I’m also down for a drink or two and love to have a good time and good adventures, but also love my alone time like anyone does! I am very clean and respectful and would to find some likeminded people to team-up/join a room.
Hi, I have recently moved to Geelong and working full time in Leopold. I am 26 years old, very friendly, mature and like to keep active. I have a dog named Charlie, he is a cavoodle, very well trained and pretty much goes anywhere that I do. He is super friendly! I am looking to share a home with 1 or 2 other people in Geelong/Bellarine, preferably within a short drive to work. (Sth Geelong, Newcombe or leopold) I am open to moving into an existing rental. I do love the beach so would be happy to live in ocean grove or Barwon Heads as well. Ideally it would be nice to have a spare room/study in the house so that our family or friends could stay. I am happy to pay up to $180 a week. Obviously the house needs to be pet friendly. I like to keep my house organised and fairly clean and tidy. I do not smoke and would ideally like to live with non smokers too. If you are interested please let me know. Louise :)
Easy to get along with , love animals, honest and trustworthy. like to keep a tidy room/place. currently unemployed though I am starting up a home business in spray tanning ( hoping to add more services in the future ) Like to have a few drinks every now and then ( Don’t always get too drunk 😝) have 2 cats ( Zara 5 years old & Charlotte 5 months old)
I’m 31 year old, laid back, friendly and neat, working full time. I have a very busy routine and like a quite environment during the week but also enjoy socializing Friday’s and weekends. Looking for a homy.
Mid 20's, clean, respectful, responsible, chill, passionate animal lover and have a cute dog ☺ I am vegetarian but it's okay if your not. Looking for a place within walking distance of public transport (up to 20 mins) with a bit of a yard for my dog who is well house trained, never has accidents inside. No cats is best, prefer a place where she could be an only dog as she is almost 8 and never lived with another dog before. I am happy to fix fences if required and sign a pet clause. I have recently arrived in Geelong, I volunteer managing the Victorian division for a lost pet site and will be looking for a paid job as well as soon as I know where I will be living ☺ Have great references and always pay rent and bills on time.
I am a transfer student currently enrolled at at Deakin University, Geelong, Waterfront Campus, Bachelor of Commerce to be precise; from Bangladesh. Love to experiment with cooking, clean and tidy. I believe in team work if I am to live with someone, it is easier that we bear every step together and help each other out in the journey. Of course I am friendly and love sport. I am pretty much sincere regarding my studies. Love reading books and gaining knowledge irrespective of what the medium of knowledge is. Have my own gaming console so my room-mates are free to play with me! Keen to go out with friends over a drink or coffee! I also love doing community works since I used to do it all the time back in home. Cheers
We are looking for some people to share our house with. Situated in a friendly neighbourhood, the house has ample space and we have 3 bedrooms available as well. One room is slightly larger than the others with direct access to the shared bathroom. The house features open plan living with a deck just off of the lounge, perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is parking available on the street in front and to the side of the house. It is a 5 minute drive to Woolworths, 10 minutes into Geelong city and 15 minutes to Waurn Ponds. Otherwise there is a bus that runs into the city with a stop at the end of our street. The house is fully furnished apart from the bedrooms. Bills (gas, water, electricity, internet, etc) will be split between all residents. Not a party house but we don't mind the occasional drink. We are looking for tidy, hygenic and easy going people. We take pride in the appearance of our home and would love for you to also.
Rent will be $175 plus bills and bond is $750. At the moment there is a spare bedroom that is unoccupied and we can discuss if we want to lease it as well, which will result in rent being $110 a week and bond $500. There is a car park available and you will have your own bathroom - with a bath and shower - unless we lease the spare room, then you will share it with them. The house also has a dishwasher and central heating as well as air conditioning and you can bring in any furniture you want. If you have any questions or would like to see the house feel free to message me and we can arrange a time.
I'm currently studying second year nursing at Deakin Waterfront as well as working. I'm a very clean person but also like to have a few drinks on the weekends and relax with friends. I'm very bubbly and social but also love nights of just relaxing to a movie. I have an 8 year old Jack Russel who is completely house trained and obedient and is more than happy to sleep the day away in my bed.
I'm Jess, I'm a really relaxed, respectful and easily sociable person. I get along well with new people even if you're shy, I promise I'll make you comfortable in no time. I'm a part time uni student studying Criminology and a full time senior staff member at a cafe in Portarlington. I like to keep reasonably fit by doing weight lifting, walking/running with my dog, or just going down to the beach for a swim and surf. I'm a quiet and neat person to live with; I'm not a party animal, love a good chat with the girls and maybe a casual few drinks every now and then, but I'd prefer to save my money for travel. I love all animals, but I've grown up with dogs and looking somewhere pet friendly to bring my own puppy in (a 1 year old Labrador Retriever x German Shepherd). He's a big friendly giant and adores a good cuddle and attention, but will need a decent backyard. If you have any other questions, feel free to message me and I will get back to you ASAP, I hope to hear from you soon!
