I'm a open-minded, respectful, reliable, and enjoy having a laugh. I work two part-time jobs, usually between 4-6 days a week depending on the week. I have a horse, Sadie! She takes up most of my time so I'm often out with her training or competing. I'm not looking for a party house, but I am looking for a sociable house and a housemate/housemates to kick back and have a glass of wine. I've studied Philosophy, Literature and Italian and come back from 4 years living and working abroad in Turkey and America. I'm LGBTQ friendly and have lived in Freo most of my life. :D
This place has so much room for activities. Private mater bedroom, fully furnished with ensuite, walk in wardrobe and workdesk. The whole house has such a relaxed feel to it, kitchen is so kitted out: 5 burner stove and an oven with more features than you know what to do with. 5 minutes to south beach, Notre Dame or South Fremantle Shopping Complex. 5 minutes to Kardinya shopping centre and heaps of parks within a 5 minute walk. Ideal for students at either Notre Dame or Murdoch, but the public transport access makes everywhere from Rockingham to the City easy.
Moving from Sydney. Between uni and work, I’m pretty quiet during the week but don’t mind a beer or 2 or 10 on weekends
Yo, I'm 25 years old from northern England. I'm Just finishing my regional work packing apples Douth. Ready to move back to Freo after 3 months away. I'm tidy, friendly and outgoing but enjoy my own space. Will be back working part time in East Freo but busy a lot. Equally happy socialising and binging on tv series on netflix. Looking for a modern place not too far from east Freo, preferably with my own bathroom but no worries if not. Dry sense of humour from housemates is always welcome so we can have some sarcastic conversations over a cheeky little wine and Netflix night. Own car and bed and I’m very pet friendly. Oh and I can bring apples... so if that’s not a clincher I don’t know what is.
So a bit about me... I am a 41 year old guy from London (don't be alarmed I am also black)... sorry I can be a bit of an idiot haha. As you can tell I am way too silly to be 41 already. In all seriousness I am pretty chilled, very clean & tidy. I am generally an outgoing and social guy, and I enjoy a good whisky or red wine. I am in Recruitment and work in the city and been here just over 6 years. I have a partner who has her own place so I spend a lot of time at hers. :) If you want to know more no worries just ask away? Cheers Andy
Looking for a room for a couple. I am 21 years old, finished studying and working in hospitality. Martin is 23, a plumber in Perth who also flys out for work. We both kite surf and spend most of our spare time at the beach. Both quiet during the week and overall chilled out people but don't mind a drink on weekends 🙂 We are dog lovers so if you have pets this is okay and we are flexible with dates. We lived in South Freo for 2 years and really want to stay near the Fremantle area. Ideally want to pay around $200 but if it is an amazing spot we can stretch to $250. Send me a message if you have something suitable!

Hello! I'm 31, from Melbourne and am moving to Perth at the end of February to study a Masters. I work in the community sector as a youth worker and have a background in public health. I love music (electronic for the most part but also soul, jazz and a touch of good disco!), good food, cycling about town, picnic-ing and camping, making clothes and other normal 31 year old things. In regards to housemate etiquette, i am well-trained after share-housing for years and years. I clean the house thoroughly (+ I come with a cordless Dyson vacuum!), I am mindful of noise early/late hours, I will be studying so will be relatively low key, I don't have pets or loads of stuff as I am driving a little car all the way from Melbourne. I've lived in my current share house for over 2 years now and it works because we all do our own thing but make time for chats, laughs and hugs when needed. I'm looking for a similar dynamic. I will be in Perth the first week of Feb and am hoping to come and check out some places before catching the train over on 22nd February. Pick me!
I work as a permanent part-time kitchen hand in a catering facility that caters to nursing homes Mon-Friday, averaging 8-10 shifts a fortnight, no weekend work. Back ground is Filipino, 25, moved here from Dubai U.A.E.(where I was born), when I was 15, and now I’m a citizen of this great land. For fun, I like my music, sometimes I drown myself in them for too long, I love hitting the gym I’m pretty much a gym junkie but not an A-hole I can guarantee you, I love going out on the weekends or even weeknights if there’s any plans, but I think unplanned ones are fun too! In general I’m an all-around responsible good person, I am a neat and tidy kind of flatmate/roommate. And if you need a little bit of a cheering up, I’m the guy whom you can open up to. Preferable to move in with roommates who are around my age or in their 30s.
I'm newly(ish) single and sorting out our joint finances means we're selling our home which is why I find myself here. I'm fairly down to earth, laid back and like to live a simple life. Live and work in Freo and looking to keep it that way. I'm a social drinker, non-smoker, Vegan. You can be any or none of those things. Happy to share a glass of red occasionally, but as a fairly introverted character I'm just as happy to have my own space and give you your own space also. Ashbee the Cocker Spaniel and I come as a package deal. She's fairly chilled, 10.5 years old, toilet trained, very obedient and a non-barker and non-digger. She gives the best cuddles too! I'd prefer unfurnished also. Let me know if you want to know anymore.

