Our house is really large and spacious and the bedroom available even more so. Currently in this room there is a queen bed, 2 wardrobes, a desk/office area and small couch with plenty of extra space. There are two toilets, a seperate bathroom and seperate washroom. The back of the house is all open plan living, kitchen, dining but can be closed off from the rest of the house. The backyard is quite big with a shed and undercover porch. The house is fully furnished, however it is so spacious that if you have any furniture you want to bring along we could probably find somewhere to fit it. The available room has one free standing wardrobe, would need to furnish the rest. We think the location is pretty ideal. It’s close to the city and easy access to the beach. We are one street back from the river - about a 150 meters walk. Across the footbridge is Brickworks so everything you need is there - food, supermarkets, alcohol, coffee, zambrero’s… The room will be available from April 15th weekend. Currently rent is $160 p/w for a single, we are happy to negotiate a fair price for a couple. If we decide to not replace our 4th housemate, this may increase slightly by $10-15 dollars at the end of May. If you’re interested in the house, get in touch with us and we will tee up a time for you to come around and check out the place and meet us all.
Property really close to the city and entertainment centre.. In a really good location very quiet. Pets welcome reasonable size back yard.. BBQ, air conditioning a lot of the house is already included, will pretty much just need bedroom furniture
Hey There! Im Rachael, 24 years old and have been living in share houses 2 - 3 years so i know the drill by now. I work full time, and enjoy going to the gym after work. I think i'm pretty easy to live with and wont hide away in my room when i'm home. I'm clean and will respect others space and items (no need to put your name on your food :P) My lease is ending on the 20th of Feb and am needing to find a place before hand. Happy to team up or move in. I do have an indoor cat, she is no nuisance. She literally just sleeps all day and greets you at the door when you walk in the door and rolls over for a tummy rub like a dog. She doesn't scratch or bite like normal cats, shes very mellow and has been known to turn previous housemates who are dog only lovers in cat lovers by the time they leave, ive even had one request daily snapchats haha :) I am a great lover of coffee, cider and wine. Anything that involves those things, i will more than happily join in :). I love going out for brunch on weekends and having some drinks in the afternoon. I would love to find some housemates who would also turn into friends :) So please send me a message, would love to chat and get something sorted before i become homeless! :)

Hello and thanks for reading this! My name is Luke, I am Australian from the Flinder's Ranges and have travelled a bit. I love the beach and hiking, scuba diving and snorkelling. My girlfriend is from Colombia and we have been together for 6 years. (We live independently and she works very hard). I am studying Landscape Design at Urrbrae TAFE commencing second semester. I speak Spanish and I am interested in teaching English via Skype in the future. I will be looking for bartending and restaurant work (8years experience) once I find a happy home. I have plenty of savings so rent and bills are no problem. I have at least 4 years references of around $200 pw never missed. More about me... I don't smoke, love friendly bbq's, love reggae, salsa, merengue.. all the latino/caribe/pacifico music and culture. I like having a bevvy on social occasions and I certainly have no interest in drugs. I play a bit of acoustic and just bought a bright yellow ukelele. :) I have a lot of experience in share houses, I am open-minded and easy going, but will certainly stand up for what is right. I have many experiences that I would love to share and listen and learn what you have been up to. At the end of the day, I like nothing more than an occasional cold cider and a good book or scifi film. I cannot stand the TV! So if you like to watch the TV all the time and loud, I am probably not going to enjoy living with you :) I generally keep to myself, although I'm an open door kind of person. I like to cook and I always clean as I go. Lastly, I was in building and machine maintenance for 14 years, so no worries about leaky taps and broken door handles ;-) I really look forward to talking with you and meet for a coffee. Luke Bardolph
I am an easy going person who likes to be social but also enjoy time to myself. I like to keep my space tidy and am respectful of other peoples property. I am currently living and working in the Barossa Valley and have recently been employed in the city, so am looking for shared accommodation to be closer to work.
Easy going, friendly and respect privacy. Working full time so won't be in your way all the time!
I am a mid 40's professional working for a large organisation in the city, love my sports. Also love to eat good food, drinking a good glass of wine now and then ( weekends only) and enjoy travelling and going out to movies or theatre. I enjoy some cooking now and then mainly on weekends but if there is a BBQ in the backyard I will make use of it. If sports are not on TV I usually watch the ABC until after Q& A or lateline, then hit the sack. I am friendly and try to get on with everyone I meet along both in my professional and private life. I am respectful, tidy, clean ( I like to clean up when I'm done and expect others to be the same) easy going and happy to have a chat now and then and I have a good sense of humour.
