Hello, I'm a soon to be registered pharmacist from Melbourne and have just moved to Launceston for a full-time job. I have lived in shared accommodations for the past 5 years and hence have plenty of experience with living with others. I'm originally from Malaysia and I enjoy playing computer games. I'm also keen to travel around Tasmania on my days off! Wouldn't mind living with pets either.
You'll need to be working, trustworthy, easy going and like dogs. My house is dated but comfortable for two adults to have space. You'll be living in semi-rural setting, 5 minutes from CBD with private gardens, 2 decks, undercover spa, BBQ and fire-pot area. Bush on 2 sides. Shared communial areas, kitchen, dining room. Your rooms will comprise of bedroom with ensuite and a second small bedroom up 5 stairs. There is underfloor heating in larger room which can be used as lounge. TV outlet. You'll have to pay for this heating. Or, bring you're own heating and cooling. Your rent will include power, water and internet. I use local laundry mat to dry clothes in cooler months. No dryer. Off-street parking depends on what time you start work. While photos have furniture, it's not mine. I do have a queen bed ensemble if needed. No couples.
I'm Moira, I just finished college at LC and am looking for full time/part time work and a place to stay as my parents are moving out of state. I enjoy writing and playing music and my extensive collection of earrings. I'm originally from the Launceston area and grew up down the river. I'm looking to find a share house of like minded people who enjoy yummy meals and the occasional Netflix binge.
Im Catherine, I moved to Tas from WA for work. Working in the building & Design industry I enjoy Architecture and the Arts, like to explore on the weekends and a glass of wine doesn't go astray. Im a very neat and considerate person and have lived in share houses previously. I am looking for a room in a house share situation.
I'm a pretty easy going, polite person and I'm starting my first year at UTAS in 2019. I love listening to music and watching netflix in my spare time. I will be moving from Melbourne mid January and will have a part-time job in the CBD when I arrive. Coming from a big family I am used to living and sharing with other people, and thrive on it. I also have 2 cats that i would love to bring with me, but they can stay at my family home if needed.
Looking for somewhere to live affordable for myself un shy once you get to know me a bit. I'm caring, considerate & trustworthy! I believe that where you live should be kept as a safe & secure environment! I'm a bit over the party scene & getting a bit old so I'm just looking for a secure environment for myself at the moment! Happy to share living space but would only consider somewhere with my own room! I'm clean, tidy & have good personal hygiene! I've been mostly a wall & floor tiler for year's although at the moment I am not working but have a steady income!

Our housemate Gabrielle is moving to a place closer to work, so we are looking for another cool person to live with us! Ideally, we are looking for someone aged 21-35 who is a professional working in town but we may consider others if they are the right fit. You'll be living with one guy and gal who are quiet and super friendly and like to keep the place clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who is staying long term who is looking to make the place a home for themselves but we may consider short term of at least 3 months for the right person. This isn't one of those dodgy share houses that rents out every room to make a buck, this is our home and cleanliness, privacy, safety and respect are very important to us. You will be expected to clean up after yourself. The main kitchen area is always cleaned immediately on use, so if you are the type to make a pile of dirty dishes, that won’t fly around here, the rest of the house is cleaned as needed. After having a bad housemate in the past we are very picky about who we will accept. If you are interested in meeting us and viewing the place, please send a message with a couple of paragraphs with some details about yourself. Down to business: *Rent is $150 a week this includes your share of all the bills. *Bond is $450. *The House is located very close to the city within walking distance to the LGH, central CBD, supermarkets, cafes and shops. *Unlimited NBN Fibre Internet WiFi *You'll have access to my massive media server with just about every TV show and movies you could want. *Off street parking space with CCTV coverage. *Air Conditioning/heat pump, washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, TV, microwave are all provided, so you'll just need to bring your bedroom and bathroom stuff. *House is very low maintenance, with a deck, and plants in the backyard. (no grass) *Female applicants will get preference as we have had nothing but problems with Male housemates in the past. *No pets sorry. *SMOKE & DRUG FREE HOME. If you smoke at all, don't bother contacting us.
This is a great unit 5min walk from the city centre (Brisbane Street) and close to all shops. Very convenient to anyone looking to live in Launceston or close to the city area. Room price includes full unlimited nbn internet but does not include the split of the power bill, etc.
Trevallyn is a really lovely part of Launceston, my street is great (quiet, leafy green and with a really nice vibe) and my house is very cool! It's well kept and clean, light, bright and with an awesome verandah. There are three bedrooms; I'm in one of them, the second one is waiting for a housemate, and the third is just being used for storage at the moment. The kitchen is super modern and well appointed and big (which is funny really, since I'm not much of a cook). The back yard is really enormous. It's rambling and overgrown, which I will be getting on top of at some point. I've just put in a veggie garden and will be getting chooks in the new year. The room for rent is on the small side but has brand spanking new carpet, freshly painted inbuilt wardrobes and a double bed.
Hi, My name is Nick. I am a 34 year-old married-man looking for a share house in Launceston to rent for 12 months. I will be working in Launceston while my wife and kids will remain in Hobart. I plan to travel between. So I will not be there very often! I am into riding bikes (both road and MTB) and watching most other sports. I am a non-smoker and like both kids and pets!
Very quiet and studious, but also love gathering around a good meal and having a chat :). I’m a homeowner in the states, so I run a pretty tight ship. I’m a clean, organized, and respectful person when it comes to the home.

