I am recently a single mother to a 4 month old baby am looking for a granny flat. I tend to keep to myself and my child. It would be my first time to be able to live independently ATM I am on parenting payments and unemployed a part from being a full time mother
I am easy going and busy which doesn't leave me with much time at home. I am not a party animal and respectful of people needing a quiet house to sleep- there is nothing worse than noisy housemates keeping you up when you need to get up early the next morning! I do have a dog that needs a large backyard. She is dog and people friendly and would love it if there was another dog for her to play with. Her vaccinations are completely up to date.
I am friendly, considerate, happy , compassionate ,tidy, lady I like a clean home, I like people and enjoy communicating . I am studying at the moment and finish my diploma at the end of the this year, I will be looking to be fully employed after this. In the meantime I meet all my commitments whilst receiving Newstart allowance. My parents live on the Northside of Brisbane as does my brother and friends I am very close to them. I would like the opportunity to share your accommodation with you, Iand would appreciate a call or text , I have to move out of my present rental share because the owner would like to return to Brisbane from Melbourne.
I am a 25 year old town planner who just moved to Brisbane from Melbourne to be closer to family. As I am new to town, my network of friends is limited. I am quiet, respectful of personal space but happy to hangout and have a chat. I am happy to discuss alternate locations to live on the north side of Brisbane, I am just trying to limit my morning commute to caboolture for work. I am also flexible on moving dates. I have no pets (that live with me) and am a non-smoker. I am quite house proud, so I like things to be neat and tidy. If you want to know anything else please send me a message
Im a full time student and work late nights. Absolute night owl and I sleep through absolutely everything so am not fussed if you're a "day-human". Always down for a good netflix day or to sink a few beers. I'm not a big cooker, am rarely home for meals but am super clean.
Im a clean quiet person. Im a hermit so i dont really come out of my room but can be social too. Im extremely respectful of other people and their space and if theres an issue i try my best to resolve it without any hesitation. I work full time in the city and love what i do. Anything else just ask :)
Hey! I'm Lucy, I'm a 17 year old student looking for a place to stay, short or long term. I am currently studying to become a disability support worker, and I work at Woolies part-time. I am easygoing, quiet and tidy. I do have a 5 month old kitten, Ralph, (an indoor kitty) who is litter-trained and very well behaved, and I would love to have him come with me. However, I understand that is a lot to ask, beggars can't be choosers, and therefore if I find a place that is suitable for me but won't allow him, I will arrange for him to be looked after by someone else. Anything is a help! Thank you
Hi there, We aren't much of party people, but do enjoy getting together with friends to play board games. Zoe works full time and I am currently looking for work. We have 3 lovely cats who are very friendly.
I am an 18 year old full time uni student, who owns the friendliest cat you'll ever meet. I have a bubbly and fun personality, and I'm easy to get along with. I am a part timer with Woolworths, so between work and study, I'll hardly be home to rack up the power bill haha! I'm looking to move around Easter, and I've already teamed up with one girl to rent a house (I'm just seeking one more!) . We've already found a perfect place at Northlakes, and are wanting to apply. However, we are certainly open to other options! (nothing over $400 a week though) Preferably looking for females, who have their own car, license, and stable job. 😊 So if you're interested, please let me know and we shall house hunt together :)

My current housemate is giving up her lease in order to move, and I am after a couple of housemates to help take over the lease. The whole rent is split between you, myself and an additional housemate, along with bills. I am thinking about installing foxtell when she moves out but this would be a cost to myself only, even though you are welcome to use it. You and one other person would be sharing a bathroom. I am looking for somebody to move in around the start of may then another around the 13th when my current housemate moves out. The house is walking distance to local shops, gym, parks etc. It's not a large house but big enough to call home, with rent that isn't through the roof. I could just rent one room out, but 2 keeps costs down. I am a full time student so do require a certain level of respect in relation to noise. Their is a garage you are welcome to park in, but I only have one spot so whoever claims it first gets it, unless you can work something out between you. We also have a car park within the unit block. If you think this sounds like something that suit you, please give me a call or a message! *It wont let me upload photos for some reason*
