I am 22, working full time in Annerley. I like sport and will probably be watching footy in my downtime. I am respectful of other people's belongings and would expect the same from housemates. I am nearly always down for a chat but do like my own down time and will respect yours. Cleaning standards have been approved by Australian mums for over 20 years. I'd be keen to team up too.

Our house is a three level townhouse located in Greenslopes and just 5km from the CBD. It has easy access to public transport with Greenslopes bus route just a 5-minute walk away, we are also located beside Greenslopes mall which has a Coles store. Your potential room is located on the top floor, with own balcony and has a shared bathroom (you would be sharing this bathroom with our roommate Maddie). The house features air conditioning throughout communal areas including your bedroom, there is a large communal balcony, kitchen and living space on the middle floor. Our complex also has a pool, which we share with fellow residents. The room is $160 per week. On top of this amount, each roommate contributes $15 per month for unlimited wifi. We do not pay water rates but are responsible for electricity expenses - which we pay quarterly. We are hoping to find a someone who can fill this room from November 28th until early February when our lease will need renewing. *****I’m really keen to find someone that will take over the lease from me, which runs out early February ***** There is an opportunity to renew again in February if you would like to continue living here.
Great location not too far from the city, right next to the M7 exit/on ramp so easy commutes by car. Good access to bus stops and Holland Park busway. Quiet area with forest for the back yard. Fruit trees, carport and on street parking.
My name is Keely and I've just moved into this unit. It is in a great location just 5 minutes walk to the Holland Park West shops (and a pub, a cafe and a Dan Murphys - all the essentials). Less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop taking you straight to South Bank, the City or the Valley... and a 20 minute walk to the actual Bus-way. 4 minute drive or a 15 minute walk to the Greenslopes centre with a large Coles. Its just me in the place so you'd only be sharing with one person. There is two double rooms, with a bathroom and separate toilet in between the bedrooms that you'd be sharing with me. I will include wifi, and I have a Netflix account you're welcome to use too .... but other bills will just be split 50/50 on top of rent. The room currently has a dressing table and spare chest of drawers in it. If you wish to use these, they can stay - if not they can be removed. Brand new: Carpet in the bedrooms, couch, fridge, dining table, washing machine ... etc. I moved previously from a rental that was furnished, so the unit is pretty much all brand new now! It has Air Con in the living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Heaps of air-flow with quite an open living area too. :)
Very modern air conditioned property on two levels in leafy Tarragindi with restaurants, cafes, transport, shops and gyms close by. Lower level is a fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment which has a room available. Upper level is a 3 bedroom home which I live in. The lower level apartment has lounge and dining furniture, fridge and washing machine. Both bedrooms are large, 4.5 x 3.6 metres and will easily fit a queen size bed, desk and have built in wardrobes. Public transport is only 2 mins walk. It’s close to Griffith university, U Q, Southbank, the city and has the bikeway just down the road. Power, water and unlimited WIFI is included in the rent. The gardens are all maintained , has a beautiful back yard and it’s a really great area to live in.

Very chilled, clean and respectful guy. Work as a landscaper and study animal behaviour. Tend to be very busy during the week and work most Saturdays. I'm in search of a relatively quiet household so I can study during my time off. I have a beautiful 3yr female Rottweiler who is highly trained/socialised and very clean. My ideal date to relocate will be in late March, early April of 2019. I have an excellent tenancy record and you are most welcome to contact my landlord for a reference if I'm successful with your application. I have all furnishings and don't need any household utensils as I'm fully equipped with my own stuff. Kind Regards Josh
Looking to stay within 20 mins of Greenslopes due to shift work and some very early starts. Prefer an apartment of unit, for low maintenance. I'm clean, tidy and respectful. Try to get to the gym at least once a week when I'm not inundated with uni. Looking for someone to team up with to find an unfurnished apartment as I have most household furniture. Work full time, study part time.
A 29 year old student currently studying psychological science and working part-time. I tend to keep to myself, though love to engage with my housemates, whether it's over a drink with dinner, or just milling around the house. As I'm currently studying, I'm not planning to move in short-term, so if you're looking to avoid the hassle of finding roomates 6-12 months down the line, that might help out a lot.