My house is located in Newstead, 15-20 minutes walk to the hospital and Charles street cafes and 15 mins walk to East Launceston cafes. It is a quiet street with off street parking available, as well as on street with no permit required. The house and the room are both fully furnished, with a double bed. We have a decent sized backyard and small deck and bbq for entertaining, unlimited wifi and bills are included in the rent. We like to keep the house tidy and be respectful of noise in the mornings and at night if possible. We often have friends over and entertain and try to cook together once a week.
This an executive apartment that boasts beautiful views and is located in the heart of Launceston. Only a few minutes walk to the hub of the city. We have quality finishes and beautiful furnishings to make this more than a comfortable home. Each room is fully furnished with Queen bed and has its own exceptionally large bathroom, large inbuilt wardrobe, TV, DVD, and bedroom furniture. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped with everything including a coffee machine. There is a large laundry with washing machine and dryer. This apartment also has a beautiful indoor/outdoor BBQ area and balcony overlooking the city. There are security cameras protecting the property. You will look forward to coming home and relaxing after a big day.
Hey, I'm a Utas student, finishing off my Fine arts degree, I'm a creative person. I have a well trained, friendly well behaved 4 year old staffy cross. Beautiful dog and campaign animal and well out of puppy age and completely house trained. I prefer a tidy place, and I'm not strict around that just happy to help maintain a livable clean space. I tend to keep to myself and quiet mostly, looking for a friendly calm environment for me and my dog,
Hi there! I'm Nando. I'm a busy student who is also working part-time. I have lived in a few share houses before and always am respectful and responsible. I consider myself very laid back and sociable, enjoying a catch up with friends or surfing in my downtime. Im looking for a new place where I can relax and rest.
Hello, I am a final year social work student. So a little about myself - I am extremely friendly, humble and polite. Exercise, gym and being outdoors over the weekend is something that I thoroughly enjoy. I am also mindful that we all have varying work, study and personal commitments as part of our daily lives and I in no way shall be an interference to you or your routine. I would like to relocate into a property preferably closer to the Newnham campus, however, that is not to say that I won't be considering other suburbs around Launceston. Should you want to know more about myself please feel free to send through a message and I promise to get back to you as soon as I can! :)
I've lived in Launceston for the past year to start my career in allied health and plan to stay until the end of 2019. I like to keep busy so will probably be in and out of the house a bit. I'm clean, respectful, friendly and enjoy group dinners. I love board games, I play mixed netball, I enjoy hikes and I talk a lot about music. Looking for a social/communal atmosphere. hire me :)

Hi! My name is Morgan and I am moving from Victoria down to Launceston for a new job! I have recently graduated from occupational therapy. I am neat and happy to meet new people! At the moment looking to stay in Launceston for at least 12 months!
I am from Queensland and have a lovely dog named Indi. We are quiet, clean and go for daily walks or bike rides. Looking to move to Tasmania, but seek fulltime employment before doing so. I would prefer a furnished place as I have little needed to move and would look to save and buy the bigger things once I am in Tasmania and then move out. Just looking for a temp stay but would consider staying longer if the vibes are good.
