I'm relaxed, clean, respectful and hard working :-) I'm looking to find a room which will be suitable to spend plenty of time in studying, as I am a second year nursing student (Logan Griffith). I have my own bedroom furnishings including a Queen bed, 1 x chest of drawers, a desk and some other smaller items. I have secure permanent part time employment, as well as my full time study. I don't have any pets, and I'm not a party kind of person but love great company and sharing an occasional household meal.
Four bedroom house with Austar included. house is airconned but the rooms are not. The street is very quite and the neighbours are very nice. The house is close to the bus and train stop it is Located very close to supermarket and there is a gym is just down the road, it is only one suburb over from Logan university.
MY Place is in QUIET culdesac with a large yard with a gazebo for RNR after work. I have a pet dog named Bruce he is a staffie-kelpie cross. the room has an overhead fan and we have wifi internett and water and electricity are included. must be working and prefer a non smoker. cheers Garry

Modern duplex with 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 lounging areas, 1 combined lounge/dining area, breakfast bar at the kitchen. Small fenced back yard. The bedrooms all accommodate a double or queen bed. The rooms are unfurnished so it’s a clean slate to start from and you can make your room exactly how you would like it.
The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.
These rooms are fully furnished and one is air-conditioned with en-suite and there is TV in the room. They are fully carpeted and have built in robes, there is a shared bathroom and toilet for one room. The house is lowset with large kitchen and modern appliances and new washing machine and plenty of space to chill out or socialise, there is internet access included in the rent and some bills divided equally. One room also has undercover parking included and secure off street parking for the other, there is also some storage available. The house sits on a large block in a quiet area with secure fencing all around and access to all major infrastructure, shops, transport, hospital, university and all major arterials N.S.E.W. within five minutes drive. Respect for others and their privacy is paramount and there are some house rules to acknowledge and rent is paid in advance.

Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. Air-con or ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $150 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Marsden and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet and utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am also a "Hard Core Gamer" (when I have the time) so finding other like minded people for LAN nights is always a plus. I also have a 4WD (which is my pride and joy) that I am currently restoring, so finding a place with a large backyard or acreage block with a large shed for storing my camping gear and my car parts would be helpful and appreciated. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am also looking for a place that doesn't mind smoking in the house or in your own room (I burn incense to keep the place smelling nice). I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself.
