Hey guys, I work as a nurse & run my own business on the side. I'm a pretty chilled, down to earth, positive person who loves good banter & understands personal space. I'm fairly active, love the beach & the outdoors. Love food (can cook!) and a quiet beer or vino at home. I'm selling mine so looking for a great place with great house mates near the beach or a new lease with 1 or 2 of you between semaphore & west beach, a street or two from the beach-ages 20s/30s)
Friendly and happy to mingle or keep to myself. Quiet, easy going and neat and tidy. I'll only be there Monday to Friday for first 6 months at least so you'll have the place to yourself on weekends. No pets, non-smoker, looking for my own bathroom or ensuite.
I'm 23 and working full time as a naval architect in Largs north and just looking for somewhere about 20-30 minutes from work. I've just moved from Melbourne and looking for a stress free house with clean and tidy people. In my spare time I love to get out camping and 4wding.
Respectful of space, clean and tidy, honest, caring, bubbly. Someone who you can chat with... if not thats okay. Pet lover (don't own one). Interests; Dance, pilates, Barre', future volleyball player... bit of ballet'. Im a home care support worker for the elderly UCW port adelaide. Currently live in west lakes.
Room close to the Beach Hi Offering my spare bedroom in my two storey townhouse in Semaphore park. Its only 60 second walk to the beach. Premises is on the Main road -so you will hear more traffic than usual. If you are a light sleeper. Probably not for your. However, previous flatmates didnt find any problems with it. Bus stop in front of my place. Bus 157 goes directly to North Terrace in the city via Port Road. Or get off at West Lakes interchange and take the H30 Bus to the city. Or you can cycle to nearest train stop at Ethelton and take train to city. Bus goes to nearby lovely Semaphore Village and historic Pt Adelaide. Semaphore village is a nice 25 minute walk along esplanade. Do have spare bike if you like to cycle along the beaches. Looking for someone older than 30 years old. Someone who is clean, courteous, talkative, and respects the place where they live. I do live on main road..but only noisy during peak hours. My home is not a party place. Any partying to be done somewhere else. I usually go to bed around midnight and enjoy relaxing after work watching movies and documentaries Unlimited broadband (wifi) available and is Free. .Looking for short term flat mate. But if we get on...then happy to have a long term house share.
Hey! I am a non-smoker, no pets and single. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle and I am looking forward to getting my fitness back after being away overseas for a few years. Ideally I would be living with other non-smokers, I find that smokers hang out with smokers and I hate the smell and the habit. Anyways.. I lived in SA once upon a time for most of my life but left for a FIFO job out of Perth about 6 years ago. In Adelaide, I worked as a dispensary technician in pharmacy and used to have a second job most of the time in hospitality. Adelaide is still 'home' and I want to create a life here that makes me want to stick around. This is where you come in.. I want a good housemate that is mature enough to co-habitat as I am not looking for another parent and I want us both to feel free to live our lives. Of course it's nice to live with someone that might notice if you went missing or made you some leftover salad in the fridge but we don't need to be besties. I have lived with a couple people in the past, mainly guys and it's worked out well! I grew up with the sisters so I know all too well that too many women isn't always a great thing. I have never lived wit a couple and have only heard on here say that it isn't always the greatest experience but I would be open to it. Having worked away and lived in camps I have enough maturity to openly discuss any issues and would be open for you to do the same. I don't want to drive you insane with a simple habit I'm unaware of that if I knew about I wouldn't have kept doing. I remember having someone that was particular about how the towel was left sitting after you dry your hands on it.. easy one to be mindful of :) same goes for me. I want to be able to say hey when you put the bin bag next to the bin and not in it, it drives me bonkers! My general habits. I drink on occasion, usually a couple wines with or without company :) I don't really go out drinking a whole lot as I feel those days are a little over and most of my Adelaide friendship groups are filled with professionals or people with children. I don't watch a lot of TV so I won't be up to date on your latest show but I can eagerly listen :) I'm a people person, happy to chat and love a good DnM at the right time with the right people. I used to be quite into fitness and looking to get that relationship back into my life. I will be working or studying full-time or full-time study, part-time work. (i arrived back in Australia directly before Christmas and just did a week in Darwin) In summary, I am an easy going girl who grew up in a rural suburb so I know how to mow a lawn and kill a spider, just don't ask me to kill anything with hands and fur cos I tend to stay away from meat. I am mindful of what I put in my body (except for the odd day where Cadbury gets the better of me) and I can be practical. I am pretty upfront without being that rude person and I am looking for a home. If you have got to this point, Great! I think meeting the right housemate is just important if not more important than the space. I am looking for an area close to Semaphore or Port Adelaide however, I am not seasoned on what all the areas nearby are called. So if you contact me about a place five minutes away from Semaphore I may be unaware. Otherwise I would like to be somewhere with parklands or nature nearby. The places I have been looking include SEMAPHORE, LARGS BAY, PORT ADELAIDE, WESTLAKES SHORE, PETERHEAD, BIRKENHEAD, ETC Also I have stated 4 months and a move date- this is negotiable. This is basically because I don't know what I will be doing for work. I don't want to go jumping into a six-month lease when I don't know what I am doing but in order to work out what I am doing I need to be stable enough that where I am living is not on the forefront of my mind. At the same time, I don't want to set up shop for a month only to move again in four weeks.
Health professional from Melbourne looking for a flat to move in late Feb to mid March. Currently living in Mawson Lake and it is just about time to move to somewhere closer to the beach or CBD. I am a clean, friendly person and do enjoy share some wine/beer/tea with my housemates and occasional night out. Otherwise, I prefer an quite and easy night after long day of work. Love going to gym/exercise and often scuba diving, if you have something available we can deffo buddy up. :)
This is my first time moving out I am just trying to find trust worthy people I am reliable honest and clean my main focus is getting a full time hospitality job do some further study and eventually live by myself. I will hardly be home and on the days I am I'm just laid back watching movies. I believe in even work loads, so sharing chores and maintain a clean healthy environment.
I am mature age with own furniture and BMW which I am very fond of. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years is being knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
I'm Ruby, 21 years old from the river but moving to Adelaide shortly to study at the Police Academy and am looking for a share house close to the Academy which is in Taperoo. I'm friendly & outgoing but also enjoy my down time, always up for a drink and a good time as well. I am respectful, down to earth and clean (not OCD), I have my own furniture as well.
