitality part time soon to be moving into full time management. I'm a lover of the beach and often chill out watching TV or playing video games as well as going out with friends for dinner/lunch or sometimes a few drinks here and there. I like to cook and am always up to try new things. Not looking for a party house but a little one here or there never hurt anyone...
Hello! I'm Charlotte, a third year science student at USYD. I spend most of my time working or studying but always keen to kick back with a cuppa or a bev. Very excited to find a room so I can live in Sydney near uni.
I am happy, easy going and enjoy meeting new people but also value quiet time to myself. I’m shortly moving to NSW to work in health services in a project management role looking for a short term rental to get settled in Sydney while I explore more permanent accommodation. Looking to live with house mates or a studio apartment.
Full time registered nurse, Easy going, reliable, down to earth, respectful, musician, fitness, basketball, social drinker and non-smoker. Looking for good company to share the living space.
I’m 25 years old from South Africa, very ambitious in my career work full time and train 6 days a week, hardly home only to rest my head. Always neat and tidy, focused on my goals and future.
Sadly, two of our housemates are leaving so we are currently on the lookout for two great new housemates to fill in two private rooms (we may be able to sort out a lot of furniture for you if you don't have any) and be on the new lease next month! We would prefer long-term tenants, however are flexible with organising shorter-term leases. Both are available from February 23 and are $150 per week each + bills and internet. Bond is $620. Bit bigger than 3x3m. They are almost identical besides one having a bigger window, both with great north-facing light. In total there are 4 bedrooms, one of which will be taken by Nicole/Ned in one, one other by myself and the two others by another housemate and possibly you! The common room areas will look a bit different (and definitely more stylish) as most of the pictured furniture will move with our previous housemates. We’re also bringing in a piano if that’s your thing. Out with the weight set. And looking to start a garden bed and bring in a worm farm. Our house is a chill, generally quiet non-party house (although we do love an occasional one). Nicole, Ned and I are looking for two housemates we can call our friends and vibe well with. Although there are a few of us, it is generally a quiet, peaceful home. We're located in the lovely suburb of Abbotsford. Just a street away from the water, 5 minutes walk from bus stop, 5-10 minutes walk to Wareemba shops, 15 minutes walk to Abbotsford ferry terminal (or a minute bus ride). You won't find a room this nice in this kind of location for this price anywhere else in Sydney, so if you're interested let us know and we'd love to meet you. :)
Hi! My name is Moire. I’m a 28yo single female with 2 fur babies. I work full time and enjoy a quiet home life (with a sneaky drink or 2) and going out to cafes and the latest art gallery on the weekend. I’m looking for someone like minded who is sociable and easy to get along with.
I'm easy going and happy to chat or watch netflix of an evening. I also like my own space and to go out and explore of a weekend.
I am Pat, a 27 year old male that works as a team leader in disability services. I have a 5 year old dog, Billie, who is very sweet and gentle. I am very clean and tidy and respectful of all. I enjoy reading, watching films, having a drink, seeing live music or spending time with friends. I am physically active and spend a lot of time at the gym or kickboxing.
First things first I'm a crazy plant lady who likes nice living spaces. I appreciate cleanliness, banter and the occasional drink. I work in Waterloo and manage a small team looking after cranky customers for a national retail group. It can be a tough gig so I certainly appreciate a good laugh and some fun banter to keep me sane. Some days though I am incredible worn and will just want to hang out in bed watching awful(ly great) TV. I will try and limit myself from making you admire my plants if you're not into that. I do come with quite a few but am more than happy to make my spaces a jungle and keep the rest of the house sparse. Ideally I would just like to find a nice place I can be very comfortable in calling my home. I'm not a cleaning nazi but I would appreciate dishes being cleaned not too long after use, etc. I'd prefer to not share a bathroom but this isn't a deal breaker and somewhere to park (street or off-street) is a must.
Hello future housemate. I am looking for a new home, to move in 28th Feb or thereabouts. I'm a 30 year old female working in Strathfield and studying parttime, looking for a home nearby with lovely people and relatively close to public transport. I'm keen to find a home not a house, with positive people. I love my own space but also enjoy a chat and a beverage with housemates. I am quiet, considerate and tidy. Send me a message if you think I'll make a good fit 😁🤞
