Hi there! Jordan, 28, French lad working abroad as a teacher for a few years now. Used to live with international flatmates for about 5 years now, whether it's in France, the UK or the US. I'd say I am much laid back and very easy to live with. I enjoy spending quality time with the people I share a home with, but also appreciate some alone time every now and then, in order to focus on my job, which will take a lot of my time. Looking forward to meeting the perfect household ;) PS: Let's converse using emails, as I do not have an australian number yet. I am arriving in a couple of days. Cheers!
I'm starting a masters degree in speech pathology at Curtin, and work part-time at a pharmacy. I lead a very active lifestyle, and am always on the go. I enjoy going to the gym, playing the violin, and always have a crafts project I'm working on. To unwind, I like listening to music, relaxing and watching Netflix at home. I'm looking for flatmates I can hang out with, and a comfortable space I can call my own.
Were both very friendly, easygoing people who like to keep our place respectably clean and tidy. Peter works full time and I’m in my last year studying architecture at Curtin uni. Have lots of hobbies and like anything from going camping, to staying in with a movie or a puzzle. Not huge party animals but don’t mind if others are! Still love a social outing and drink or two. Don’t have pets but we love all animals so open to a furry flatmate addition too ☺︎
Hi future house-mates... I'm low key, quiet and a respectful person. Currently unemployed at the moment but looking for employment as a Mechanical Fitter. The main reason I am looking for a shared household is I hate coming home to a empty house, plus in my line of work most jobs are FIFO.
Hi We have a room available in a renovated 4x2 bedroom house for about the next 6 months ( Til end of July 2019). The room is available now and includes all utilities, Foxtel, wireless internet and cleaner once a fortnight. You will be sharing the house with myself and my wife, you will have your own private bathroom. We are very social and enjoy sharing dinners and a glass of wine with housemates but are mindful of privacy as well. The house has full ducted reverse air con, a wood fire and ceiling fans in the rooms. The house has excellent other facilities including a pool, off-street parking, a park at the end of the street and large entertaining area out the back. The room can be furnished with a Queen size bed if required. Close to public transport to get to the city, train stations and both Murdoch and Curtin Uni. Singles and couples considered, $180 per week for single and $250 per week for a couple. If you are interested please drop us an email or text. Darryl and Roz
Moved to Wa from QLD in 2017 and currently studying full time. I'm social but quiet, respectful and clean and enjoy cooking and taking my dog out for hikes. I need somewhere to stay for me and my dog for at least the next 6 months while i complete my studies.
Its placed about halfway between Murdoch and Curtin University with a bus service which caters to both, a 10 minute walk from the house. It's also only 20 minutes from Perth, by car and about the same from Fremantle. Train and bus services are also close by to access these areas. The house itself is in a quiet cul de sac. I'm lucky enough to have great neighbors who keep an eye on each other. There is off street parking available and lovely parkland at the end of the road if you enjoy a bit of a walk on lush green grass. Willetton is well catered for in terms of shops (Southlands and Riverton Forum) only minutes away, and a huge amount of restaurants and takeaway options to tempt your tastebuds. Here in the house, we have ducted air conditioning, block out blinds (for those who like their sleep in's) and a generous floorplan which offers areas you can sit and get away from others or wonderful communal areas to sit and have social interaction. I like it, I'm sure you will too.

Heya! I'm Shannon, currently studying full time at Curtin Uni. I have two jobs, one at a theme park and one at a restaurant and am usually quite busy. I like to bake, travel, read, watch movies and shows, have a drink with friends and play sport. I am a tidy person and clean up after myself. I am friendly and love having a chat with people, but I also like my own space at times. I am easy-going, considerate and respectful of other people's space. Looking to move out to be closer to work and uni.
I am moving to Perth from Albany to study an Arts Degree at Curtin. I am a devoted christian who attends church every Sunday. My hobbies include baking and shopping. I also have a friend in Albany who is studying at Murdoch and she also needs a place so if possible we would like a room each.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I got two rooms for rent in Bull Creek, very close to Murdoch University. This includes a bed, desk, chair, and a built-in wardrobe available in a fully furnished house. There is also living area to share including fully functional modern kitchen and laundry. You will be sharing the house with a young Asian couple. The rooms are available now! Very convenient location. One direct bus route to Murdoch University. I'm looking to live in a moderately social household, however i am studying and do need to study some of the time (unfortunately). Very quiet but friendly, but most importantly clean and tidy and respect others privacy.
Heya, Need a room from Feb. 10th, I am a research professional at the Curtin University Tech Park. Regards Mahavir
Originally from South perth, Very respectful of other people, easy to get along with and very neat and tidy. I work various hours in multimedia/advertising and business development projects. My interests include flying fixed wing aerobatics which I still do from time to time, spending time on the stock market and going out and living life. I also have a husky that I walk most days although he doesn’t live with me. I always pay my bills on time and I never have any problems with my house mates. Look forward to meeting new interesting people and finding that space to share in comfort.

Look no further. Best property, Best house mate! Please no time wasters! Looking to team up with two other people or a couple to take over the lease by the 22nd of January, maybe sooner or later depending on how soon my house mate will be moving out . This new, two story 4x2, double garage fully ducted reverse cycle aircon home is definitely the best option south of the river you will find on flatmates. It is located on a quiet street with a small park across the road. The best neighbours you could ask for! The open plan living offers plenty of space, privacy when desired and it is really easy to keep clean. It has a modern kitchen gas stove top, electric oven and gas hot water system. Plenty of storage space 2x Wall cubourds. There is a cozy entertainment room that will have a great natutzi couch with a 70inch flat screen tv which will be rarely used by myself as I prefer not to spend too much time on the couch. Looking to have just minimal amount of furnishings in the house so if you have just a room full of furniture such as a bed side tables and draws that would be ideal. I have dinning table, buffet, couch TV, microwave, fridge and will be organising a washing machine. The area Outside I will organise an out door setting. It has low maintenance gardens front and back with a small section of grass that is the only part that requires watering. There are buses that run to curtain just down the road as well as an IGA shopping centre 1-2 min drive or 2-3 min drive to Stockland shops, where there is a coles, KFC, McDonald’s and a lot more. The Karawara shopping centre is also fairly close near curtain UNI. I have been sharing this house with one other person for 12 months and occasional the family would stay a few days when up from their farm. It is a place I simply don’t want to leave as it is so setup for comfort and easy living. The right people will be able to prove their income and previous acomodation with sound references for the property managers to approve. The lease is expiring at the beginning of February the 13th and I’m sure we can take over the lease sooner than that. The larger room rent will be around $150.00 - $200.00 and the smaller room will be $100.00 - $150.00. For a couple $300.00 per week should suffice. Bills will be shared equally.
Large modern house, two living rooms, and large outdoor areas. Quiet street, minutes walk to the pool, gym, park and Stocklands Shopping Centre. 5 mins to Bull Creek, 15 mins to the city. Lovely house with modern kitchen, renovated bathrooms. $200/week is for single person, which gives you a huge room as well as a bathroom :)
