We are located 4km from the CBD and 7km to the beach in a friendly family orientated area with local cafe's within walking distance. The train and tram are within walking distance as well as parks and the Torrens river. The house is 1930 style with wooden floors, high celings, big back yard and a shed for storage. The house has a newly renovated kitchen with open plan living through to the lounge room and out the undercover area. Good natural light, private rooms, reverse cycle, dish washer, room to move, two parking spots with lots of street parking and close to the city. The bedroom to be filled is large (3.5x3.5m) with a 12ft ceiling.
Hi my name is Cameron and I just moved to Adelaide from New Zealand for a cool new job opportunity. I'm clean and tidy and I don't sweat the small stuff, so should be good to flat with. I'm an artificial intelligence programmer, and do rock climbing in my spare time. Ideally I would want to live somewhere where It was ok for my girlfriend to stay with me about 6 weeks in the year (she lives in New Zealand but would visit occasionally). Also having somewhere to park a car would be highly preferred (on street ok).
I work for the Government for 16 years. I am quiet, matured, honest and reliable. I always pay my rent on time and have a very good rental history. I also have good references from former landlords.

Hello future flatmate(s), Natasha and I are international students from the Netherlands and are moving to Adelaide for 6 months for our internship. We both study Tourism Management, and what better way to do this than abroad! We will arrive in Adelaide on the 25th of January. Our budget will be around 170 dollars per week each. At this moment I (Denise) am studying abroad in the United States, and Natasha is studying abroad in China! We both love meeting new people from all around the world. We both prefer/want a room of our own but we don't mind living with other people in the house too! In that way we can meet more people :) The company we are going to work at full time (5 days a week) is in Hindmarsh, so it would be wonderful if this was a bike ride away (max 30 minutes). Please let us know if you have anything for us for these dates, and for 6 months, also furnished. As we can't take our own bed on the airplane, haha!
Hi my name is Bethanie and I am looking for a place to live with my boisterous son named Moritz. He is a grey and white desexed boy cat who loves to play and eat, and is partial to pats when he feels like them. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Art at the University of South Australia in the City West campus and will be starting my 2nd/3rd year in 2019. I often bring my art home, so I can provide many a decoration, and if you check out my instagram you can see some of the things I may end up doing when I move in. I am currently working as a swim teacher in Angle Park, so my ideal place to live wouldn't be too far from where I work and study. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, creating and going for walks. I am looking to live with people who I can communicate and spend time with in a happy and connected household.
I am a full-time engineer. I am on 3 weeks on 1 week off roster. So basically most of the time I will work away from home. I am looking for an unfurnished room in a furnished house/flat/apartment. I have own bed. Or if you have storage for putting my bed is also fine. I am pretty quiet and care about hygiene. Especially not a party animal if it comes to that. I am a non-smoker and don't have a pet. I expect reasonable rental since I will not be at home most of the time. I like cooking in my spare time and share my cooking especially good at Asian food. And at same time do some jogging along the beach.
Very easy person to get along with. Sociable and enjoys doing things with friends. Is mindful of people’s personal space and belongings. Looking for people that get along well with others.
Hi all, my name is Amber and I'm looking for a relaxed, pet friendly environment to call home for me and my pets. Although I am not currently working or studying, I have been focusing on getting my Learners permit and looking for any available work to help me further build my skills in the hospitality industry. In my spare time I like to spend time with friends and family as well as achieving personal fitness goals through outdoor recreational activities (such as hiking/bush-walking and climbing) and HIIT. I love animals, especially extraordinary pets such as my pet rats which are very friendly and normally stay in their enclosure, however, I do like to let them out to play. Baking is something I really enjoy and if you enjoy vegan sweet treats I am happy to share. Despite being vegan myself, I believe each to their own, I'm not bothered by non vegan diets. Looking to live with up to two friendly and considerate housemates around my age. I would prefer an unfurnished room as I have my own furniture to provide and can add furniture to the home if you need/would like :) Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Amber :)
I am courteous, respectful of others and sociable. Certainly neat and clean with a passion for food, sport and music. Non-drinker and Non-smoker but not fussed if other flatmates are.
