Im looking to rent a piece of property next to a house, for my small tidy registered caravan. Must have access to power and wifi (if available). As i will be living in it. Also have use of the bathroom for daily shower and laundry for once a week washing. Preferably parking on concrete or a hard surface. Under cover is a bonus. Welcoming room available in bright and airy Queenslander in Belgian Gardens. This is a high set 3 bed-roomed Queenslander with a large yard. It's fully furnished with fans and air-con throughout. The room has a double bed, bedside table, desk and wardrobe (am happy to store any of these if you have your own). The kitchen and living room are both a good size and the back deck is the perfect spot to sit and watch the mangoes grow. There is a separate second toilet. Close to beach and to the Strand, only 20 mins from the University and hospital. Huge shed that can be used for storage. Back deck with a breeze. Well trained dogs welcome. I am looking for someone to share my home – which often will mean having the place to yourself as I am away quite a lot. There are 2 rooms available which can either be used as 2 bedrooms rented separately or one as a bedroom and one a home office/study. Ideally I would love to find someone who wanted to rent both and I am open to discussing possibilities for this. I have been studying Marine Biology for the last few years in TSV but my lease is ending for flat in Northward at the end of the month and Im looking for a new place. I have two part time jobs but as Im just finished my Masters I am also looking to find more full time employment in the coming months. Im looking for some where short term to start, with possibility of extension if more career opportunities arise locally. Hi! Have recently moved into a fully furnished flat in West End, less than ten minutes from Townsville city. The place has everything needed including a bed provided in the room on offer. Air conditioning throughout the whole house, and wi-fi internet is free and unlimited, as well as Foxtel. Short walk to shops and Rowes Bay, bus stop is right at the front door if needed. The bathroom is shared with me. I'm a sports journalist by trade.
The house is fully furnished, with two balconeys, pool table and table tennis table. Inground pool with large yard with lots of shady areas. BBQ and bus stop just around the corner, also close to beach and bike tracks.

I'm a friendly, easy going 26 year old. I study Environmental Practice and work part time in admin and HR at Tom's Tavern, which means I'm super organised and not home very much! I'm clean, have plenty of great referrals and will make you coffee body scrub (it's so good lol). I do have a cat - she's chill and really sweet, and can spend a fair bit of time outside if it's an issue. I'm easy to live with and like to live as drama free as possible 😊✌
