I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Peak hour buses to the city come every 5 minutes and the bus stop is right outside the house. 20 minutes away from the city. There is 1 garage space available. The place has a lot of inbuilt storage space in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms (including an inbuilt wardrobe). The beds and bedroom furniture are not included. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning is available.
Hi! We have a room for rent in a gorgeous waterfront house in Wareemba (near Abbotsford / Five Dock). It is a 5-10 minute stroll to IGA, Coles, bus stops, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, Vintage Cellars, yoga studios and gym. It takes about 35 minutes to get to the city by bus. You would be sharing with me (Noemi) and Paul - both relaxed and friendly. We are renting out the downstairs room - which is quite separate to the rest of the house. It has a bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. Great balcony upstairs for BBQ or just a relax. Couples and pets are welcome (couples would need to pay a bit more rent) :) If you are looking for a room or know somebody who is, message us for more info :)
Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.
I'm moving to Sydney for work. I will be working full time as an architect in Gladesville. So I am keen to move anywhere in the areas listed. I am a goal oriented person and like to socialize in free time.

Hello ! My name is Jacob and I ve got a neat, furnished large room up for rent in colourful Five Dock, close to shops, transport and the famous Bay run track. The house is very big, arranged on three levels, was recently built and is very modern: three large bathrooms, 3 terraces and comfortable, cozy backyard(s). The current tenants are myself, Jacob, 30yo, Sales & Project manager, and Peta, 28yo, Management Executive (we are not in a relationship :-P ). Although we are very friendly (straight) and easygoing, we take pride of being very respectful, especially of privacy, tidy and clean: our house is an oasis of peace and we want to keep it like that. We are looking for a housemate who reflects those characteristics, therefore, if you know you dont match those points mentioned just above, please save both our and your time ... ;-) The ideal candidate will be a 25 to 35 years old employed professional, responsible, possibly European (not a must be, though) definitely NOT a "house party" freak, although we do enjoy a social dinner / little party at our place from time to time. You will love both the house and the room at first sight; Peta and I will hopefully make a good impression too :-) See you soon !
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a lot of natural light coming in to the property. It has a large living and dining area with a large couch and a 6 seater table. The area is great to live in, quiet with cafes and shops within walking distance. Looking for someone either male or female between the ages of 20-28.

I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 6 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $300 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Concord, Newington, but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.

I've lived with other people since uni days and know what it takes to be a very good flatemate. I like cool funny people, coffee, art, architecture, reading deep and meaningful articles and making good jokes. I don't like assholes, inconsiderate people, dirty communal areas and smelly bins. My friends describe me as funny, fun and creative. I am an architect by trade and I've also been a photographer.

I am from Western Sydney but have lived in Zetland and Brighton for the last year and a half. I work out west so am looking to move somewhere that will make the commute to work a bit shorter. I am very active i go to the gym, do yoga, play a couple of sports ice hockey, golf and skateboard a bit so i like to spend most of the day out of the house. I travel a bit because of my work and sport. I cook almost all of my meals but am neat and tidy so I clean anything i use straight away. I am easy going so when I am home I am happy to hang out by myself in my room or in the lounge room with others i am not too fussed.
Hi! I'm a friendly, easy-going, quiet guy. Not a party animal (those days are past) - but I like music, podcasts and unwinding with Netflix or a movie. I've recently returned from 6 years overseas, and am looking to set myself up in Sydney. I'm currently looking for work and am likely to be starting study soon. I'm responsible, tidy(ish) and a half-decent cook.
I am a 27 year old full time professional and part time student. Gay. Work rotating rosters , shift work and most weekends. Very easy going and social. Clean and tidy. Love to cook. Up for a drink and a yarn, though respect privacy of everyone I live with. Hoping to find a decent sized room with a built in. Some kind of view would be a plus. And off street parking would be brilliant. My plans are quite up in the air at the moment, I don't need to move from my current place until mid September so my 'Move in' date is quite vague and flexible.

Hi, I'm a teacher looking for a sharehouse ideally with one or two people around the same age. I'm pretty chilled and quiet through the week. Weekends I'll either be visiting family or friends, going out for dinner or a few drinks, love to get out to the beach or walks exploring places. Would love a place that feels like home and somewhere I can bring friends around every now and then to hang out. Would love some flatmates that are happy to have a chat and sit and watch a movie or something every so often, but also appreciate and respect personal space.
