I'm an easy going, happy to talk shit, and slightly dopey aerospace engineering student. I am a window cleaner when I'm not at uni, so the windows will (probably) be nicely kept. Preferred price is around $170 per week, maximum $220 including bills/internet. The lower the cost the better though! ;) For the next two years i'll be studying at RMIT Bundoora. So i could be down for a lease which is that long. Just got to find the right home! I'm hoping to make a few new friends, knuckle down to focus on my study, and live in a lighthearted and chilled environment. I play indoor soccer every week, and am always keen to play sports, or throw a Frisbee. Or just be out-doors to have a gander.
Im in transition - looking for my own place to buy in the area. Im super easy going, neat and clean (but I'm not a neat freak). When not working I read, write, & walk. Im vegan but don't mind non vegans. I don't mind a little socialising but enjoy my own space more. Only watch the occasional ABC tv. Happy to chat further via phone or in person. Best - George
Mature age chap. Very easy to get along with. Working full time. Selling house soon so need to find some accomodation. Very clean and tidy always ready to give someone a helping hand. Looking to pay any where from $100 for a simple room up to 200 with bills if it is more spacious and worth the extra dollars. Very reliable love sports, beach, watching worth while movies and good sit coms. Love to hear from you soon
Hi there😊 What I would like to find: -house or property to share with easygoing male or female (no neat freaks) -enough room for me to have some of my furniture around. Have my own bed and bedroom furniture I would need a wardrobe. -off street parking -I have a very small dog who is an inside/outside pet & very well behaved & is house trained. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. I am an easygoing person clean and tidy. I enjoy my own time & and peace and quiet but don't mind a bit of socialisation or chit chat now and then. I'm an animal lover and into horse riding and horses in general , enjoy low maintenance gardening. I would want long term arrangement as I am so over moving. It would be nice to share with someone around the same age but not essential. I don't mind sharing with a smoker if it's only outside, I keep quitting but am currently back on it but will be quitting again.

So if there is anyone looking at a long term rent possibly years opposed to a 6 or 12 months ,I would really appreciate getting back to me. I'm a hands on granny but would move to Eltham enabling me to be just that and being that support network to both mum and Dad. I'm very house proud I'm passionate about cooking love a semi rural Outlook and very much involved in conservation environment My hobbies are varied Criminal law is at the top of my list Keeping our children safe protection of youngsters The usual travel reading a good book Antiques and protection of our endangered species of both flora fauna as well as our feathered friends. I'm looking at a total independent granny flat studio or villa.
I'm clean, quiet and respectful. Oh, and I love to cook! I'm a full-time Master of Teaching student at the moment and also work as an accountant and private tutor. Looking to share with probably just one or two other people. Male or female, no massive party animals though!
I am a 29 year old female, laid back, clean, adventurous and like the outdoors. I don't like to party hard but like a drink every now and then. I work full time so would only be around in evenings and on weekends. I have a beautiful friendly cat named Harriet who I would like to take with me. She mainly spends her days outdoors but sleep inside at night. She is super clean, doesn't smell and is completely toilet trained.
Hi, I'm a 26yr old single grad nurse looking for a self contained unit/apartment/house with an ensuite or a private bathroom. I'm flexible with furnishing and I have my own furniture and household items.
Hey there, I'm great to live with because I'm tidy, well mannered and get along with everyone I meet, it's also why i make a pretty decent bartender. I'm quite skilled in all laborious tasks including but not limited to lifting, carrying and yelling "PIVOT" when necessary. I currently live in Watsonia but am looking to move out asap, spend the year earning money and occasionally travelling before Uni in 2018 at Deakin.
Hi there, I'm looking for a place to live independently or with up to two other people, similar age/maturity and non-smokers. Prefer rent to be inclusive of utilities and internet. Prefer en suite bathroom ideally but flexible. I am honest, reliable and will pay rent on time. I work in the city 9 to 5, sometimes work from home. I am social but enjoy alone time too. I am respectful of others. I enjoy the outdoors, bike riding, markets, cafes. Would like to live close to parklands, bike tracks. Any questions, please ask. Cheers, Andrea. I also have my own bedroom furniture that I would like to use. I have other furniture also, happy to share or if storage is available that would be great!
