One bedroom is available in our 3 bed/2 bath apartment.

The bedroom has a shared bathroom (the large bathroom with shower and bath, shared with one person). You will share the apartment with a nurse and a marketing manager in their 30s.

We are seeking a tenant who is keen for a quiet and clean home environment, as one of our tenants will work shift work as a nurse.

The parking space is not available.

The available bedroom currently has a sleeper couch and office setup. We can repurpose this with a queen bed or a single bed with a large or small desk—perfect for a uni student. The room has a full sized bedroom with in wall closet and storage.