Hi there. My name is Nabil, I'm an academic at two universities in Australia. I'm also working in the Environment sector, so I've got a fairly busy schedule. I'm very easy going and friendly, travelled across Australia, socialize plenty and like to have my own time as well. I keep clean and look after my use of private and shared spaces, I expect the same within reason. I'm a non-smoker and not a noisy person. Happy to provide references of past housemates regarding habits. I'll be based in Adelaide and Brisbane, currently in Brissy. Pretty international, traveled and lived in different continents. Feel free to get in touch as I need to move into a place ASAP. I'll be lecturing at the Adelaide Business School soon, so need to get settled. Cheers, N
International PhD student. Diplomatic, quiet and responsible. Play games for fun.
I'm Tannia from India, I've completed my Masters and looking to start my career, love making new friends, fun loving. I've been in Adelaide for 3months and loved it ..
I'm an easy-going gal in my late twenties, enjoy low-key hangs as much as retreating with a good book or series on Netflix. At the moment I'm actively looking for work, but also enjoy picking up volunteer gigs and learning new things with my free time! I'm from out north-eastern suburbs way, so ideally looking to live a lot closer to the city.
Im friendly, really easy going, but can also help out with cooking or cleaning. I play video games and generally keep to myself but have a pleasant attitude and good at socializing as well. Preferably looking for a fellow video gamer to live with to share an interest in the hobby
I'm going to Adelaide uni to study master of finance. I am from china, I don't smoke and I don't have pets either. I enjoy cycling and going to gym when I am free. I love music but I don't go to clubs.
Beautiful courtyard home very close to the city. Uni students most welcomed, public transport just a short walk away. New kitchen with outdoor area. Washing machine and fridge is available for shared use. Living room doesn't get used much, lots of space. Shops around the corner.
I’m an honest, down to earth guy set in routine and structure. I’m very easy to get along with and interact well when meeting new people. I work full time Monday to Friday (occasionally weekends) with a steady income and have a set routine including the gym every morning before work, walking and diet but not afraid to relax a little on the weekends. By which I don’t mean throwing parties, as I am hardly the partying type. I tend to find myself watching a movie or having the occasional drink and chat. Cleanliness plays a big role in my living arrangements, so I’m hoping to find someone with the same sort of standards. Living with someone needs to be built on good grounds, and I can honestly say, that I can meet all of the expectations, as should you, if we are going to be sharing the same kitchen. I’m a very clean, quiet and respectful person, as is my little dog. And if what they say is true, ‘a dog takes after his owner’, then I have living proof of just that. He’s definitely not a yapping dog, he has literally barked once in his whole life so you won’t even know he’s there! He’s very well house trained and goes to puppy school and daily walks and guarantee you will fall in love with him! Humans are a weird bunch, and that’s why I embrace everyone’s opinions and beliefs without judgment. I’m an all-round nice welcoming guy who you would love to meet and feel totally relaxed about being yourself around.
We're a couple, one who works and the other is looking for work. We have a medium sized dog and sometimes foster an additional dog, enjoy watching Netflix and playing video games, attending community events, quiet nights in and volunteering in the community. Looking for housemates that have steady income (including paid employment & Centrelink), trans/queer or trans/queer friendly, ok with medium sized dogs, reliable, trustworthy and motivated, willing to meet multiple times before decision is made. References would be a bonus and help in the decision making process. Home is our sanctuary, a safe place to relax, reflect on the day and truly be accepted.
i'm 21 years old i'm an aquarius. i study at flinders uni. I enjoy listening to music and singing along to old school rnb songs or disney musicals. i enjoy a nice night out with friends but i also enjoy weekdays just reading and having a sip of wine.
I'm an easygoing person, looking for a nice place in Adelaide that I can call home for 3 months, while I complete an internship. I love my own space, but also enjoy company and a glas of wine to unwind after a long day. I like to be fairly active and spend my spare time exploring the great outdoors and will hopefully find some nice areas to hike not too far from the city. It would be nice to live with someone with a laid back attitude, who also knows how to replace the toilet paper once it runs out :)
Hello. I'm a very friendly, helpful, empathetic and jovial person who loves to meet new people and chill out whenever possible. I don't smoke and I'm keen on keeping my place clean at all times. My hobbies include, listening to music, watching movies, playing and watching soccer, hanging out with mates and also meeting new people.
