Any of these can be stored if you have your own. The second room currently doesn't not have a bed - I would be happy to buy either a double or a single depending on the needs on the person taking the room, or you are welcome to bring your own if you would like. I also love baking - choc chunk cookies and brownies are my specialty. I'm very active and try to live a healthy lifestyle mostly. However, I also enjoy getting out and about when I can with friends. I'm also kind of a crazy dog lady, so dogs are a bonus as I had to leave my fur baby in Melbourne.

The house is in an excellent location. 2 mins stroll to the strand, close to the cafes & bars around Gregory Street, short walk to castle hill and within walking distance (or an $8-10 uber) to Flinders Street. The house is modern, open plan, has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets and great kitchen. One bathroom will be shared. It has a great courtyard for hanging out or entertaining with an awesome view of castle hill. I'm currently in the process of furnishing the place (so if you have furniture that will be a bonus), however the bedrooms will come unfurnished. Electricity + internet will be split 3 ways.
The apartment is in Townsville's best location, it's located just one block back from The Strand, which is amazing because you get the cool ocean breeze. It's less than a block from the restaurants along Gregory Street. It's in walking distance to Coles, the Strand, plenty of great restaurants and Castle Hill. The apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom unit, plenty of room for 3 people. Nice big kitchen which certainly never feels cramped. It is also very safe and secure. The main bedroom is up for rent, it is a really big room with air-con, a fan, a walk in wardrobe, en suite and private balcony that has a clothes line on it. The entire apartment is completely furnished, you don't need to bring anything! Unlimited Internet is $28 a month. The only bill is electricity which is split evenly, 3 ways.

Recently moved this month to Townsville for work, and am looking for a clean house to live. I travel fairly regularly for work so wont be home some weeks. I dont mind helping with yard work and am clean and tidy and like to live with people who are similar. Ideally I would prefer a furnished house as I haven't started buying house stuff up here yet. Clean, quiet, reliable and unobtrusive but always friendly. I'm an absolute whizz in the kitchen and have a tendency to cook too much so you may score a yummy feed or two if you time things well. I live a healthy lifestyle and am in the pool everyday so a property with a pool or very close to one is ideal. I love animals, they love me back but my sinuses tend to act like an incredibly mean troll determined to keep us apart. Soooo I can't do indoor pets especially birds and cats. Haven't had any issues with outdoor dogs that sneak in on cold nights or look for tasty crumbs on the floor any chance they get.
