Hello! My name is Kimberly (25) and i'm a full time working Oral Health Therapist. My partner Ben (24) and I are hoping to live with some flatmates short term while we look for house to live in permanently. Ben is a disability support worker who works roughly four to five days a week, and will do the overnight shift on occasion. We both share fairly different interests - Ben being quite the gamer while I enjoy training at the gym. We're both tidy people and easy to get along with, though we may be a bit quiet at first. We also own a cute 11 week old cockatiel named Piccolo, and he's the cutest bird you'll ever meet! Please send us a message if you would like to know more! We're always happy to meet new people :)
Hi I'm Achlee (Ashlee) I am 28 year old female living in Hobart. I have two small house-trained pets, a corgi cross and a cat, both which are friendly. I am a vet nurse-receptionist and have been in the industry for almost 8 years. I am clean and respectful. I am social but I will also respect your privacy. If you like to know more, feel free to give me a message. Cheers!
We are 3 female friends, either studying, working part time or full time. We are bubbly and social but also respectful of others space and we are both clean and organised. We range from 19-21years old. One working in childcare, one studying and working at the airport and the other also working at the airport. Looking at suburbs around the city. Open to either male or females of any age, looking for one person to move into a 4 bedroom house with us. We look forward to hearing from you!
I am a clean person with a little bit of OCD.... I work full time as a manager and I have lived alone before. I need to move out as I am ready to start my next chapter in my life. I have two cats that only come inside when they sleep and don’t shed.
Hey there, I'm Henny a 30 year old female looking for a sharehouse. I am returning to Hobart after spending the past year living in Perth. I previously lived in West Hobart for 3 years where I lived in a sharehouse with some great roomies. Looking for a relatively social house but not a party house, just somewhere that everyone gets along and we can share the odd bevvie after a long working week.
Creative young Aussie lady in my mid 20s looking for a nice abode to call home in Hobart for the summer. Love connecting with interesting people, cooking (veg), sharing stories and laughs. Home to me is a safe and respectful space, to enjoy downtime and relaxation as well. If I'm not working, in nature or out and about I'll be at home in the kitchen, in the garden, reading or at my easel. Not a massive party goer these days but do enjoy a quality vino or gin when the occasion calls. Easy going, good all-rounder, generally well-liked and switched on individual.
Hello! I'm a thoughtful, quiet human looking for a place to call home. I'm a potter and work casually in a bookshop with plans to study in 2019. I'm fond of making things, reading, gardening and spending time with my friends. I have a sweet Russian Blue cat so hoping to find somewhere cosy for both of us to stay.
I'm pretty chilled out about most things, trying to get my life back on track, I suffer from depression, anxiety and also have a few health issues mainly due to diet, so I would be making some good food once I get back into the swing of life.. I'm a good cook so that's something I can bring into the house, although I haven't been cooking for myself for a while, so that might take some effort, am also in the process of trying to become a DJ so if you like music I can try to provide some and possibly liven up a party or two :p other than that I don't really know what to say I've never been on a lease and don't have any references, not interested in trying anything with members of the opposite sex, I just want somewhere to live and have been struggling to find anywhere for 7+ years.. I really need somewhere I can be for at least around 12 months, more would be better if there is a chance for an extension.. I'm on stream c payments until I'm ready to work again, I hope that helps someone see past my unemployment, need to move asap.. Also in the process of quitting smoking and don't do it all the time and will go outside if necessary.. Would prefer not to be around pet's because I have always been around them and would like a break lol..
Hi! Chelsea here, 18 year old female studying law at Utas in 2019. Have lived out of home for over a year now and fully acquainted with house mate ettique, paying bills, and house upkeep. Sadly leaving behind my current roomates for something a little closer to the uni. In my spare time I love socialising with my housemates and friends, playing guitar, reading and playing PS4. Froth a beer and a bit of red and looking for like minded roomates who are willing to hang out but also respect personal space and property. Looking for either people to team up with or for a place in a sharehouse. At this stage I would be looking to move out around late december, but happy to negotiate. Let me know if this sounds like you!
I'm 25 yo currently finishing my post-grad at Utas. Friendly, positive and considerate individual. Love keeping my surroundings clean. Enjoy cooking, yoga, and fitness in my spare times. Looking for like-minded people to live with.
