My partner and I, and a housemate have been living at this apartment for the past 7 months, and it has been a dream. But unfortunately (or fortunately for us), we both got jobs interstate and have to break the lease, which ends at the end of January 2020. You may be able to renew the lease past that date.

The unit is across the road from Brookside shopping centre. Meaning that you will be a stone throw away from a Woolworths, Coles, Target, TK Maxx, cafes and banks It is also a 5-minute walk to Mitchelton train station. The Ferny Grove line, with frequent trains, will have you in the city in no time. You can't beat that convenience. There is also a communal pool and bbq area.
The unit itself comes unfurnished. However, since we are moving interstate we are in a position to negotiate to sell and leave some of our furniture for you. This is up to you.
Also happy to rent one the main bedroom out for $220 a fortnight. In that case, you would be sharing the apartment with our current housemate. A 22-year-old uni student.