Hi we are looking for a new place as our current place has become unavailable for a new lease and our flat mates are moving interstate. Ideally we need our own bathroom and a large room to live and sleep in. I have a small well trained dog that is never left at home alone. My partner is from Thailand and I am Australian. I am a self employed landscaper and I spend most of my time working. Sometimes I have to work from home so a room big enough for a desk is desirable. I am well educated and I can’t live with people who regularly drink alcohol or use drugs. I’d like to live with people who are well educated and see things how it is. Must have a sense of humour. Must have job. I have land and a container from which I store all my tools and work materials. I also have all my “other” stuff in a container at storage facility. Therefore I travel light, ie I only need to bring minimal things to the room. (Bed, desk, clothes, gas Weber (optional), esky, bar fridge (optional) , girlfriend, dog and kitchen sink.) I have a classic car which I could store at my land but a secure shed/garage would be ideal. I need a secure place (outdoor is ok) to park my Ute as it usually has loose tools in the tray. Sometimes I bring my trailer home so room to park and turn around with a trailer would be convienient but not essential. I have a small well trained dog that comes to work with me during the week and often stays at my mother’s house on weekends. A room with outdoor access would be good but not essential. We return to Thailand several times per year. So Every few months we are gone for a month. I don’t steal or lie, I don’t have undesirable visitors. I pay rent ahead or on time.
Hey I'm Nat! I'm 25 years old, from Melbourne and am going to be in Brisbane playing football from the 5th Jan to late April. I'm very laid back, clean and tidy, like a chat but also keep to myself a lot. I won't be up late partying or anything like that - training will be six days per week so that will take up most of my afternoons and weekends, and I will be travelling some weekends for games. Shoot me a message if this sounds good to you!
LOOKING FOR HOME TO MOVE INTO IN 2019 FEB OR LATER. I will be looking for a home in Brisbane to move into in 2019 February or later as I begin my psychology degree at UQ at the end of February. I'm currently on the Gold Coast. This is what I'm looking for, let me know that you fit all preferences 😊: • Close to UQ in St Lucia (closer the better) • With a large size room with lots of natural light, a ceiling fan and at least big enough for a double bed, bedside table, large desk, mirror, couple wardrobes and storage spaces. • With yard or deck areas that get a decent amount of direct sun all throughout the day. • With undercover parking preferred • With nearby public transport to and from UQ, fortitude valley, and the city preferred • Close to a gym and supermarket 💪🏼 About me: I'm positive and ambitious, and both a respectful and open person :) I'm very health conscious and make all my own healthy meals which are wholefood plant based. I'm down for cooking for others 😁💖 I do aerial acrobatics and yoga, love nature and making friends. Things I'm most passionate about in life are eco-sustainability, nutrition, fitness, mental wellness and personal development. 😊😄😁💪🏼💗
I consider myself to be very clean, tidy and house proud! I work in real estate and have for years, so I understand how important it is to have someone who treats a house like it's their home. I have two small cats (strictly indoor only), so wherever I move to will need to be pet friendly as rehoming them is not an option. I come with my own furniture, so any bedroom does not need to be furnished. I also have common area furniture (couch, TV, fridge, etc), so I can bring these things along with me too. Let me know if you have any other questions!
I am.an easy going person. I work 5 days a work so very busy. I have 2 kids that live with my ex. They visit every once in a while. I am also studying part BSc Environment and Sustainability. I was born in Zimbabwe but have been living here for 11yrs.
Hi! We're two Tasmanians moving to Brisbane for uni in 2019. We're both easygoing, open-minded people who enjoy a quiet beer of an evening and are respectful of others' space. Abbie is studying Forensic Science and Criminology at Griffith university, loves true crime docos, and is a huge fan of the Melbourne Demons. She's fond of music, and dabbles in bands when time allows. Harley is studying Paramedic Science at QUT, loves history, and tries to stay active through Muay Thai. He loves to cook, enjoys reading, and loves animals. He also enjoys watching sport, particularly cricket and the NBA.
Hi my name is Laura I’m 23 years old and have just started a job in Foster Care (Monday to Friday) after studying a bachelor of social work. I’m a friendly, easygoing person who enjoys quiet weeknights and will probably be out and about most weekends. I’m quiet a social person so would enjoy housemates who are friendly and up for a chat! Most importantly I’m clean and respectful.
