The Location The property’s location is in the leafy eastern suburb of Stonyfell. This location has the best of both worlds, the city and county. It’s within 100 meters of public transportation. There is also a cafe’s, local shops and a supermarket within 700m. It’s close to universities and all amenities, as well as wineries. It is a 5-minute drive to the Norwood Parade and Burnside Village and it takes less than 10 minutes by car to drive to the Adelaide City Centre (CBD). The property in on the eastern foothills of Adelaide, so you have elevated views of the city, plus its very close to nature parks and hiking trails/mountain bike tracks. If you like exploring, you can see Australian animals such as kangaroo’s and koala’s in the wild. The Property The house is a large 4-bedroom house, it feels very homely and there is plenty of space. The lounge room is massive and has two 3-seater lounges, with a large Samsung TV when you can watch normal TV or Foxtel Go. The kitchen is good size with all the essentials.
