Experienced Flat Sharer, friendly and courteous. Reliable to pay everything on time, and keeping common areas clean. I’m out during the day almost all the time, usually home for dinner and happy to be social or respect peoples privacy.
I'm a passionate and respectful person, I like to chat over a wine or other preferred beverage on occasion or do gardening as a household, but also appreciate my own space. I'm a musician and writer in the final stages of a PhD in Creative Writing at Adelaide Uni where I teach during semester. I work hospitality while uni is on break. I have a dog called Patti Smith who is tiny and half hairless. She gets along well with cats and dogs. I ride a bike everywhere and enjoy hanging out in the yard. I like to make wherever I live a positive and caring space.
Hi my name's Preston I'm 27 work full time. Clean, tidy and responsible. Easy going friendly i enjoy cooking and socialising but also like to do my own thing. I like bike riding and being out side
Non smoker. Non drug user. Social drinker. House trained. Good cook. Good attitude to everything. I do work some odd hours during the week including being up at 0345 so keep that in mind. I have a mobile coffee business so if possible I would like to house my coffee trailer wherever I am living which would mean a suitable driveway or yard. I would consider paying extra for that. If not possible then I would store the trailer elsewhere.
Hey :) I’m Siân, 24-year-old full-time student & part-time worker. I’m keen on renting somewhere in or close to the city & ideally a newly built house or apartment. Please note, my move date is March 11th (can probably go up to a week before this, or from the 1st of March for those with a month ending lease!) but pretty firm on the date as I'm on the lease for my current place and it's just not really logical for me to be paying 2 x rent :) My two main must-haves are an inside laundry (where you won’t be fighting off spiders just to do your washing) and whole house ducted air-conditioner (I’m not one to always have the air-con on, but spending the last two summers in houses that don’t have any air conditioning at all has made me realise you really do need one for those 34 degree nights!). Built in robe would be sweet too, but not essential. I am a vego/vegan but not bothered by what someone who lives with me eats! I’m super clean, love reading, binge-watching new Netflix shows and chilling out with some music. I’m someone who can’t sit at home all day, and I’m constantly out doing something. I have two jobs and in my spare time I volunteer as a coordinator with Sea Shepherd, I'm also a full-time Communications and Media student at UniSA. Would love to find someone who is nice & clean as well as easy going and easy to live with. If this sounds like you, hit me up!
Large furnished bedroom with walk in robe and own bathroom, in a spacious modern home. Located close to Linear Park, the house is a 5 min walk to buses to the city or there is bicycle route to city or beach. The room is available until the end of April 2018 You will be living with one other professional woman in her late 20's. The house is fully furnished with quality furniture and the kitchen comes fully equipped and is located in a quiet and secure area. There are two lovely outdoor eating areas and a garden perfect for entertaining. Off street parking is included. Rent includes bills, and internet.
Recently renovated 3 bedroom house with new extension on rear of property (kitchen, bathroom, lounge and laundry). Currently each week $30 is put aside for bills, the house is on a unlimited electricity and gas plan which is paid monthly so bills are paid weekly with rent. Ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling in all rooms. The house is situated on a quiet street in Wellend close to public transport (5 minutes to town) and Welland shopping centre (5 minute walk). There is a pool table in the shed at the rear of the property so be prepared to bring your a game. The rooms on offer come with a cupboard but all other desired furniture will need to be provided. Both housemates are in our mid twenties, with one studying and the other working as a tattoo artist. I have been living in the house for 2 years and love the property and the area.
Hard working student. Pretty much busy with studies and work all week. Looking for a place that's nice and relaxed. I enjoy heading out on the weekend for a few drinks. I'm very tidy and always clean up after myself as I go along. I'd prefer to live in a house with no more than 4 housemates. I love dogs so if you have a dog that's a bonus. I love music, soccer, cricket and travelling around South Australia exploring new places.
