Hey i'm Mel, work in the city and spend most of my spare time with my horse. I'm super easy going and come with myself, bedroom furniture and a few kitchen bits and pieces. I prefer to cook separately, and due to my schedule will not around all the time- though I am friendly and up for a chat. I have 6 years rental history over two properties. I am originally from interstate and have family stay once, max twice a year (mum/sister etc), and will need somewhere that can accommodate this. I was planning on moving into a new place with my partner which has unfortunately fallen through (builder issues and house not finished). Of course I have already given notice in my current rental! I need to be out by 1st November. I am flexible- Looking for either a place just for myself, or myself and partner (higher budget of course). Happy with sign onto a new lease, or sublet. Looking for something min 3 months-1 year. My horse is in Hurstbridge so would prefer something within 30mins of this location. I do not have any small animals, but am cool if you do.
Only there every other week, easy going, love cooking, work on weekdays, respectful, tidy, enjoy yoga, running, fitness and a good laugh. Positive outlook and very social but don't mind my own space and time. Pretty busy so out and on the go a lot!
34 yo male inbetween jobs atm but very in-employable just needing a fresh start, been doing it rough been through a marriage break down, got made redundant as the company I worked for was forced into liquidation. I'm quite, clean, respectful pretty handy with all types of works&repairs fit and out going eagerly wanting and looking for full-time work.
I'm clean, quiet and can cook. I work long hours so I'm not really around much. Coming up to summer I spend a lot of time down the beach. Preferably looking for a room with an ensuite.
Hi there :) I'm looking for a place with females only, with one or two people. Someone who is very relaxed, self-aware, very considerate and easy to live with. I'm told I'm very calming to be around. What I bring to a household is someone who cleans up after themselves and respects other people's things. I'm very considerate and very easy to live with. I can be an introvert or an extrovert depending on who I'm around and the situation, but regardless, I'm very polite. I don't drink alcohol because for some reason my body has decided to become intolerant, but I'm fine with others drinking. If you are looking for someone who fits my description and offer a peaceful, welcoming home environment, I'd love to hear from you :) Price and location is negotiable, I've just put an estimate.
Hey! Our names are Taylah and Matt and we are from the Yarra Valley and been in a solid relationship for over 3 years. We are looking for a room to rent somewhere closer to our work places (Mooroolbark and Bayswater). We both work full time and are very hardworkers that enjoy coming home and relaxing after a long day. We are friendly, fun loving, clean and independent people who don’t want to cause a fuss and very low maintenance. Please feel free to contact us anytime about any questions you have :) Thanks!
Hi all, I'm looking for a furnished room with ensuite preferably (or a separate bungalow) in a quiet, respectful household preferably in Croydon Hills vicinity. I love to cook, enjoy music and movies, like a clean house and like good company although I also like my own space. I would also like a non-smoking environment. I am qualified in natural therapies and work part time (looking for more hours) in clinic while I am also building a network marketing business. I tend to be out a lot in the evenings or busy on my computer. I would also consider doing housework/childminding in lieu of rent (for a single mother??) or senior person needing some company and help. I don't know how long for at this stage as I am in between houses.
50 mins from Melbourne, this property is 18 acres of beautiful native bush land surrounding brick house with large verandas sounding the medium sized house perched on top of a hill with beautiful sunset views through the trees. We have chickens and ducks, great systems for composting and growing vegetables. we are 2.5 km from the metro train in Hurstbridge. we have the Foxtel sports channel - my partner likes rugby. I do not watch the screen ;) We are looking for a respectful housemate or couple to live out here on a short term basis.. we might have to move soon. cheers :)
I work with students with disabiltiites/additional needs as an Integration Aide Mon-Fri across 2 high schools. I thoroughly enjoy the work I do. I keep quite busy during the week: I sing in a local community choir and play netball weekly. I paint in my spare time, and also enjoy cooking, gardening, and going for walks. I like travelling and have a respect for and interest in other cultures. I speak Indonesian (to an ok degree), and have spent quite a lot of time in Indonesia over the years, both studying and volunteering. I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I like to keep my space clean and tidy.
I'm a live-and-let-live adult with an interest in the arts. I pay by direct debit, I'm cool with animals and smokers and I'm looking for a sanctuary to come home to. I'd prefer somewhere that isn't surrounded by traffic noise.
We are very friendly and easy to get along with. We like to live in a clean environment so always clean up after ourselves. We are busy full time uni students who keep to themselves a lot of the time but still love some good banter!
I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, separated about 15 months ago. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which will last for 5-6 months and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 to remove stoma/sow up hole left by stoma, and put everything back the way it was...minus a bit of bowel. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house and a share house in Darley. A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living.
Quiet and working. Looking for team up as I have all the furniture including a washing machine, fridge, dryer etc. all you'd need is a bed. I have a cat that will be inside at night. Would like to rent a house with 2 others for around $400-$440 a week.
