This is an original cottage next to Rydalmere station. Very spacious house. You will live in one of the bedrooms and you use the kitchen and bathroom yourself. Now have two people committed.
Next to Western Sydney University. Suitable to students who can’t afford high rent in the city. But Rydalmere station is currently under light rail construction now, so you may need to take the bus.
This is the only house which accommodates people in the industrial area. There are other businesses around but after 5pm all people gone. So if you are not scared of living in the only house on the street, you are more welcome to inspect. There are some cats around to accompany though…