I am considerate, respectful and a quiet person who cleans up after herself. I have no problem when it comes to cleaning the house and im neat and tidy. I come with no baggage and no hassles. If u think i have what you are looking for then please dont hesitate to get in touch with me as i need to find a place i can call home as soon as i can. Thankyou. I was living in Woodville South as a full time carer for my father but he has since past away. So now i need to find another place to live.
Hi! :) I'm Enora, I'm 23, I'm studying Pharmacy in France and I'm doing a 6 months internship in Adelaide at the Basil Hetzel Institue. I like music, cinema, cooking and I'm looking for a place with friendly people! I'm sociable, open-minded, loving spending time with my friends and people in general. In an other hand, I'm clean and serious. (I'm so sorry for my english, I just arrived in Australia but it would be better in few weeks ;))
i'm an easygoing type of person, i enjoy meeting new people and learning from them. I am not a smoker and i have no pets and most definitely neat, tidy and pretty responsible. Looking forward to meeting you 'future house mate'*smiley face
I love to cook, socialise with friends and house mates and sometimes just relax with a wine while watching TV. I work full time and do work some weekends too so I can be in and out but when I'm home I do try to relax as much as possible.
Currently Studying at Uni SA City West Tidy, clean and respectful of others privacy and personal space. Not too fussed on location but prefer a short drive to the city. Wanting to move in Jan-Feb 2018
I am easy going, very clean and tidy, not a party animal and have lived in many share houses over the years so I know how it works. I'm very compromising and respectful of other people.
I’m Eloise. 33 year old female, professional, working full time in the CBD. I love listening to music and podcasts, food, wine and coffee. I’m frequently out and about with friends enjoying drinks after work and breakfast on the weekends. I’m a bit of a minimalist, with a few house plants and I’m searching for a calm and peaceful space to share with a like minded person.
Easy going guy who loves to connect with others but also enjoys time alone. Respectful and considerate of others. Live an active lifestyle and often out during the week and on weekends but doesn't mind staying in from time to time.
Hi there, my name is Alice and I graduated from Adelaide Uni this year. Zoe and I met through uni as we studied the same degree. Zoe and I are working part time now, in Adelaide Oval and Art Gallery. Zoe works 3-4 days every day and I work almost full-time, therefore we wont have problem paying rent. Also, both of us are planning to settle down in Adelaide so we are unlikely to end the contract unless something really bad happens during the rent. I play Ultimate Frisbee and both of us go to gym so we'd like somewhere that has a Goodlife within walk distance. We are both pretty chill people and like looking for good coffee in Adelaide. Zoe cooks very well and always keeps everything clean and tidy.
Hey! I am a PhD student at the University of Adelaide. I'm an easy going guy, easy to get a long with but also happy to keep to himself. I'm reliable, clean and can cook. I'm into games and movies, don't party heaps but not a downer either. If I sound like someone you'd like to live with feel free to hit me up. Cheers!
Hey, I'm an outgoing and friendly guy, respectful, and reliable with rent and bills. I'm currently studying winemaking at Adelaide Uni and work at a pizzeria/wine bar in the city. #leftovers I like the idea of 'teaming up', but also open to joining a house. Looking to make a house a home :)
I’m from Vietnam and I’m studying Social Work. I like to talk with people and help people. I can share house with anyone from any countries that we can make friend and exchange culture, hobbies and have fun together. I will take placement in The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, so I’m looking a house close to or easy to bus to the hospital. Thanks.
Hi I’m Georgia, 23, I work full time in Early Childhood. I enjoy the gym, netball and socialising! I’m neat and tidy - enjoy my own space but I’ll never say no to a glass of wine and a chat! My lease is up in April so starting to look for a new place!
Hello, we are a group of 3 students moving to Australia on 12th Feb 2018 and are searching for a nice place to stay near Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide Regency Park. We don't mind sharing the place with other mates too. 3 of us are very friendly and we can adjust to a new surroundings pretty quick. Have experienced hostel life before so we can adjust with the flatmates too. Cheers!
