I come with all my own homey goods. I love terrible comedy movies, and I'm always down for a wine and movie night. I don't drive, but I'm learning. (So would need to be near bus/train) I find my own way everywhere, very independent and self sufficient. Pay my own bills etc etc all that good stuff. I am a dog enthusiast, a Netflix expert and a snack queen. Majority of my time during the week after work is spent sleeping or watching the horrendous part of YouTube. Weekends I spend with my partner (sometimes at their house, most of the time they come to me). I really don't know what to write here...

I am currently between jobs, due to a motor accident. However, I am currently receiving the Disability Pension during this time of transition. The property is close to train station and walking distance to bus stop. It is in a quite street in a newly built area, close to shopping centre and Woolworths. There is a fan in each room as well as air conditioning with an easy to maintain backyard. Plenty of natural light and features a carport at the rear of the property. There is no smoking or unfortunately pets permitted by landlord.
I recently graduated with a Bachelor in Viticulture and Oenology and received a full-time job in the Barossa. I am super friendly and clean, tidy and respectful. I like to keep busy and be out and about. I have been learning French for the past 6 months and also speak German. I will likely be going back to Adelaide on weekends to visit my partner and family.
Room with ensuite and walk-in robe at Evanston (Gawler). A prospective tennant/boarder must have a current police clearance. The accommodation is only metres from the Evanston (Gawler) train station. The area is quiet and pleasant. The room is a good size and has a double bed, two bedside tables, bookcase and TV outlet plus ensuite and walk-in-robe. The room can be provided unfurnished if you wish. The rent includes electricity, gas and water. Household and laundry cleaning products, milk and basic breakfast items are also included. I'm a bad cook so I gave up providing full board years ago; now it's just bed and breakfast. The house is fairly new, so the kitchen and laundry (with dryer) are modern. Off street parking is available.
