I clean up after myself, will pitch in on my share of chores and pay my fare share. I am drug free and very occasional light drinker. I don't touch what is not mine and prefer to work out my own meals. I have a lot of workshop tools and therefore require a little more space but the trade off there is I will be happy to assist in repairs and maintenance as best as I can.
