What I'm looking for: I'm in the process of selling my home in rural NSW (Settlement is 16th May so looking to move between 1- 15 May) and will be house sitting in Canberra/NSW so I'm looking for a long term home base in Canberra or Qeanbeyan to stay in between house sits. Preference is for other house mates to be 40+ years old that respect one an others personal space while still being able to share common areas of the house without awkwardness. I will need a bedroom that can accommodate a queen side bed and side tables plus small dresser, has a built in robe and my own bathroom.Your pets are great as I love animals. About me: I'm an early riser (5am!), happily single, all things artistic, spiritual, honest, like a bit of friendly banter, clean and tidy, like gardening and work in Tuggeranong (sometimes for long hours depending on the time of year). Really I would be the perfect house mate because I would be away for long periods of time! Let's chat and see if we're a good fit. Weirdo's need not apply :-)
Since retiring my husband and I are looking to move into a smaller place with a sunny outlook, ideally a 3 bedroom house with a small backyard (to house our two well behaved pooches). We are both very clean, respectful and keen gardeners (your roses will be winning awards in no time). We are ideally looking to move into a new place from May onwards for at least 12 months. If you want to know more please get in touch :).
laid back and up for pretty much anything, not big drinkers or partiers but doesn't mean we won't dance and chat the night away with you. We enjoy outdoor activities like camping fishing and anything adventurous but we also like a good Netflix sesh. Board and card game nights also make for a good social night. We have three beautiful well behaved dogs and a very friendly cat all house trained and dogs are outside when no one is home. There is a horse if you like horses who is kept at park wood. Look forward to possibily being your house mate Kim and Freja
Hey there! My name is Olivia, I'm a 23 year old registered nurse who loves fitness, health, fashion and a good old Netflix binge! I've lived in Canberra my whole life, and one of the few who do actually like Canberra! I'd like to think I'm bubbly and cheerful, but I love my peace and quiet and zen-time for myself, so I will respect that in others too. I love being social, but I have a very busy work life and leave it all to the weekends when I have more free time! I LOVE all pets, so that isn't an issue unless its snakes, and then we have an issue.. Looking to move into an all-ladies place and similar in age. xx Olivia
Looking for a place to live for the remaining duration of this year so I can finish my Architecture degree. I like reading, drawing, games, music, sports - pretty much a bit of everything, am quiet but fun when you get to know me, easygoing and get along with just about anyone.

I'm Alex!! I like long walks on the beach and romantic dinners and stuff.. Mainly because I love to exercise and quite enjoy cooking. I've been in Canberra for most of my life and have been living happily in the south of Canberra however my housemates have decided to pack it in and move elsewhere. I work as a courier driver throughout the Belconnen region. I like hanging out with friends and am always up for making new ones. I spend most afternoons either doing a little gaming or netflix'ing. Most weekends are spent out with friends getting loose at moose and all that jazz.
Easy going 20 year old female looking to move back into town as parents bought rurally and commute is killing my car as well as social life. I have a beautiful female puppy who is full of life and cuddles. Very tidy, can cook and am happy to do lots of cleaning on my days off :) I am looking for more permanent work in my field but am currently working pretty much full time in retail. Would also be looking to have my partner move in when his lease ends in end of May if it was comfortable for those sharing the house with me but it is not a requirement if you're not comfortable.
Hi I'm a young professional working in the accounting industry. Looking to move in June. I'm an easy going person. I enjoy socialising but also like my quiet time. I am a 22 year old who works full-time in the health field. I am clean and tidy as well as respectful for communal spaces. I am reliable and happy to pull my weight in relation to household chores. I am quite sociable and happy to have a glass of wine and a chat after work. I am also respectful of personal space. I would prefer a room with my own bathroom/ensuite. I currently have a lot of my own furniture from a previous sharehouse and would love to bring these along with me. I would also be happy to start a new sharehouse/ be interested in a team up I would prefer close to The Canberra Hospital. I have no pets myself but I am an animal lover so it wouldn't bother me if the household had pets.
We are a young couple studying and working part time jobs, looking to move out of our parents' houses and save to move to Melbourne when we finish study in 2019. We tend to keep to ourselves as we work, both day and night shifts however we are social on the rare occasion our schedules line up. We would prefer somewhere with our own kitchen/kitchenette as we are vegan and nut free. We both work in Kambah and go to school in the city so, we are looking for something around those areas.
It’s a beautiful newly renovated 2 storey townhouse situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a new kitchen and spacious lounge/dining area which opens onto a shaded garden with an outdoor area perfect for those summer evenings! (Please note that furnishings in images differ from actual furnishings) Conveniently located walking distance from Cooleman Court shops with all the essentials plus close proximity for buses to Woden and the city. The bedroom is bright and spacious with built in wardrobes and comes with a double bed (if you'd like to use it). Not suitable for pets. Non-smokers please.
I have a fully furnished room with a TV in modern renovated clean and tidy house with a big deck out the back and private yard for relaxing. I have plenty of parking space. I'm a full-time student moving from Brisbane after just finishing degrees in Engineering and Science at the University of Queensland. I'll be starting an Astrophysics PhD at the Australian National University (Mt Stromlo Observatory) in March. I'm very chilled out, mature, tidy, not easily annoyed, enjoy having friendly chats, and exploring all that Canberra life has to offer! I like to keep the house clean, and am very respectful of others' personal space. I'm also pretty light-hearted, and enjoy socialising and having a laugh. I'd be most interested in living with other like-minded students, but also enjoy interacting with all different types of people.
I'm a young professional who has lived in Canberra for most of my life, with plenty of travel in between. I'm easy to live with, highly respectful of others belongings and space. I work quite long hours during the week so find that I'm not home a lot Monday to Friday. I love cooking and enjoy wine and cheese on the weekends... really any time. Always up for a netflix binge!

I have a yearly contract ending June 30. I am easy going, clean and quite. I am available to inspect on any day Tuesday to Thursday.

Can cook about 12 things but willing to try new things (promise i won't poison you). Enjoy playing sports some evenings and watching it others. Keep lying to myself that I like running but will do it on occasion.
Close to Woden, shops and hospital. Bus stop across the road, quiet house, wifi, air conditioner, clean and lots of storage. Seperate room for study, at additional cost if wanted. All set up to just move in.
Hi people, I'm a very relaxed person who likes sport and playing golf. I work pretty long hours (8-8) during the week as an Investment Analyst but I also enjoy having a beer or two on the weekend. More than happy to give people their space or be more social if that's what they're up for! When living with people I believe in good communication and being considerate to others. Cheers
Hey, I'm Steve! I am a project engineer from Bungendore originally, having moved back to Canberra after graduating from Wollongong uni with civil/marketing degrees last year. Looking at moving in with some other young 20-26 yo who are in a similar situation, working during the week but keen to have a few beers on the weekend! Also happy to live with uni students, however I won't be getting around any mid week pissups. I'm into live music, mostly triple j stuff as well as hardcore and like playing music around the house. I'm reasonably clean but i don't get annoyed if the dishes are left in the sink for a day. Looking at moving in sooner rather than later, currently staying with my folks out of town. Check out my videos Serendipitous Transcendence 1, 2 and 3 on YouTube to get an idea of the stuff I get up to. Look forward to potentially becoming your roommate. Steve
I am a public servant and go away most weekends to the coast. I am a clean and tidy person and am very easy to get along with. I like cooking and am willing to chip in with the chores. I am also very happy to chat, socialise and relax with a glass of wine after dinner.
We all are interns at Australian National University and are here for ten weeks. We all are from India. We all would be working the entire day and would be out and be back in the evening.
