Full time vet student, very quiet and self contained. Looking for a room or even half a room or a shared room, as I need somewhere to crash and study during the week (up to 3 nights a week). Who ever has room can have use of the bed (ill provide) and room on weekends when i am not there. I work weekends in the southern suburbs and live in the southern suburbs with my fiance and 2 dogs.
My Girlfriend and I are looking for a nice and cosy place to stay in Adelaide for several months, end of August. We love travelling and both work in hospitality. We are looking forward to discover Adelaide !
We are an easy going couple ... We are no smoker, we drink alcohol very rarely. We like to do a bit of sport and try to have a healthy lifestyle. We have a dog, Charlie ... Good fella, he doesn't bark so much and he likes to play but still very quiet. We are going to Adelaide to work, Masami already got a work, she's dog groomer and I'm going to find one in construction when I will be there. Clarence and Masami
Im 24 year old male, looking for a room to rent. Im clean and tidy, i dont mind doing chores around the house. I have lived in a shared house before and know what its like. I am a storeman at semaphore foodland, working 25-30hrs/wk.
I have a 3 brm house in North Haven Adelaide to share, very close to beaches and the marina & waterside restaurants and Outer Harbour, ASC. The biggest bedroom is now up to let, it is huge, the size of four double beds, fully furnished, high speed wifi (500gb a month), Foxtel, nice undercover entertainment area with BBQ, off street parking, across the road from train stations and easy walk to Foodlands and shops & take aways & liquorland & Sip & Save and a pub. $195 a week + half electricity, gas, water quarterly.
The property is close to train station and walking distance to bus stop. It is in a quite street in a newly built area, close to shopping centre and Woolworths. There is a fan in each room as well as air conditioning with an easy to maintain backyard. Plenty of natural light and features a carport at the rear of the property. There is no smoking or unfortunately pets permitted by landlord.
I'm clean, respectful and eager to start my future, moving out of home is a big step so shared housing is preferable at this stage I'm 18 in November and currently looking for work in Adelaide but need to be living there to be able to work
I am currently looking for a like minded person to team up with around Andrews Farm. I have two small, gorgeous dogs. They are well trained and behaved. I keep to myself a lot, I can be very quiet and spend the day in my room quite happily. But I can also be loud, sociable and very outgoing. Would be really nice to live with someone who also likes wine, wouldn't it be fun to polish off a bottle together after a shitty day. Some of my hobbies include; Gardening, mountain bike riding, crochet, musical arts, gaming, binge netflix'n, gym, the occasional night out on the town, random road trips and adventures. & I love to cook, have the maddest obsession with food!
Just looking for place to stay until I get on my feet. As a person who moved out of home at 16, started paying my own tuition fees and became a self starting person, I can confidently say that I know how to look after and care for a house respectfully. I care very much about the privacy of others and expect it to be returned. I'm not a loud person or very social, I keep a house quiet and clean. However I am a very bright person, up for a good chat and a laugh. I enjoy getting to know people. I'm looking for bills to be included in the rent price. I keep fish, so pets would have to be allowed. Although they wouldn't take up too much room, they can stay in the room if that is desired. Looking for anywhere in Adelaide that's close to shops and essential places. I'll be looking to move in November unless the property is near Andrews Farm, to which I could move immediately. At this stage I will be looking at $200 rent, however once I get out of school and move from part time into a full time job I should be able to afford more. I do have a partner looking to move with me, however we've realised that it's unrealistic to expect us to move together. But if it's possible that would be great.

My name's Tiarne, I'm 25 years old and a qualified Early Childhood Educator. I've been teaching in a primary school in the country for the past 3 years and am now looking to move to Adelaide to live and work. I'm relaxed, friendly, easy to get along with and like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy. Looking to rent a room with a likeminded female for the next 6-12 months :)
I am great to live with because although I am happy to chat if others want to chat, I respect other peoples space also, and I always pay my rent on time and have never let anyone down in that way. I am also a very positive person as much as I can be. I do look forward to hearing from you soon. I originally came from QLD but absolutley love the lifestyle in South Australia. I love going out for long walks, computers and gaming and talking to friends, though at this point in time I will be happy with a place to stay while I continue to look for work. I am happy to catch public transport to where I want to go. Ideally I would like to stay in the northern suburbs if possible. I am happy to hear any offers of accommodation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
I have everything paid for on time, including bills, rent and other costly needs. I'm friendly, but often keep to myself. Next to never home, yet when I am I'm either asleep, or there to have a good ol chat/laugh with. Although I have no animals, let alone kids I'm good with both. I work at Subway so cookies will often be involved, If I'm not at work I'm usually out with friends. I also have a netflix account.
