The house includes an open living, dining and kitchen area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, small garden bed by the side of the house, large patio with installed barbecue and small backyard. A double garage with parking is also available for a small additional fee, with the choice of street parking in a safe area. A treadmill is also available to use in the garage, if interested. Air conditioning throughout the house and fans in every bedroom ensures a cool night sleep during a hot, summer night. Bedrooms are not furnished, and will require you to bring your own furniture (as there is no built in wardrobes). However, both available bedrooms are reasonably sized and will be able to easily fit a bed, side tables, dresser and most other furniture you choose to bring. Renter must be willing to pay rent every 4 weeks, in cash. Awesome location at Henley Beach! Have unlimited internet which is additional to rent.. My current housemate is moving to Queensland in January and is happy to leave any of her furniture behind if needed. I'm also flexible in the rent as I'm happy to change rooms if needed.. The beach, all kinds of local shops, 2 pubs & Westfield West Lakes within 5 mins from my unit. Couldn't really ask for a better location. Across the road is a huge recreational oval, with footy oval, soccer/hockey field & playground. I live in a block of units with mostly young people, all lovely, no shady characters or troublemakers. I never hear a peep out of anyone really. The area in general is very quiet. Just the sound of the beach on still nights... I have 2 parking spaces, both full because I have 2 cars, but am quiet happy to park one in the street. The actual 2nd bedroom isn't the biggest, it can fit a queen size bed in though no worries. It has a walk-in robe also. The rest of the place is a pretty decent size. With what I've been told is a huge backyard for a unit, a pergola area with table n chairs & 2 sheds for storage. The unit itself is mostly renovated with a fully renovated bathroom. Very tidy unit.
I love good banter, pretty chilled, easy to get along with, fairly active! Love getting amongst the outdoors and spend any spare minute on the beach. In saying that - chilled nights in with some mates and a beer or wine are a fav! LOVE to cook, and don't mind doing my share of the housework. I have recently separated so would like to move into the area. I have my own car and would prefer off street parking if this was possible. I can supply my own furnishings. I am fully independent. I have a small dog but have other arrangements for him so it is not essential, but would be nice to see him occasionally ...but again not crucial as I have other opportunities to see him.
