There is also a big green garden at the back and the front of the house if you like to set up your own outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset. The available room is a pretty decent room. We got a variety of furniture in the garage apart from the one on the pictures. So you can choose how you want to furnish your room. We share the bills as it comes except the internet bill which is included in the rent. Other bills (gas, electricity, water) approx $280 per quarter.

My unit is less than 12 months old so obviously the decor and appliances are like new. I am on the ground floor at the rear of the complex (there is 8 units in the block)so it is not completely surrounded by other units and I don’t have to share the common entrance as I have a separate entry. Being on the ground floor allows my lounge to open onto an outdoor area. The unit has 2 bedrooms with an en suite so you would have your own bathroom. I have one secure car park which which would be negotiable. The unit is in Hunter Street so its extremely close to the Greenslopes hospital. I am about to purchase another fridge and washing machine so it might work if you already have your own. Very chill and honestly half the time you won't even know I'm there, I'll probably be in my room watching Netflix or reading a book. Although I'm also down to hang out and have a chat whenever. I am very clean and respectful of other peoples spaces. I work 8-4 every weekday at a university cafe, although sometimes less in school holidays.
I'm very much left-of-centre and would be an ideal flatmate for anybody a little out of the ordinary. Geeky, generally handy at random stuff, good in the kitchen, and fully house-broken. I work for an online retailer based in Capalaba (I can definitely hook you up with some A/V cable bargains!), and also at a retro games arcade. I mentioned geeky: I do Nerf wars, LARP, obsess over vintage woodworking tools and old fabric, like a good co-op multiplayer game, board games, RPGs... I'll probably pick something else up before too long. Non-smoker, very moderate drinker and would prefer the same (especially smoking, ick). It's not that I'm judgmental , I just don't want to have to wear a gasmask around the house while I navigate piles of empties. I'm absolutely cool if you have pets. I'm more of a cat person, but who doesn't like doggos? Listed move date is the absolute latest; I'd prefer sooner. I am a non smoker, do not take drugs and drink very little alcohol. I guess I am into an holistic way of life and try to live lightly. I meditate and tend to read a lot, eat healthily but am not quite a vegetarian. I do however, like to be with other people and getting to know them although am non intrusive. Former Financial Planner for over 10 years, Uber drive at the moment until I find my new career. Cycling is my recreational passion. Lastly I have a pretty good sense of humor.
