Gday i have just been through a break up that has left me looking for a place to stay around the kapunda area because currently work as general builder/plumber (travel away fairly often for a week at a time) and would like to hold on to it rather than have to move to far away and cant hold on to it. i am new to the area only been in kapunda 1 year and work long days so dont know many people and keep to my self but am very friendly and enjoy a good yarn and chill (when i have time) work really dose take up my life. i wasn't expecting to be in this situation so im in a bit of a tight spot ATM. basically i have my 4X4 ute, my work tools, and my cloths. anything to help me find my feet again would be so much appreciated from my self and my boss and work boys :)
Hi we are Em and Brayden, we are in desperate need for somewhere to stay and we are both students and neither of us drive. We are looking for work but at the moment dont have any. We are both friendly people that keep to ourself a fair bit but also enjoy hanging out with people. Normally we spend a lot of time watching movies or playing games. We always clean up after ourselves and are always happy to help around the house. We hope to hear from you soon. En and Bray.
The house is a relatively new, charming, cottage inspired 3 bedroom home in the beautiful setting of Greenwith. There is a choice of two rooms, both a good size but with one being a bit bigger than the other. *NOTE both rooms will be unfurnished. I am yet to move what is in both bedrooms to my main bedroom. Local to shops, busses and walking trails. The lounge/kitchen is open living. The bathroom includes a shower and bath, with a seperate toilet room. There is a large, secure backyard which includes a garage for safe parking. The backyard is perfect for those who enjoy spending time outside or even doing a little gardening if you so choose!
the room has a walk in wardrobe, It is funished with a queen bed this can be removedWe have reverse cycle heating and cooling, there is an in ground heated pool with BBQ area. I do have a cat and that is why no other animals allowed. House rule: shared areas must be kept clean, all personal belongings need to be kept in own room. It is a quiet Neighbourhood, close to shops and public transport,
Looking for accomodation while I study. Have funds to pay rent on time. Have a housing trust bond and rent in advance contact me if this is acceptable. I am quiet, clean, don't smoke and am very private and respectful. Don't want to live with a dog or drug people please. .
My name is Clarice, I am 24 years old. I am very clean, friendly and quiet. I would be looking at renting from late September approx. If you’d like to know more please do not hesitate to contact me.
Room with ensuite and walk-in robe at Evanston (Gawler). The accommodation is only metres from the Evanston train station. The room is a good size and has a queen size bed, two bedside tables, bookcase and TV outlet plus ensuite and walk-in-robe. The room can be provided unfurnished if you wish. The rent includes electricity, gas and water. Household and laundry cleaning products, milk and basic breakfast items are also included. I'm a bad cook so I gave up providing full board years ago; now it's just bed and breakfast. The house is fairly new, so the kitchen and laundry (with dryer) are modern. Off street parking is available. Note the photos are several years old and the furnishings have changed.
a general summary of why I like living where I am is that it's close to the shops and also the train station is with in walking distant. its a quite area and there is a small park area/ bqq area with in 500m. my house is also very new
Hey, I'm Josh, I am from the south of Adelaide but I'll be starting full time at one of the defence companies in Edinburgh at the start of next year so I'm looking for somewhere close by. I'm a very organised and clean person and I'm happy to keep to myself or hang out. I enjoy the outdoors and have recently been getting into flying quadcopters but I also can't go past a book and a good cup of tea (T-bars 'high tea' is amazing 👌). I get on really well with my family so I'll probably be heading back a lot of weekends to visit them so if having the house to yourself sounds good then that's a plus! Love pets, especially dogs so more than happy for you to bring along your friends. I'd love to have a chat to get to know you (or even to hear any advice you might have about the northern suburbs) so chuck me a message! :)
I work full time Mon-Fri early mornings so love a good nap when I can get one in! I'm clean and responsible, will respect your space but love a good chat every now and then. I don't have pets but absolutely love dogs.
I'm a 20 year old male, working full time and looking to move closer to work. I love footy, cricket, football and music. I'm reasonably quiet but would love a social group of people to have a beer with and become good friends. I would not be home much during the week and usually play sport on the weekends.
Hi guys, i'm moving to Adelaide in the end of September to work full time at The University of Adelaide (Roseworthy campus). I'm easy to live with. I'm really social person and don't mind going out, having a drink and cooking together, however i do enjoy my personal space as well. Ideally i'm looking for team up or a room with own bathroom.
I’m moving to Adeliade for my first job after finishing uni ! I’m chill and easy to talk to . My hobbies include reading , going to the beach and playing netball (very uncoordinated 😂) . I’m looking to live with other young professionals in their early/mid twenties. Please contact me if you have a spare room!
I am very easy going but love to keep a neat and tidy home. I take a lot of pride in where I live! I am very active and adventurous but also love to relax with a glass of wine and a good movie very easy to get along with and enjoy a good chat around the kitchen bench