Great value and very convenient location. The house is very comfortable with spacious common areas, good natural light. Separate bathroom and toilet. The bathroom has both shower and bathtub and it also has a heat lamp for those cold winter mornings. Ample kitchen with lots of cupboard space. Laundry room. There is also plenty of space for entertaining in the back deck and verandah. There is plenty of off street parking available. Within walking distance of Gordon Tafe East Geelong. South Geelong Train Station, Belmont Shopping Village, Newcomb Shopping Precinct, Public Library, Deakin Waurn Ponds all within a 5 minute drive and just 7 minutes to the heart of the Geelong CBD. Route 40 bus stop that takes you to Deakin Waurn Ponds and the CBD is just a short stroll away. If you want to relax, exercise or go for a run the Breakwater Reserve and the Barwon River are with in a 10 minute walk. Easy access to the Surf Cost, Ring Road and the Bellarine Peninsula. There is also a great Sunday market at the Geelong Showgrounds every week.
I'm currently living with a couple, and looking for a change for something different. I work full time as a health professional. I grew up in Geelong, and have lived in different houses in Geelong West over the last few years. I am friendly, respectful, considerate, clean & tidy, and easy to live with. I am happy in my own company, but also enjoy spending time with room mates - so I enjoy a balance between down time/my own space and socialising/hanging out. Though I'm keen to meet new people who are good company to live with! Looking to move into an existing share house (preference for 3 people max), or potentially team up with 2 x people for a new rental. $150 for rent p/w is my preference, unless something amazing pops up that could be worth a little more.
Currently a waiter and bartender looking to move closer to Geelong. I'm tidy and I don't take up a lot of space, I keep to myself a lot but I'm always up to chill with others and meet new people. I'm friendly and pretty easy-going,
Hey there! We are a 22 year old couple from Geelong looking for a clean, minimalistic and friendly space to move into! Alex is an Events and Floristry student who spends at least 4-5 days of the week up in Melbourne either at uni, at work or at her floristry course. She is easygoing and friendly, clean and tidy, extremely respectful of personal living, creative and social. Cam is a full-time carpentry apprentice and also plays footy for Newtown Football Club. He is very adaptable, respectful, handy around the house and responsible. We have a one year old Golden Retriever puppy who is not only bloody adorable but very well behaved, calm, toilet trained, friendly and just nice company to have around the house. As a couple we very much mind our own business but at the same time love to be social and of course pull our own weight around the house. We like to think we are fun people to have around and don't take ourselves too seriously, however we understand how renting/share houses/house sitting works and consider ourselves very trustworthy, responsible and pleasant people to have around. That's just a very short brief, so if you'd like to know more please feel free to get in touch! We're simply after a space away from home that will make it easier for us to look after our puppy and spend more time together as well as having our own space.
Preferably after team up to get a place,as I have a house full of furniture or if can be added that's fine too. Have the following: fridge, (garage fridge also) chest freezer, washing machine. Couches(ones amazing!) coffee table, tv, pool table ( might have to be sold that one) Just done a 4 month holiday I europe so back to saving to buy a house. I Have been living out of home since I was 18! Our owner is selling the place so out we go unfortunately. Ensuite would be a bonus! Great sense of humour, always up for a chat and a drink! Enjoy quiet time also. Neat and tidy. Love cooking so that's always a plus for others! Not sure what else to say but if sounds good to you feel free send me a message!
Hey everyone, Firstly: not looking for a room until OCTOBER 2018. Just putting the feelers out for a room I may need in October this year. I'm living in London at the moment and when I return to Aus in late September/early October I'll be looking for employment and a room in Geelong. My budget is $200 p/w but obviously the cheaper the better. Would love an ensuite but not majorly fussed if I can't get one. Just a room with wardrobes and big enough for a queen size bed will be great. Would prefer a mixed gender home, but again not hugely bothered. I'm almost 25 and have lived in and out of Geelong most of my life. Studied psychology at Deakin and will be looking for employment in the community/mental health sector when I get back from London. Obviously I won't sign a lease without a job, so don't stress about that. If I have no luck on the job front in Geelong, I'll probably go to Melbourne and delete this ad. I'm pretty chilled, enjoy hanging out with friends, Netflix, getting to the beach, travel, photography, food, bit of exercise here and there. I don't mind if you don't want to be best friends, but I would prefer a social house where everyone gets along and we can all hang out together. Not looking for a uni/party house, but keen to live with fun people all the same. Currently the phone number listed here is my UK number so it'll probably cost you heaps to text me, so feel free to email me or something else, probably easier. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have a room becoming available later this year, cheers, B :)
Hey I’m Jaz! 28 years old, working as Visual Merchandiser and Installation Artist in Geelong. I’m easy going, enjoy socialising, board games, netflix and a few drinks with fellow housemates but also like my space too. I'm clean, tidy, reliable and respectful. I'm looking for a nice house with cool people and vibes, about 2 months accomodation at the moment but it could end up being longer than that also maybe 4 months. If you interested please send me a message!
Friendly and respectful 23 year old looking for flatmates who enjoy a good time but work hard and would love to make a new friendship. I love animals, reading and baking so you're always guaranteed some sweet treats! I work full-time as an Administration Assistant during the week and a casual Bartender on weekends.