If you're looking for a clean and tidy, non-smoking, quiet flat mate who works 55+ hours full-time per week then hit me up! Would be great to move into a house with 2 or 3 other flat mates who don't mind socializing every now and then. Must be near the city or near public transport to the city. I don't party, but don't mind a couple of drinks here or there! Can supply my own furniture for the room. Happy to share a bathroom! Love travelling, making people laugh, watching sports, plane spotting and thunderstorms!!
Hey Potential House mates, I am Arjun (AJ) and work with the Red cross. Moving to Adelaide after 4 and half years in Melbourne. (Got a promotion can explain in detail if we plan on getting a place together. :) I am clean and always pay the rent and bills on time can give you references if it helps. Looking to get a house with like minded people. Age, gender or orientation does not matter to me. I love traveling, binge watching TV series and cooking. Don't mind pets, Love dogs. Bit of a beach bum would love a place close to the beach if possible but not too fussy :) The doggo in my profile is not mine. Don't know what else to say on here as I don't want this to sound like a dating profile. :) Hope to hear from you soon. :) Arjun
I enjoy my own space and I am clean and respectful of my housemates. I work during the week and on weekends I spend time at Adelaide Oval watching the footy, walking trails, at the gym, napping, catching up with friends. Looking to share a place with someone. I have all the nesessary household appliances and furniture required to fit our the house. All of it under 2 years old. (Fridge, washing machine etc) Looking somewhere within 15km of city due to my workplace moving location next year.
Hello! I'm Emily, 26 years old and an employed teacher, currently teaching English to adult migrants. I am very easy to live with and have been often described as the ideal person to live with by my previous housemates. While I do work a lot, I am punctual with rent, bills and cleaning. I adapt to households well, and respect personal space. I would describe myself as honest, approachable and a good conversationalist. I have a 5 year old diabetic Smooth Fox Terrier X who knows? called Marvin. He's a real gentleman, very well behaved, photogenic and enjoys cuddles. So I would need to live with someone/people who are allowed to have animals on their fenced property. I would preferably like to live somewhere close to the City. Thanks!
Just ya standard friendly, vego, slightly awkward pal. Between study (psych at unisa) and work (part-time hospo work/part-time tennis coaching/part-time tutoring) I spend my time hanging out with friends and family, rock-climbing, hiking and just about anything else outdoorsy. I'm a fairly easy-going person and always up to chat/hang out/go on a bit of an adventure/whatever floats ya boat really (but also really value alone time). (A fair warning though, I love puns and will sneak one into conversation whenever I can).
Located 2 minutes from the free tram into the city, this great little cottage is on a quiet street and has a lovely back yard which catches the sun all day. Minutes from pubs, cafes, a gym and restaurants and only 10 minutes into the city on a tram!
Because I work long hours during the day I enjoy relaxing at home. I'm from Greece and I speak fair good English, I'm very good at repairing things around the house if there's a need and people say I have a good sense of humour. I'm a smoker (outside always) but I don't drink.
I am a newly graduated Primary Teacher and enjoy a reasonably low-key lifestyle. I am clean and tidy and respect others space and privacy. I have an unpredictable schedule as I do TRT work and the occasional OSHC shift. I enjoy my down-time and love a bit of Netflix, some good music or beach walks.
Moving to Adelaide with work! I’m a quantity surveyor, and will be working Monday to Friday so always have the weekends off for adventures! Originally from London, and yes I have the typical British accent! 🙄🤷♂️ Would like a social house or flat share! I’m an active guy, loves going to the gym, beach and wine too! 🍷 Pet lover, don’t have my own but would love a dog one day! Any questions just ask:)
Hi I'm Fresnelle, a 19 year old female....originally from Burundi. I work part time and I start Uni early next year. I'm a great housemate because I am clean/tidy, I am mindful of others therefore I know to keep my indoor voice. I love to live in a chilled environment. I love to cook and clean
I am respectful and tidy, an animal lover and just a fairly relaxed person. I usually work 6 days a week. Looking for a room to rent not too far away from the city as I work in Unley, decent sized and unfurnished as I have a bed, desk, draws etc..
