hey I’m 17, soon to be 18. I’m in yr 12 and work part time at McDonald’s. I am becoming a manger and just looking for nice place to live. I’m easy going, love a good chat and love my sport.
Recently returned to Aus after working overseas for 15 months. Need a place to live while I wait until my wife can move down then we will reestablish a home together. I'm pretty casual yet mature and tolerant. I am neat, tidy, and would be no burden on flatmates.
Hello, my name is Kirra, I am 20 years old and moving down south from Townsville, North Queensland. I have lived on my own for 2 years now and I am very clean, look after myself, I like to stay very active and I am very easy going and social. I have a beautiful little cat named Bailey, she is very well behaved, makes little to no mess (only her hair) and is very good with other animals, especially dogs.
This lovely neat two bedroom unit has water views from its open plan kitchen/living room and hallway windows along with a lovely little undercover balcony overlooking the Port Stephens bay. It is a compact unit so it would be essential that we get along and you are considerate about noise. This unit would suit someone wanting a quiet lifestyle though could also be good for someone looking for a beach weekender or who does FIFO work. The room for rent is quite small though should fit a double bed and maybe a desk. The living area is tastefully furnished and I have a good sized fridge and a washing machine, but you would need to bring your own bed. You would be required to pay half the electricity bill which comes every 3 months, although water is included in rent. This property does not allow pets. Non-smokers only.
Considerate, well-traveled and experienced at communal living. I like a home that's friendly and relaxed, clean and conscious. I like cycling, sailing, art, books, music.. I volunteer and study online. Ideally looking for a place that has some extra space or garage for creative projects. Flexible with move in dates.
It's a beautiful villa in horizons golf resort.clean property and is nicely furnished.Has got air conditioning in living area.Has access to two swimming pools and club house which are common amenities of the villa.just 3 mins drive to salamander shopping centre.
Hi All, My name is Carly and I work for a professional Relocation Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 2 year working visas. We secure accommodation for them prior to arrival for 4 or 12 weeks (visa type dependant). 4 Week stays: we pay 4 weeks up front and the chef pays a 2 week cash deposit on arrival Extension of the 4 week stays are by negotiation between you and the chef and we are here to assist. 12 Week stays: we pay bond (ideally 2 weeks) up front and we pay rent weekly by bank transfer The 12 week stays are likely to extend to 18-24 weeks. We are flexible with the type of accommodation and just ask that it should be fully inclusive of bills and furnished. We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. CURRENT NEEDS: None Anticipated needs (no definite timeline) Nelson Bay - 2 Single Rooms x 12 weeks each - no date at this stage
This unit is located near the beach, and provides a balcony to take in the view. It is a small 2 bedroom unit, so a friendly/easy talking roommate would be ideal. The best way to persuade you is for you to have a look for yourself. So let me know if you're interested
I'm a Queenslander moving to Newcastle, to study at the University of Newcastle. I enjoy snowboarding, surfing and I'm always up for a good chat.
It’s in the peaceful, historic village of Morpeth, near East Maitland. Morpeth is full of exquisite cafés, antique stores, and nestles against the Hunter River. You’re welcome to car-pool to Callaghan with me (for a few extra bucks), if we can align our lecture times. Alternatively, the East Maitland train station is close.
Hi, We have a beautiful home in the picturesque Bolwarra Heights. Our home overlooks the valley and the mountains and is in a very quiet area. We are a couple in our forties and are looking for a decent person to share our 'as new' 4 year old home. We are just the two, so you will hardly encounter any problem in having a quiet environment. You will have a furnished master bedroom (King Bed) to yourself with a built-in robe and an attached bathroom and toilet. That gives you 100% privacy! We believe you will totally love what you see! Looking for a decent and clean person. So if this suits you, you are welcome to have a look at what your new home would look like! With Regards, Swati