I'm a fun loving 26 yr old Kiwi girl who is working full time in the CBD. Looking to move a bit further away from the busy city where I can chill out over wines and nature when I get home :-)
I'm cat, 25, working, studying and playing golf full time. My house mates are looking at moving out early-mid next year. I am looking at either moving in somewhere, or preferably looking for 2 people interested in moving in.
Very friendly , tidy and employed couple. Myself, freelance audio engineer, do quite a bit of work from home (not noisey) and also part time Barista work. My partner is studying vet nursing and is also employed in hospitality. We have both recently moved to Melbourne from Adelaide and we generally keep to ourselves but are also quite sociable.
In need of a place with a pool. I run my own pool service and maintenance business and need a pool to regularly test my stuff on. My business is 7 weeks old and i'm BACK IN THE BLACK! BAM! With me in the house the pool will always be perfect. Im a nerd and a handyman, ambitious and a million miles an hour as well as able to relax and have a beer. I bring lots of tools and skills as well as telescopes, puzzles and guitars. I really need a decent mix of people. Ideally 3+ me and mixed in order to have a decent home social life and cheaper rent. I am not looking for a party house, but social is important. I don't hide in my room and I would like to live with people that also don't. I am well house trained. I shower and clean. I can even do dishes! I'm not ocd about cleanliness, but a bit messy and a fallout zone are very different. I have travelled enough now and spent enough time being a kid to be content with settling in the local area to work on my business, which comes with a whole set of new challenges. Looking for my new share family. Matt
24 year old female flight attendant. Full time domestic and international. I love to cook, go to the gym and I love wine ;) I am a collingwood supporter, so please forgive me. I love hanging out with mates, but I am also keen on some quiet down time.
Hey guys! My lease in my current house ends on the 10th ish of March (flexible) so am looking for another roomy to team up with! Im pretty much looking for a 3 bedroom house (2 room mates inc me and a bedroom converted into a study if the rent isnt too expensive), 2 bath, a back garden for the occasional drinks and BBQ in a safe location. The suburbs im looking at are just a rough idea... Reservouir, Preston, Bundoora, Thomastown, Mill Park, Diamond Creek and surrounding areas - pretty much where ever we can find a gem that is in reasonable distance from RMIT Bundoora as I am studying there full time! I currently have a fully furnished house (washing mashine, couches, 2 beds, cutlery, desks and pretty much anything needed for survival) and have been offered by my current Real Estate Agent to help me find another house as I have a good rental history with them which gives us the upper hand and potentially cheaper rent! 👌 Im an early person (most the time) who enjoys a drink every now and then with friends. I am a very tidy and easy going, loves Triple J, running and animals. I have two inside cats and a staffy who love pretty much everyone, are so friendly and are great company! I walk or run my dog everyday and he pretty much stays outside except for sleeping - hes makes a sweet security guard :) the cats absolutly love the dog so there is no tension with the animals at all! I travel during uni holidays most of the time and pay bills as usual when im away. I am looking for a 6 month - 1 year lease if possible. Pls dont hesitate to contact me for more info and hopefully we can sort something out from there! Cheers, Paige.
Hi! My name's Sean and I'm looking for the perfect place to call my own. I'm an avid reader (tending towards more fantasy novels), gamer on both PS4 and PC (even though I'm okay at best) and all round friendly guy. As such, I'm looking for a place with great internet first and foremost, as well as excellent housemates that don't mind sharing a great time or a gaming session. I'm currently employed at Whittlesea McDonalds working about 30-40 hours a week, as well as looking for a secondary job in an area that I'm more interested in, such as JB Hi Fi or EB Games/Zing. I'm always down for a movie or games night, including board games if you're so inclined. So what are you waiting for?! Shoot me a message if you feel like we'd hit it off and I'll get back to you as soon as I can to arrange a meet and greet! Thanks for your time :)
I'm super clean and tidy. Like to be social and have my own time as well. I need a furnished room with parking. Would prefer an ensuite. I work in the airlines as well.
