One spare room for rent on a large property in Warrandyte South. $130 per week, plus $15 for internet. Electricity and water bills are split between us every 3 months. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, so you would be sharing with just one other (male). The bathroom has been renovated, so you would get the best bathroom of the household. Unfortunately the room isn't huge, but you could easily fit a queen sized bed and a bed side table (bedroom 4 on the houseplant). The built in robe has handing space and shelving. It's a quiet household since it's rare that we're all home, but even then we aren't a party household. The property is almost 2 acres so dogs are welcome! There is air conditioning and a wood fireplace in the lounge room, so you can stay cool in summer and super warm in winter.
hi folks, I am a mature ages student studying to become a Steiner Teacher. I am currently in my second year. I am looking for a home which is a non smoking space ,cosy and warm with a sense of space with a nice garden, I am neat and tidy out of habit and respectful of other people.
The bedroom has a single bed and has a build in wardrobe and desk. There is offstreet parking. There are 3 bedrooms with living spaces located downstairs and upstairs for privacy and an outside decking for a peaceful outside experience, especially over the spring and summer season. The house is fully furnished, and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Bus transport is 500m.
A bit about me - my name is Alfonso, I'm 25, I work full time, study part time, and am a non smoker. I like paying my bills on time, I always clean after myself and I am more than happy to do my share of house duties. I normally work long days every day so just looking to find a quiet place that'd be mostly a place to relax and enjoy a movie. Don't mind socialising, maybe grab a beer or watch some TV with flatmates.

Hi all, I'm looking for a furnished room with ensuite preferably (or a separate bungalow) in a quiet, respectful household preferably in Croydon Hills vicinity. I love to cook, enjoy music and movies, like a clean house and like good company although I also like my own space. I would also like a non-smoking environment. I am qualified in natural therapies and work part time (looking for more hours) in clinic while I am also building a network marketing business. I tend to be out a lot in the evenings or busy on my computer. I would also consider doing housework/childminding in lieu of rent (for a single mother??) or senior person needing some company and help. I don't know how long for at this stage as I am in between houses.
Hey Hey! I'm 24 years old and I work as educational support at a special needs school and I also work as a disability support worker. This means I work a Monday to Friday working week with the occasional weekend. I'm originally from the sunshine state so I fly to Queensland every couple of months to see my family. I'm really chilled out, I love being social and meeting new people and I like to think I'm a very tidy person. I do love finding new recipes and cooking up a storm, watching movies and being quite active but also love a bit of downtime to reenergise for the beginning of a new week.
Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live independently or with up to two other people, preferably women of similar age/maturity and non-smokers. Prefer rent to be inclusive of utilities and internet. Prefer en suite bathroom ideally but I can be flexible with that. I am honest, reliable and will pay rent on time. I work full time, 9 to 5, sometimes work from home. I am social but enjoy alone time too. I am respectful of others. I enjoy the outdoors, bike riding, markets, cafes. Would like to live close to park-lands, bike tracks etc. Any questions, please ask. Happy to have a chat! Cheers, Andrea.
I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, separated about 15 months ago. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which will last for 5-6 months and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 to remove stoma/sow up hole left by stoma, and put everything back the way it was...minus a bit of bowel. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house and a share house in Darley. A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living.
Hi there, I'm open minded, flexible and adaptable. I'm interested in a wide range of subjects from music to art to social justice. I have family in the area and have moved from Bendigo to be closer to them, originally growing up in the Yarra Valley. I live fairky quietly at home and enjoy my own space, as well as interesting conversations.
I like to have things clean and tidy, I take pride in my property. I'm a pretty easy-going fella. I'm coming out of a marriage break up so I'm a little out of sorts. I will come out of my shell.
I am a friendly, but initially shy 28yr old with a love of the performing arts, a Pilates studio receptionist and temp worker and also studying natural therapies. I really enjoy running and hiking and love going on day trips with my pack on. I enjoy a community atmosphere and wish to interact with housemates and become friends, not just merely live with people you don't know. Would love to lived with those that share. Share food, share music, share stories, share experiences. I prefer a household without a TV, or at least not have it on all the time blaring nonsense. More than happy to enjoy some documentaries or some movies or Netflicks from time to time though! We can make our own entertainment! I used to live in the hills but moved into Thornbury to be closer to uni, but now wish to move back out again. I need the fresher air, the space, the trees and a calmer way of being. I'm looking for people who can think critically, are creative and expressive, incorporate spiritual practice into their lives and homes and are gentle souls. I like housemates to be considerate of others by cleaning up after themselves, not continually slamming doors and heavy stomping etc. Ask others if they would like anything from the shops if you are going, or offer to do someones dishes if they are running late. I am a vegetarian, but don't mind what other people's preferences are. It tends to be easier for people to look after their own shopping, but more than happy to chip in for veggie boxes in people do that, and definitely up for sharing dinners and baking experiments!! I don't have any pets, but am more than happy to move in somewhere that does have an animal or two! Any questions, ask away!! Thanks, Loz
I'm looking for somewhere to call Home! I'm currently completing my post-grad studies in social work and do a lot of sport in my spare time. I am very easy to live with, I keep to myself mostly but do enjoy the occasional chat about most topics. I don't drink or party but am really good at making people laugh on a regular basis. My hobbies include power lifting and climbing plus I love the outdoors and sometimes go hiking. I get on well with guys and girls and am a terrible cook. Let me know if you're after a flat-mate like me! Looking to move around Dec/Jan. My ideal situation would be moving into a small place like a granny flat or bungalow but am open to team-ups if the right people come along as my studies are quite stressful and often need space and quiet-time in order to stay sane. I always pay rent on time and am looking for full-time work once I have completed my studies.
Hello, My names Sam and my partners name is Sava. Our cats name is Simba and he is cute and cuddly. We're a young couple expecting a baby. Looking for a place to stay and create a home base. Sava is at uni studying engineering and I am a teacher. Expecting a baby in 5 months so would only be suitable in a house with a lot of privacy. The bubs will obviously cry sometimes.. Don't want to keep the owners up at night by living in the room next door! Granny flats or seperate story living would be ideal. We are generally working, studying or at home cooking up a storm, eating and watching movies. We both love health food and long walks at the park! Sam and Sava

I like my cleanliness so I will be sure to keep my areas clean and tidy. I am a smoker.
I am quite, (sometimes lol), tidy and respectful. Having lived with heaps of people I can appreciate being alone and the need for personal space, but also love to socialise and go out. I'm arty, innovative and creative; I love journaling, scrapbooking, writing stories and songs, decorating boxes and such, I'm a full time student. When I'm not busy with school, volunteering for ygender or getting my craft on, I try to get out for a gym sesh or a bike ride or I'll do a delivery for ubereats, to get some extra cash. I'm either looking for a room already in a house or alternatively have a few houses in lilydale I am looking into but will need a few other people to join me as it'll be too expensive otherwise Animals are my life and help me stay well so if I move in with you, my furr baby Jaycee will follow allow side the scent of other animals as I mean to do volunteering in this field.
