Hi, I'm 28, I work full time in hospitality so I do shift work. I have a well trained cat named Oscar. He is an indoor/outdoor cat and is pretty laid back. Now to the fun part, I do own pretty much a small house of furniture, which consists of... - 2 rolled arm 2.5 seater couches - coffee table - fridge - tv cabinet - tv - washing machine - dining table - microwave - and all the small stuff (kitchen and linen etc) - and my bed...for me. So I'm after someone who has just their bedroom furniture to find a place with... Ferny hills is a great area, easily the quietest street I have ever lived in. Train station just a 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive away from the house and a bus stop just next door. The house is in good shape and always kept clean. There are 2 rooms available if you have a friend or relative that are interested, both are good size with plenty of cupboard space in and outside the room. The rooms have their own air-conditioning and fan. The lounge room has all new furniture and television with air-conditioning. Internet access also.

The area, (The Gap is safe, friendly, leafy and very pretty, is surrounded by mountains and has a village with all amenities). My kids and I are very happy, fun and positive and only want to live with people with a similar outlook,. Upbeat, friendly and positive and tidy is a must! As I have two children, I am looking for flatmates who will be respectful of this as I don't want strangers being brought home because of the risk to my children and please don't apply if you are a lone male.