Hey hey :) Im a friendly, easy going chick that enjoys working and living a simple life. I've got a pretty good sense of humour and tend to joke around once you get to know me. I see the positive side in the majority of things. Also having an understanding and respect of privacy as well as each individuals life style is really important. So living with a like minded person is a must. I'm currently living in Pascoe Vale and looking for a change. I do have a tv, with a cabinet that it sits on as well as a couple of bed side tables and looking to buy a new queen sized bed. So I'd prefer a room that could accommodate that furniture. (Though i can be flexible with the bed depending on the quality). I tend to keep to myself after work as I get pretty tired, though im easy to have a chat with. Im a traffic controller so I usually work big hours Monday to Friday and some weekends. Im happy to clean up after myself and keep a tidy lifestyle as well as participating with the household chores so long as its deligated between the housemates equally, I'll do my share and a good job at that! :) Having my own bathroom is preferred aswell. Im preferably looking to find a place that's got the rent and utilities included together. I've grown up being efficient with my usage, so I don't see it fair to pay for others excessive usage. I will give you peace of mind with my usage :) Also I'm a really big animal lover, so if you have any pets I'll be happy to have them around :) :) 💜 Looking forward to meeting the right housemate and answering any questions you might have :)
Hello, My name is Blake 24 years young, I've recently returned back from living, working & treveling for 2years overseas, I am in need of a place to live, ideally somewhere close to public transport for convenience and work reasons (But doesn't have too be near public transport as i do have my own vehicle) Things I do NOT do are: Smoke, Take drugs, Drink heavily, And go on tinder hook ups. I am a pretty laidback guy, I love to cook and will of course always clean up after myself. I like to think that I am a pretty decent guy to hang out with drama free, quiet, adventurous, spontaneous, fun and who respects privacy. I currently work full-time Cheers Blake
We are: Quiet type, interested in almost everything, love to watch movies and listen to any music, not the best in the kitchen but like the order and the clean environment. Love animals and nice gardens. Laz is from Carlton but grew up at Hungary, Nyasha is from Zimbabwe and arrived to Australia the same year as Laz 2010.
My name is Kathryn (Kath) and I am 31. I am currently looking for a house / unit to share with some fantastic new house mates. I work full time and can work late sometimes. I am a very easy person to live with. I am clean and enjoy meeting new people. I am hoping to find a house mate(s) that are also fun and enjoy having a few drinks and laughs etc after work.
Just a relaxed couple that probably spend more time in bed watching netflix or at work than around the house. We have a very large very harmless dog, a malamute/husky who doesn't dig or bark and really just wants cuddles. We both are either at uni or working 5-6 days a week, but when we are home we're a pretty chill couple, we like to be social and would love to occasionally cook for everyone, as cooking for two people is pretty much impossible! We MUST HAVE complete access to either a large garage or big storage shed, as we have a large amount of sound and lighting equipment to store, as part of a business we run. Willing to pay extra rent to do so, also willing to pay extra towards the bond due to the dog. We have a years rental history and are more than happy to get a reference from both our landlord and dog trainer if need be. We have been together for 3 years, don't smoke, love pets, and are pretty chill about whether other people smoke or drink. We have a fridge, washing machine, dryer, stand up freezer, tv + cabinet, couch ect, so most of the stuff to make up a house, however our current place is tiny, so combining furniture with others is easy done. We're just a couple of nice people who would prefer to have housemates rather than live alone as we like to socialise, but are more than happy to keep to ourselves. :)
I haven't met many people in my life that I can't get along with and this will be no exception. I work hard and play when I can. I'm tidy and considerate. Work full time for Coles in the leadership team.
