HI I'm David and I'm looking for a place to live in Kingaroy. Im moving from the Gold Coast and take up my position on the 16th of October. A little bit about myself. Ive surfed and fished all my life, I gym and i have a bachelor in marine science- majoring in fisheries management. Im a great person to live with possessing a very positive attitude. I have lived out of home for over 6 years ( 3 years in Tasmania and 3 years on the Gold Coast). Im neat and tidy and very respecatable when it come to house hold chores and living arrangements. I have never been to Kingaroy and part of the reason i am looking for a share house is to meet new people and hopefully make some great friends. I love fishing so i will be looking for a place that could possibly garage my 3.7m tinnie. I don't mind having a beer on the weekend, i love pets and I'm up for any social occasion. I am not picky with who I live with, I'm more interested in people that are down to earth and portray a great personality ! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to send me a message :).
In a great location - 1km from the main drag of Nanango, walking distance to shops and schools, 15 minute drive to Kingaroy. I have a Queen room ($160) available from the end of November. The single room previously advertised has already been taken. The weekly rate includes gas, electricity and a 30%share of 100g WIfi data a month, but not phone or other expenses. You would get more like half a house than just a room...you only share a bathroom and living area with one other (as I have my own separate living space) and the kitchen, laundry and yard as common areas. You also have your own entrance to the main house as I have a separate entrance to my unit. The property is available to inspect and/or move in from 1st October. The room is furnished with a Queen bed and has built-in robes and ceiling fan. . The shared bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, WC and basin. The main living area, is for guest use only, as I have my own in my unit. It is fully furnished and has free-to-air TV and a DVD player (no cable channels) in the lounge. The kitchen is newly renovated, so you can cook but this is a shared space. You would have your own shelves allocated in the walk-in pantry, fridge and freezer. There is also an under-cover outdoor eating area that you may share. I am a 63 year old female semi-retired school-teacher - very quiet and a rather private, introverted person so would be looking for someone who pretty much likes to keep to themselves and doesn't mind that I do the same most of the time. I am a non-smoker and am also quite fussy about the house and garden being kept clean and tidy but am otherwise easy-going and open-minded. I have a placid, one-eyed and very friendly 13 year-old Border Collie and a beautiful Border Collie/Kelpie cross pup who just loves people. Both dogs are outdoor pets and never allowed inside the house. I'd prefer an employed person or someone with a regular/fixed income. A couple is welcome at $200 a week but the property is not suitable for children. Any age, gender, ethnicity, religion and/or sexual persuasion is welcome to apply. However, you must be clean, quiet and reliable. Please contact me by email if you have any questions.
