I'm moving to Hobart from Melbourne to start my masters at Utas in the beginning of July. Lived in the shared house for the last five years, so know the drill. Neat, respectful and a Banter. Into cooking whenever I'm free and more than happy to share a meal or two. Love to socialize and respect personal space. Looking for a flatmate who's easy going, friendly and always up for a laugh.

I have a permanent full time job in allied health and work Monday-Friday. I enjoy cooking, music, arts, exploring and cheese and wine. I like to stay busy throughout the week so it’s likely that I’ll be out of the house a little bit. I’m always keen for a friendly chat or movie but I also enjoy my own space. I like a clean, tidy house with respectful housemates. I have a good rental history and I’m happy to sign a lease!
I’m a full time student at UTAS in my second year of a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences. I work 2 jobs and play netball which means I tend to keep myself busy but always love some time to myself. I’m clean, tidy and respectable, and have a bright and bubbly personality.

We are Michael and Helene, owners of a three bedroom-house in Lenah Valley 7008 currently leased to a 38 y.o male tenant. The 3 of us are working together to find a second tenant to share the place with him. One medium unfurnished room (could be slightly furnished) will be available on 15th July 2018. Rent is $190 p.w Free NBN internet + share of electricity and gas bills. Also, if you need more space for study/studio/extra space, another room is available for an additional $50 p.w. Off street parking is a covered car park. The house is recent, comfortably set-up, very sunny (sun all day long), energy efficient (double glazed windows), nested in a peaceful lovely large garden at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Good public transport nearby . And the house is pet friendly for cats.
Hi there, I have just arrived back to Melbourne after completing my Master's degree in Boston. I am originally from Melbourne, however, will be moving to Hobart in later June - early July to further pursue my education at UTas. I have been living in shared houses for the past 4 or 5 years now and love meeting new people, exploring nature, trying out new restaurants and bars. I am generally an outdoorsy person and am looking forward to exploring the beautiful island. I am extremely responsible, like to live in a neat and clean house and respect others privacy, although am always up for a friendly beer or meal together. Dhruv
I’m Abby, I’m 22 years old in my 3rd year of my degree at UTAS. Looking for somewhere to move asap, preferably 6 - 12 months. I am a very tidy person, I enjoy socialising and I also enjoy alone time. I think I’m a fun and bubbly person and I’m really looking for a positive environment to live in.

I am 18 years old and looking to move out for the first time, despite this however I am very mature for my age and I am ready for all of the independence that comes with living away from home. I am a first year psychology student studying at UTAS so most of my time, when I'm not working part-time at Coles, is spent studying. Some of my hobbies include sports, video games and I perform in theatre shows from time to time. I am generally a very outgoing person who loves to engage and meet new people, however I am also completely respectful of others when they are in need of some personal space.
"It's not a house, it's a home..." Just up the road from the iconic North Hobart restaurant strip and public transport, a short bicycle ride away from the CBD, nestled close to Knocklofty and within walking distances to Hill St grocer and the West Hobart butcher... Unmetered street parking is available, and there is dual access from Cato Avenue and Valley St. Bills (internet, gas, electricity, water) will be shared amongst housemates. The rooms are spacious and cosy. One room is smaller at 185/week and the other is much larger at 205/week. * Only the large upstairs room is available now.
West Hobart house looking for tenants Features: Stunning view of the city and quiet place in the west Hobart. Also, very homey place for living. Location: Very convenient location to either city and UTAS. The price is 200/room including all the furnitures. Power and internet is shared. We want to form another family here so we won't accept over 4 talents under this property. We prefer long-term rent. We love to share time with each other and help each. Moreover, we will have movie time on the weekend randomly. We also love to having dinner together everyday. Please feel free to comeover for inspection. Inbox me or call me.
Single and double room available in West Hobart. The house is 20/30 mins walk to the CBD at the top of a steep hill in Forest Road. The elevated position offers an amazing view (Derwent river from the Tasman Bridge to the Casino, kunanyi/Mount Wellington). The house has a centralised gas heating with panel heaters in every room. The spare rooms are situated at the bottom level of the house: one single ($190/w), one double ($220/w), and have views out over the garden. They allow for lots of privacy. Guest toilet + shower is upstairs, and there is an extra toilet downstairs. Plenty of on street parking but it is a quiet road.Big kitchen fully equipped. However, WE DO NOT COOK MEAT IN THE HOUSE AND OUR GUESTS ARE USUALLY VEGETARIAN OR DO NOT COOK MEAT DURING THEIR STAY. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. We don't mind about people having take-away non vegetarian food. We have 3 cats.
This is a wonderful place to live. Not just a brand new house but a peaceful warm and friendly home. Very central to all services, less than ten minutes from the city centre on a bus route. The house is big enough that everyone has their own space but the common living areas are great for socialising. Modern kitchen, dining, lounge, deck, hot tub, great laundry, heated rooms but also with gas log fire and heat pump in living areas. Nbn internet. Guest room has smart tv and little study nook. I live with my 17 yr old son and 23 yr old nephew who are pretty cool. So that’s just an added bonus. This is a fun home but I have zero tolerance to illegal drugs. We all like to live a healthy lifestyle.
