I'm a friendly, considerate, responsible, open-minded, clean and quiet person. I value a healthy lifestyle. I have rental references going back 15 years, have owned property in the area and am practical and bush-friendly. I can be flexible about my move date.

I'm an Environmental Scientist looking to move into the Coffs Harbour region in February 2018 for full time employment. As a housemate, you can expect me to be reasonably social, but also willing to give you peace, quiet, and privacy should you need it. A decent kitchen is essential to me, as I love to cook, and bring with me both family favourites and my own recipes. In my free time, I have a range of hobbies I enjoy, including a recently rediscovered love of tabletop board games and role-playing games. I also enjoy bushwalking on occasion, and if possible, would love to start a small kitchen garden I hope to move in between the 9th and the 11th, but am willing to pitch in on the rent for up to a week before. I won't be bringing pets, but don't mind if you are, so long as we get along.
I'm a neat and tidy person. Like to be social occasionally but also like my alone time. I respect other peoples possessions and privacy. I'm an animal lover. Currently working in Coffs Harbour and studying vet nursing. Will always pay my rent on time. I'm also very reliable and helpful.
We are quiet, introverted non party type non smoking couple with a rescue Cocker Spaniel looking for accommodation in the Urunga to Grafton area. We have recently moved from SA to be closer to our grandchildren, and where we are staying at the moment isn't really suitable for a longer term. We are looking to buy a home asap and our home in SA is up for sale. Ben is working full time, having transferred within the company, I'm a remedial massage therapist and horticulturalist looking for work. We anticipate that we will need accomodation for about three months.

Available on a NASAA registered Organic farm with Wildlife Refuge and Conservation area are 3 bedrooms in a 2 year old home with great city and coastal views. Located in Shephards Lane just out of Coffs suburbia, but only 5.5 kms from the city centre, 7.5 kms from the beach and only 1 set of traffic lights to either. There are fantastic wildlife, birds, frogs and even better house mates. There are 3 bedrooms available due to our long term residents being promoted to Sydney job positions, another getting married and a short term resident moving in with his partner. The $225 room is 3.5 M X 3.5 M with BIR, tall timber and mountain views and almost exclusive use of a bathroom. It can be rented for a couple at $275. There is a large 5.2M X 3.5M room becoming available now. It has 2 windows, it's own entry and already hard wired for television and internet. There is a large 4M X 3M room with great views over Coffs Harbour and out to sea available as of Jan 1st. It rents out at $190 per week. All bedroom doors are lockable and there is a security coded door for entry into the house. Every bedroom has a large built in robe for clothing, and there is a ceiling fan in each room. We have solar hot water and in the new year, will be having 32 solar electricity panels installed on the roof. We also have our own water tanks, so a very sustainable house. All electricity, gas, water and very fast and unlimited WiFi NBN are included for the house. There is also a large kitchen/lounge/dining room, outside gas BBQ and an outside Spa with great views over town, out to sea and the surrounding hills. Telstra, Vodafone and Optus reception is excellent. The road in, is an all weather 800M gravel road with bitumen for the last 200M, so there is no passing traffic and there are no hoons around, so a very safe location. The beauty about a gravel road is that you never have to wash your car ever again, as it will get some dust on it the next time you drive the road. There are only 5 other houses on this road. A very quiet and peaceful area with great views, birds and wildlife plentiful. Definitely worth a look. Thanks Pete
The very private one room self contained studio is situated amongst sub tropical gardens. A bit further from town (2.5 km walk) it’s very quiet, with the sound of birds and cows. Completely separate dwelling. I love living north side and having a river separate me from town. The studio has a beautiful Spanish style courtyard to relax and take in the year round Bello sunshine. The studio is open plan with kitchenette and can be partially furnished or can be completely unfurnished. We are also one of the few streets with the much faster NBN network. This studio is situated below my residence and while it's just me upstairs (for now) and I'm reasonably quiet - some sound does carry through the floor. This listing also does not have air con and Bellingen being in a valley is extra Hot!
