I have an air conditioned unfurnished room to rent in a two bedroom Queenslander in West End, Townsville. The home is very well maintained, with a new bathroom, great kitchen with a dishwasher, large garden and a veranda to relax on. I have all new quality appliances and furniture as I recently bought the home. The house is located at the base of castle hill close to access to the goat track, a bus stop around the corner and just minutes’ drive to the CBD or Castletown. I own a small Jack Russel who spends time both inside and out so you would need to be a dog friendly person. I also have Foxtel and Netflix however that doesn't necessarily have to be an expense should you not wish to watch it. I grow my own vegetables and herbs and have a aquaponics system running.
Clean and tidy person, non smoker will be working 10 hour days, 6 days a week so will hardly be home.. and will probably visit home (Ayr) every few weekends, very mindful and easy going.. like to go out for a drink to socialise occasionally but defiantly not one to bring the party home... like to hit the gym and excersize quite often .. looking for a place preferable on the strand but open to other offers.. let me know what options are out there 😀

Hi, I am moving to Townsville mid-december-ish for work. I am clean, easy going and respectful. I have a small dog, Wicket, who is blind, friendly, house trained, washed frequently and some might say a tad spoiled. Wicket stays outside during the day and is inside with me (or anyone who is happy to have him inside with them when I'm not home) when I am home. Wicket likes small/medium dog friends but can be a little startled by big dogs as he can't see them. We currently live with two dane x arab however so.. Outside of the blind master, we're very easy going and would prefer a household with no more than two other residence who are clean and respectful, who are happy to socialise but also like their own down time.
I'm a relaxed individual, I study a lot so I'm usually at school, up castle hill, swimming at the strand or kayaking along the river.
