Hi I'm Rhonda. I'm looking for a 1 to 2 bedroom preferably for myself so my grandson can visit from Queensland. Starting a new life after raising 5 kids and going through a divorce. Im a contract and hotel cleaner by trade, with certs in business administration. I'm wanting to go back to study in the Health care field. I'm a Sydney girl born and raised. Ive lived for the past 28 years in Queensland Gold Coast. I'm a happy person and have a close friend and family living in Daylesford that I've known for nearly 20 years.
I am a friendly 25yo female looking for a room in a share house or a self contained flat. Very tidy and respectful, will be working full time in Epsom so looking in the Kyneton, Gisbourne, Macedon etc area.
The second bedroom is occupied by a local man. It's a beautiful rural property a couple of minutes out of Kyneton township. The landlord also lives at the same address in another house. There is lots of space and it's nice and quite, there are always kangaroos in the backyard and lovely views (especially from the bedroom). The rooms are spacious, the house is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and dryer, and well appointed kitchen. Although the internet is not connected NBN is available. If a couple were to move in the room would be $200 with utility bills included.
I like to keep the kitchen and bathroom peace. I work in hospitality and make art and design. I have moved around on the east coast with jaunts overseas. I'm looking to put some roots down and develop my ideas in installation.
It is Australia's only monolithic dome house. The construction process means it is warm in winter, (with gas fires for the cold times) and cool in summer. The house is three stories and your room is on the ground floor, and has an adjacent living room with its own stove. You can use it or the main kitchen upstairs. The house is very safe to live in. It can withstand tornadoes and earthquakes and is very fire resistant. The windows are double glazed with the outer glass being toughened, so no-one can break in. All the normal costs are included in the rent. There is gas heating. There is solar and wind electricity. This gives a good electric supply, but unfortunately I prefer someone with a portable computer rather than an electric guzzling mainframe! There is plenty of parking. The Ballan train station is just two minutes away. There are trains every hour to Melbourne and Ballarat, with trains also going to Ararat and Maryborough. If you study or work in Melbourne you can do that from this house in Ballan. The sunsets are amazing.
Hi! I am a nineteen year old backpacker from England, and I am looking for a room around Macedon ranges for up to six months! I am tidy and I keep out of the way but I am keen to get to know you too! I work full time also.
This is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. It is an easy 10 minute drive from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. Each floor has a large shared kitchen. Kitchen utensils and cookware are available for your use. There is a communal laundry on the top floor. A separate TV room adjoins the top floor kitchen. There is plenty of space for barbecues and outside living. All bills and internet access are included in the rent. There are several rooms available over the two floors. Currently Rooms 2 and 3 are occupied. The first bedroom is large with a dressing room with ample storage space. It can easily fit a kingsize bed, desk and comfortable sofas or chairs. The picture windows look out over the Macedon Ranges. The private bathroom is large and includes a bath. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $220 for a single and $250 for a couple, per week. The second bedroom is also large with a BIW. It can fit a kingsize bed, a desk and one or two comfortable chairs. The bay window looks out onto the Macedon Ranges. The available bathroom is large and shared with one other flatmate. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $220 for a single and $250 for a couple per week. Currently taken. The third bedroom is smaller, with a BIW. It is suitable for a king single, or possibly a double. A small desk and chair will fit into it. The available bathroom is large and shared with one, perhaps two flatmates. The cost is $160 per week. Currently taken. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are downstairs and can be suitable for couples as well as individuals. They each have a BIW. There is a shared bathroom. The cost for each room is $180 for a single and $220 for two people. There is plenty of off street parking, but not undercover and included in the rent. Some limited garaged car space is available at an extra cost. The access road is sealed and the winding driveway has a gravel surface. Entry is by a security gate. I will continue to live on the property and I will be actively working the farm.
I am a nanny who loves baking, keeps a tidy house, and prefers a good book and early bedtime to anything else. I ride horses, I'm an excellent baker (there will constantly be tasty, healthy baked goods in the house), and I will be studying Nursing/Paramedicine in Ballarat this year, so I'm looking for somewhere to stay while I study.
Hi! I'm Caroline and I have recently moved to Ballarat but looking to find a more convenient location, closer to Uni/Melbs. I'm on the wrong side at the moment! I'm studying Health/PE at Fed and also working as a coach at F45 in town and as a swimming instructor. So i'm very busy with early starts and late nights, i'm not home very often! I think I'm pretty fun, I enjoy wine and cheese and the occasional binge session as you do. I also enjoy sitting in silence. Whatever is going. I love cooking, so sorry if you're on a diet there will probably be many baked goods in the house. I'm also keen on seeing live music as often as possible, so it would be nice to not have to go alone! I'm have no specific dates, but hopefully I can meet some like-minded people and all our stars align.
Hey! I’m looking for somewhere to live! I’ve been back in Ballarat for almost two years after some extensive travels. I’ve just been in a share house with two lovely girls for over a year but one bought her own place so we all moved out. So I’m staying at my parents until I find somewhere suitable. I’m open to share houses or somewhere by myself depending on the circumstances. Living with new people would be great as I’m happy to chit chat but also do my own thing and live a pretty busy life with full time work and socialising with friends and family. I work in Ballarat Central and go to Fernwood gym so I am flexible with the location. Length of stay is negotiable, but I’d prefer something for at least 6 months. Flexibility is preferred. At this stage I’m not really interested in living in the Sebastopol or Lucas areas. I would also prefer 2 or less housemates.
I am looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just a house. I recently sold my hair and beauty salon in Bendigo and have decided to move to Melbourne, I am easy going, laid back and friendly. I will be travelling back to Bendigo on my days off.
