Hello I have just moved back to the state after been away for a few years with work. Looking for a place to share with some great people within 20 min walking distance to my work in the CBD. I will also be spending half the time living out at my parents property and commuting to work. I am very easy going, opened minded, clean and tidy, a great cook and sociable but also like my own company. If you have any questions feel free to give me a call. Cheers
Hey!😊 I’m very clean and tidy, very positive vibes to have around the house and easy to get along with. I live out of town and currently looking for work in Launceston so I would love to team up and find a house or move in if you need a housemate!
Quiet, tidy, non smoking, full time computer professional. Need a furnished room starting mid June. I'm looking to buy a property so however long that will take (1-2 months?). I will be gone for the weekends, and my work hours are mon-fri 8am-4:30pm. I'm looking to pay $150 per week which would include wifi and utilities. I always pay my bills on time, and mind my own business.
Hi, I'm Cleanna and I've grown up around Launceston. I'm currently having a break from my studies of Journalism and Media and am looking for a place to live in Launceston. I'm an easy going person, very reliable and honest. I'm currently working multiple jobs about 4-5 days a week and have lived in student accomodation in the last year. I enjoy socialising with friends, reading, travelling and tasting my way through every burger place I come across. I would love to find a place in an already established sharehouse or more than happy to be contacted by someone who wants to start one! I look forward to hearing from you!
Short walk to Cataract Gorge and the cbd and the views are incredible! We sit above the fog line in winter and get the first rays of sunlight in the morning. The neighbours are fantastic and as it is set back from the street it's very quiet. 10mins bike ride to the Trevallyn MTB trails and if you are into climbing it's a short stroll straight down to the cliffs!
Hey I’m Luke I’ve just moved back to tassie after living on the mainland for 8 years. I work full time. And play cricket and football on weekends so I’m hardly home. I am clean and tidy without being to ocd. if you want to chill and have a beer then I’m all for that if you would rather have your own time then that’s also something I’m more than happy to do as well.
In the center of Launceston city, really convenient, close to everything, restaurants, bus stop, shops and supermarkets. Clean and tidy place. Unlimited NBN broadband. Air con in the living room, spacious bedroom. Unfortunately no parking spot. Applicants need to go through real estate agency.
~ AVAILABLE NOW ~ Sunny house in leafy Trevallyn overlooking the river and in walking distance of the city centre! With the conveniences of a large kitchen, nbn connection, heat pump, and lots of built in storage space in the bedroom. The two living areas get plenty of morning sun and are lovely and warm during winter. The bedroom is a good size and has a big window under the leafy trees outside (green and private). Located on a quiet street close to bus lines. The house is an older art deco property and is a bit quirky when combined with my things but I think that adds to the charm. The house is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped so all you need to bring is yourself and things for your room (if you have your own furniture/kitchen things that you'd like to bring we can work that out too). Internet is $30 each p/month and is included in weekly rent. The power bill is split evenly every 3 months. Due to a bad experience with my last housemate I will need the new house mate to either sign on to the lease or pay a security deposit of 3 weeks rent to me. I have just signed a new six months lease (through to 19 of July) and would ideally like someone to at least stay for that period. (The property is a long term rental and the lease will be up for renewal again come July)
It's right in the middle CBD so it's great if you don't have a car and work in the city. It is also really spacious, so we won't feel like we're in each other's way and is furnished already so it has everything you need. Our internet is still on the process of getting connected, so once that is connected, we will split that between us. :) You will not be on the lease but do need to apply and get approved through our real estate.

Hola. I am Bhavin and I will be commencing my 2nd semester in UTAS. I have lived in houseshare before, so I am familiar with household chores. My mild OCD ensures that everything around me is neat and tidy. I can cook Indian cuisine (try to) so my roommates will be treated with tasty food. I am a vegetarian. Usually, I will be out in the evening playing soccer or going to trivia nights. During my free time, I like to explore Tassie. I am quite friendly but will respect others privacy. Can't wait to meet new people.
Unlimited internet, great views and garden. Netflix and Stan available. Really lovely sunny home, with enough room for you to have your own space. Available room is nice and quiet, great built in robe. I can provide a bed and furnishings if needed. Located close to the gorge, within walking distance to town. On a bus route, heaps of parking and storage room for bikes 🚲. Top spot if you like trail running or a short bush walk after work.
Hey I'm April! I work as a journalist & radio producer at the moment, working 2-3 days a week. Sometimes I go back to the family farm and milk cows as well. My ideal weekend consists of travelling, wine, cheese, and friends. I have just spent the last year living in Europe, hence why I am currently homeless (living with my parents again!! haha)
Semi retired guy who enjoys various photographic genre’s, reading widely, watching interesting movies, quality coffee and always up for an interesting discussion Have lived in most states of Australia plus SE Asia and NZ. Can cook up a reasonably healthy meal and developing new skills around that. Once settled will be looking for a part time employment position and, barring that, voluntary work,... along with exploring NE and NW of Tasmania. Currently in Melbourne’s MORNINGTON PENINSULA region but about to move to Northern Tassie inside 4-6 weeks. Have been downsizing over the last 12 months with that continuing as a work in progress. Generally do more than my own share of the cleaning etc. and skilled in household maintenance n repairs. Prefer living with mature people and a mix of genders.
Hey, I'm Caitlin! I'm a 19 year old from the North-West of Tassie looking to jump in to the bigger part of the island. I'm looking to get some full time work in either Hobart or Launceston depending on what comes up and where is easier to go. I have a 1 year old Tibetan Spaniel named Winston, he can get a little crazy as he's still a puppy but for the most part he just wants some cuddles. I am a smoker (I know, gross) and sometimes a bit of a party animal. Mostly extroverted, but I sometimes enjoy my own company for a bit. I think that's all, but I'll probably flick you a message and ask a million questions.
