The family have moved out and now we have a 4 bedroom home, that is a little empty. You will have your own bathroom and built-in double-sized bedroom, can be furnished or unfurnished. We are looking for someone who respects our home, us and our two dogs Great Dane and Toy Poodle. We are also looking for someone who is mindful of keeping the your room and bathroom clean. We also would like our housemate to pay the lodging on time. We are in a quiet location but very accessible to the Uni, Highway, Beach 20 mins away, 1 min from local shops and 3 mins from Nambour and the Big Pineapple/Woombye. Fabulous Home sharing with a friendly professional woman and her lovely miniature poodle. The Space: Queen size room with built in robe, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Great home on large block with pool, large garden and 2 covered decks. Nice quiet location. Separate study area as well as room for desk/TV etc in your room. Room is at the opposite end of the home from me, so the privacy factor is good. There is a 3rd bedroom which I prefer to keep available for visitors. You will have use of the main bathroom as I have an ensuite. Foxtel and Netflix are available on the main TV. I have one garage space available and also Parking on the street. Also some storage space available if you need it. The People: You would be sharing with a friendly, easy going, professionally employed women. I'm passionate about travel, friends, family and much more. I've been told I am very easy to live with and very hospitable. The Furry Friend I have a beautiful miniature poodle dog who lives outside and inside. He is housetrained and doesn't shed or malt. I'm open to you having a furry friend but preferably an outdoor animal or one that does not shed/malt. About You: I'm open to all ages and cultures and happy to have travellers or locals, singles or couples. You must be friendly and considerate of others and must love dogs. You would also be clean and tidy, financially stable and drug free. The Housework: I have a cleaner once a week and a lawnmower man comes regularly. In between visits it will be up to you and I to keep everything clean and tidy. The Costs: Rent includes room, electricity, water and internet. Hi guys I'm writing around a few places as myself and family are finally looking at the move to sunny coast from Vic .. we are hoping to find a place to buy in woombye but whilst looking and also now selling our home in Melbourne , we need some flexible temp accomodation as we don't know if that process will take a month or four .. it's just myself and our son Dash (8) doing this first leg of the journey as hubby has family biz to wrap up so he will visit every three weeks .. in short I'm wondering if you'd look at a month by month rental idea if not that's ok just writing around a few places now .. oh we do have an indoor cat named Molly so not sure if that's something someone will be ok with 😊.. not keen on sharing same areas really need a private space .. cheers

You are kindly asked to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of your own room and bathroom, as well kitchen and living room shared with me and other flatmates. You should have at least a part-time job ( student with a job are welcome) and love dogs, as I get a dog next week. I am a young health professional who lives a healthy vegetarian lifestyle and is saving to buy a home in the next few years. I do not party or cause any disturbance. I am friendly and fun and get along with people easily but I also sometimes like to keep to myself. I have a big ridgeback dog who is a huge gentle giant and massive mummas boy. He likes to meet new people and is very very friendly. He looks intimidating because of his size but he is a big goofball.