Hi there, we are Laura and Henry! We are both from Hobart originally, but have been living in Adelaide for the last 6 years for study and work. Henry is a Vet (domestic animals), Laura is a scientist (genetic research). We are both friendly and social people, who enjoy hanging out, watching movies, sharing a meal and a few beers, but we are not looking for a party house as we both get up early for work/study full time. We like to keep our space clean and tidy but are not neat freaks. We are respectful, mindful and generally pretty quiet, though we love to have a discussion or share a story over a bottle of wine every now and then. Our hobbies include reading and discussing books, gaming (video and tabletop), hiking, camping, cooking and catching up with friends. We both love animals and like living with them so long as they are well trained and friendly. We both have family in Hobart, so we are pretty much guaranteed to be out of the house at least two nights a week visiting them. We have a lot of our own furniture which we are happy to use communally, including book shelves, wine rack, fire pit, TV (its not very big), Xbox, washing machine, and a full kitchen including microwave, slow cooker, kettle ect.
I’m from Colombia and I have been living in Oz for the last 4 years, I came from Perth a year ago. I’m studying and working in MONA. I’m responsible, organised, enjoyable, respectful.
Hi I'm Bryn :) I study at UTAS and have a little part-time job. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, relaxing, dancing, watching movies, cooking/baking and knitting.
Hey I’m a shift worker so not home much and keep To myself mostly, I can sleep through noise so you don’t need to walk on egg shells when I’m on nights. Love to cook and am very clean
Hi there, We are three guys who have known one another since high school and have lived together for a while. We are a sociable and pretty tight-knit bunch, we enjoy having a relaxed drink, playing video games together (Smash Bros), and hanging out and watching Netflix. We cook communally most nights and keep a tidy environment, and generally look out for one another. We have a super-friendly cat named Bam who is literally the most chill creature on the planet. The owner of our current house wants to move in so we are currently looking for a new house and we would like a fourth housemate so we can get a bigger place. We are very actively searching for a new house and have a few good leads on some nice properties. We have a budget of approximately $150 - $200 per person. Between the three of us, we own everything required to furnish a house so all that is need is your own bed (unless the house is furnished). The house will include an espresso machine for those who are coffee drinkers, unlimited internet, as well as a great printer available for those who may be undertaking postgraduate studies. Our ideal housemate would be a professional or postgraduate student (these are just a guide - don't let this put you off if you are interested) with a stable financial situation. Someone who is looking for a social house but not a party house. Someone who enjoys sharing a bottle of wine and eating dinner together. A little about us: Kevin is a design student who also has a casual position as a support worker for people with disabilities. He enjoys photography, drawing, and potatoes. Jeff is just finishing up his degree and is looking for a full-time position as an engineer. He enjoys travelling, wine, and avocados. Tim will be starting a PhD in December, and is supported by a government scholarship and also works as a tutor at the university. He enjoys reading, talking about the news, wine, and Anzac biscuits. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or you think you might be a good fit for us. We look forward to meeting you, Tim, Jeff & Kevin
This is honestly a great property to live in. large open living spaces and a deck with a beautiful view over the mountain. Modern Kitchen and Bathroom and plenty of pantry space. The available room is a decent size with plenty of storage space.
Hi. We have recently moved from Melbourne, currently staying with family. We are looking for a room to rent anywhere in the Hobart region. We have a 2 year old cat named Sonic. We are good at keeping the house clean and garden maintenance. We are respectful of others and their space and are quiet.

Hey! I'm relocating to Hobart to start uni in 2019 and looking for a room. I love to read a lot, so I'm a quiet person but enjoy socialising as well. I also love getting outdoors going hiking/camping, and stargazing. I'm a friendly, considerate, and clean person.
Hi, my name is Zoie and I am currently studying full time at UTAS. I am looking to move closer towards Hobart. I am looking for a place available towards the end of October. I am a pretty quiet person, when I'm not out with friends or at the university campus i'll be at home reading, watching Netflix or studying. I enjoy cooking for myself, but I don't cook every night. I am also currently looking for a part time or causal job I consider myself a very clean person, and am always cleaning up after myself. Also, I did write $200 as my maximum, but starting in January I will be willing to go up to $220.