We have a room available from November 20th, our current lease isn't up until mid Dec so looking to fill a room in the new house for a while as although double rent for a month will be a killer, this new place was way too good to pass up :) The house and room will be fully furnished, (although if you have furniture we have a garage for storage and a room that can be unfurnished if needed) on Davies St in Beaconsfield (walkable to South Freo if you're energetic, we probably do it 2/3 times per week) with a huge entertaining area fireplace, pool and pingpong tables and big grassed backyard. House is floorboards, aircon throughout, big double door fridge and flatscreen, plants everywhere and an all round good vibe! We will be heading off on a holiday on the 16th of December and I'll be gone until mid Feb. My partner Brad will be back around New years for work so you'll have the place to yourself for Christmas and then sharing with just one other for the remainder. I'm 25 and Brad is 27, I'm a Chiro and he's a Dr and we're both super chilled and friendly, love the beach and have an adorable Bunny named Smudge :) (She's our surrogate dog haha) Rent is $200 for the room, or $290 for a couple Bills included. (Including netflix!)
Beautiful 1920s style cottage, with all your modern needs, air con, internet but taking the best of both worlds with open fireplace, and outdoor toilet (also an indoor) lovely big back garden blooming with life, but its the front porch that really gets you on those sunny afternoons with the sun gazing onto you whilst you watch the world go by as you sink back into the couch. All rooms are very spacious, so you will never feel like your on top of each other but at the same time not too far away that it makes the house feel empty. Fremantle is only a 20min walk away or 5 min by bike, and if your using the public transport the bus stops are 5min walk from the front door. Iga supermarket 20min walk Galati & Sons Fruit and Veg (super Cheap) 10 min walk. 20min walk to South Beach The room is available from the 12th December 2017 untill the 9th January 2018 as i head back home for chirssy. Suitable for single or couple. Couples price $220.
I am very friendly & easy going. I am a clean freak so very neat and tidy. I am very active person, I love running, pilates and yoga and just staying fit/healthy in general. Having said that I do enjoy a wine or two! It's all about balance right :) I love meeting new people and making new friends. I have a beautiful 9 month old Samoyed named stitch who shares my love of making new friends.
Clean and tidy person. Good sense of humour, respectful, team work. Good cooking skills and non smoker.
I'm an 18 year old kiwi studying journalism online and I work in retail but I'm also a part time muso! I used to live in perth so I know the area well. I'm a socialable person and love meeting new people. I like to keep my living space nice and clean and currently hold the lease in my current flat
Hi, My name is Elise and I am a friendly agency nurse. I have lived in Perth for the past 4 years, both north and south of the river. Wonderful smile 😆 and a sense of humour. Love socialising with strangers that become friends. Looking for unfurnished room, and have house furniture in storage.
I know it's early, but just putting the feelers out there. Moving back to Perth sometime in December after ten years in Melbourne. Short term or sublet might be the best option until I find work. All I really need is a bed and wi-fi. Open to all suburbs. I just listed the ones that I could remember.
Hey I'm Loz. Im 28 female . I work full time in pharmacy and I'm looking for someone to take on a lease with me for 6 months in either of the suburbs listed above I have some furniture. I live a very fit and healthy lifestyle. Surf, skate, gym. I'm pretty quiet during the week and keep to myself and on weekends I see friends
Im a pretty easy going 23 year old Australian, who loves great sandwiches and great music. Im all for socialising but at times do like to keep to myself when im feeling it. Working at a Yacht club in East Freo at the moment 4-5 days a week. I play guitar in a couple of bands around the city so would love to be able to play when its reasonable. Would love to be in a place with creative people or just to have a space where i can get comfortable!!! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I am going to be a first year medical student studying at Notre Dame so am looking for a house close by. I am an outgoing person who loves to socialise but also appreciates some quiet time when studying. I work part-time and in my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, eating out and just generally being with friends and family. I am looking for roommates that are friendly, relaxed and tidy; I am pretty open to any kind of roommate but would prefer if they are non-smoking.
Heya I'm an easy going uni student looking for somewhere to live while I finish my last semester. My current lease is up at the end of November and would like to stay close to Garden City where I'll be working over Christmas, preferably unfurnished. I've lived with different girl and guy housemates over the past three years and hope to find a house with one or two other flatmates. I am respectful of other peoples things and personal space. I'm a vegetarian and like to go to the beach, gym, hang out and I love dogs. I enjoy my own space but wouldn't mind finding like-minded housemate that enjoy having a meal and a drink together every so often.
The winners in the world are those that give most. I am a fun-loving, smart, determined and driven individual. Looking for an easy going roommate that enjoys a bit of humor and to socialize. Working full time. Love to go to them gym 5x per week. Eat very healthy. Very positive and happy person. I would love to find a flatmate who shares the same values and together we could find ourselves a nice home! Originally from Canada. I have been travelling for a year in Europe. Now I am looking to finally settle down here in Perth. I am open to suggestions on areas we can live. Please no smoking or weed in the home. Something I would really love is a bath tub and gym but those are not deal breakers.
Not over bearing, can compromise, considerate and clean. We hate smoking, like the outdoors and love dogs (but don't have any as of yet). Looking for other couples and singles who aren't crazy :)
