Small 3 bedroom townhouse located in a quiet townhouse complex in Warner. Room has a ceiling fan, comes with your own bathroom, use of the washing machine and all other appliances. Need to have a job/solid source of income and being able to drive is a big plus. I'm Ash, My partner and I need to find a new place to live ASAP due to unexpected circumstances. We have a cat and a dog who are inside and outside. Our dog is a kelpie x and very quiet, does not bark and very well trained. She is happy to sleep on the couch all day, but will also stay off it if told to. MY DOG IS INDOOR AND OUTDOOR, I have always allowed her to be inside as she pleases, this is a non negotiable requirement for me. My cat is a domestic long haired and very smoochy, he loves to sleep all day. I work night shifts and my partner is currently between jobs. We don't mind the odd night out, but prefer to stay in with a good book and glass of wine. We would prefer to live in a house that has a good backyard that is well fenced, with clean and tidy people, who like to socialise but also respects each others privacy.
