I’m Jodi, I’m 39 years old, a self employed florist and a horticulture student, and best friend to a tuxedo cat. She’s 15, an adorable layabout, house trained and very affectionate. I live quietly although I am social and like to share a meal and a glass of wine. I’m respectful of personal space and very clean and tidy.
I currently live in Melbourne with my partner, I am essentially looking for a quiet place to rest my head whilst working away from home during the week. I'm a creative nature lover- I love to paint, go on adventures outdoors and read. I'm neat and tidy.
I'm a fun, playful and nature loving individual with a keen interest in all types of arts, including dance, writing and fashion design. I'm clean, respectful and considerate. A Dream Therapist and Counsellor I am looking for a calm and tranquil home, preferably surrounded by nature and close to my Youth Work position. Spirituality, and quiet time is important to me, I love connecting with others too and am often away co-facilitating events and spending time with friends :) I'm keen to either live alone or share a home with others, who are also social, and respect and honour quiet time too. Look forward to meeting with you!

Horse friendly fencing and sheltered paddocks. Willing to discuss another horse on the property. Asking $50 a week to cover all utilities, wood, unlimited NBN and once a week communal areas cleaned. There is also the free use of a sweet 70s caravan for when friends stay. Sharing with 3 very laid back and easy going, considerate people. Just 5 minuets drive to the train station and town. hi my name is faye im a 32 yr old single mother with a 3 & half yr old girl, we also have a small indoor kitten. currently we are living in a rental property which is due to end September 17th. Struggling to find a decent rental property on my own for around $250 -280 so exploring the idea of teaming up with another suitable person to half the cost. ideally with another person we could get a 3 or 4 bedroom place for around $500 if you are interested in catching up and meeting my daughter and i give me a call and we can go from there. or alternatively if you have a propery you would rent out to us, also feel free to contact me. have a lovely day :)
Only 2 minutes from supermarkets and town centre. Big yard with great outdoor entertainment area with a pool. 2 lounge rooms, plenty of space in the house. Backs onto the local footy oval if your looking for a place to go on a Saturday.
Ours is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. We are located 10 mins from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. Each floor has a large shared kitchen (the downstairs will be completed by early November). Kitchen utensils and cookware are available for your use. There is a communal laundry on the top floor. Each floor also has its own beautiful shared lounge room with bay windows overlooking the farm and the Macedon Ranges. Both lounges include a wood fire and formal dining room. A separate TV room adjoins the top floor kitchen. There is plenty of space for barbecues and outside living. All bills and internet access are included in the rent. We have several rooms available over the two floors. Currently Rooms 2 and 3 are occupied. The first bedroom is large with a dressing room with ample storage space. It can easily fit a kingsize bed, desk and comfortable sofas or chairs. The picture windows look out over the Macedon Ranges. The private bathroom is large and includes a bath. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $250 for a single and $300 for a couple, per week. The second bedroom is also large with a BIW. It can fit a kingsize bed, a desk and one or two comfortable chairs. The bay window looks out onto the Macedon Ranges. The available bathroom is large and shared with one other flatmate. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $200 for a single and $250 for a couple per week. Currently taken. The third bedroom is smaller, with a BIW. It is suitable for a king single, or possibly a double. A small desk and chair will fit into it. The available bathroom is large and shared with one, perhaps two flatmates. The cost is $160 per week. Currently taken. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are downstairs and can be suitable for couples as well as individuals. They each have a BIW. We are in the process of building a new kitchen and another full bathroom downstairs. At the moment there is a shower and toilet available. Whilst the renovations are being completed (by the end of November) the rent is $160 per room for a single person and $210 per room for a couple. When the new rooms are fully functional the rent will raise to $180 per room for a single and $230 per room for a couple, per week. There is plenty of off street parking, but not undercover and included in the rent. Some limited garaged car space is available at an extra cost. The access road is sealed and the winding driveway has a gravel surface. Entry is by a security gate. My partner and I will continue to live on the property. We will be pleased to be your neighbours, and I will be actively working the farm.

My name is Danni and I am about to move to Ballarat from Melbourne for work! I am 23 years old and have lived out of home for nearly five years so I am very used to paying rent and bills (all on time might I add). I have a 2.5 year old golden retriever (Ollie) who comes as a package deal...He is very well behaved and loves cuddles & pats - he also gets along with nearly every other dog he has met. He does usually sleep inside but will is trained to stay in his bed (although he might greet you of a morning at your bedroom door if he hears your alarm go off though haha). As I said I’m relocating from Melbourne where I am currently living by myself. I’m used to keeping myself company but also love hanging out and chatting over wine & cheese and Netflix! I am a newly graduated dietitian and therefore love cooking & trying new recipes - happy to share my creations! I am also a personal trainer so stay pretty active between running & going to the gym :) I’m not looking to move until around August 13th (but flexible if I need to pay prior to this)!
