I'm a good communicator and live by principles of mutual consent and mutual aid. I'm clean and tidy and always like to do my share of housework. I've just finished a Bachelor of Community Development. I'm looking to find some part time work and embark on a masters project in 2018 to look at the feasibility of setting up a tiny house intentional community. There is a lot of work to do to get myself organised for my research project in 2018 and this is the current focus. So I guess even though I am not formally studying, I am actually busy with getting everything lined up to commence the project. I am pretty much vegetarian and am passionate about social justice and the environment. My primary modes of transport are a bicycle and electric scooter.

The Room: Room on offer is the Master! Largest room in the house with spacious W.I.R. and en suite. The Area: Newport is a great little suburb wedged in between the trendy Yarraville, the affluent Williamstown or the affordable Altona…so great options for eating, drinking, shopping whichever way you want to go. Although Newport can hold its own with several cafes near the house, a great pub in the Junction Hotel and Birds of a Feather has you covered for brunch. The house backs onto 2 football ovals, and is only 100m from the spectacular Newport Lakes. Newport station is only a 10min walk away – as a hub station there’s a constant stream of trains that can get you into the CBD in only 15mins! *Note: The provided pictures are pinched from the Real Estates ad, so the furnishing is a little different but you get a general idea for the look of the house.* Bills: a) Professional cleaner: he cleans the house fortnightly for 3 hours. That includes your bedroom, en suite and all common areas. As long as you tidy up after yourself, all those other pesky chores are covered. b) Internet: for all your netflixing needs. These two are split 3-ways and only comes to $20/week. Utility bills will be split evenly (3-ways) between the household.

Most amenities (washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooking appliances, portable cooler etc) are available for use. Large back yard and patio. Large lounge, seperate dining room and car-port for outdoor storage. It is a spacious and uniquely designed home.
Greetings potential flatmates, The property offers 3 good sized UNFURNISHED bedrooms with BIR's (take your pick out of the remaining two) in a quiet neighborhood only a stones throw from both Yarraville and Williamstown. There are two bathrooms (although only one toilet) so you essentially get a bathroom to yourself. There are two huge football fields/parks directly across the road, as well as a basketball hoop if you're into your fitness/outdoors activities. The train station is a 10 minute walk away, however, if you're not a morning person (like myself) there are two bus stops at each end of the street that will run you straight up to Newport station and all the shops and cafes. There are also a few other shops and cafes within walking distance as well as the lovely Newport Lakes walking tracks/park just a stroll away. There is a washing machine, unlimited internet, air conditioning, ducted heating, foxtel etc (bills not included in rent). There is a little courtyard/deck out the back as well as a BBQ (which hopefully still works). Please note, the photos are the real estate photos, so naturally the place looks a little different.
10 minutes from Newport Train station and IGA. White Goods and common area furnishing provided. 20 minutes from the city. One furnished room with a double bed and desk, one unfurnished. Two available rooms are sharing a bathroom. Heating and aircon available. Apple TV with Netflix and Stan. Fully-equipped Kitchen. Nice neighbours, safe street.
Hi! I'm Lawrence, an International student from Mauritius, who's been living in Melbourne for a few years now. I'm looking to move closer to the City to save time going to work and to Uni. Full time post-grad, so a cosy place for relaxing/studying would help! I'm also a casual hospitality worker, so unavoidably pretty friendly. Not big on partying anymore, but do appreciate drinks and always up for some banter! Respectful of other housemates privacy. Not very fussy about a little bit of mess here and there and the TV playing in the background as I grew up in a big family house, but I tend to enjoy the sight of clean common areas... Happy to do my share of chores too. Random facts: I'm an avid recycler, I don't smoke nor do I eat meat (anymore) and errrr.... I also speak French and Spanish. Voilà!
Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I like to spend weekends out with friends at cultural events (when I'm not working). I am clean and tidy paying particularly attention to the kitchen and bathroom. I have all the basic furniture/ appliances to furnish a house. Cheers Andrew Cow
I work full time on a weekend roster (Thursday - Monday) and usually get in late most nights. I like to play video games, read and spend time with friends during my spare time. I am quiet, polite and clean in everything I do. I'd prefer a place close to work as I am on call during the evenings.
I'm Jesse, a recent graduate currently working as a paralegal! I've got a ton of sharehouse experience living in Brunswick for the last 4 years, and I'm looking for a new place after spending the last few months overseas. I'm very easy-going to live with, and love becoming mates with people I live with. On the weekends I like going for a ride on my road bike or getting a couple of beers with mates. Ready to move immediately, message me if you're interested!

Enthusiastic Frenchie, 27 year old, full-time student, wannabe highschool teacher, house trained, is looking for a cosy little house where she could study and share nice meals, movie nights, and conversations with her housemates. About me: clean and tidy (and would love to expect the same from my housemates), foodie, wine lover, op shops fan, documentary savvy. Has an old soul, and soul music tastes. You will find me at: Savers, libraries, gigs, movie theatres, Vietnamese restaurants, fake French boulangeries, parks, beaches, or just on the road, always with food and a bottle of vino.
hey i'm tobi, i'm looking for a place to share with one or two other people somewhere between footscray and newport. i'm trans, so my potential housemate needs to be queer friendly, and i'd prefer to live with someone femme/female. i work part time in retail and freelance in tech doing programming and sound stuff in art galleries from time to time. i'm an experimental musician and like video games too, mainly jrpgs. i love to cook and like a pretty tidy place, but most of all i'd like a safe and friendly place to come home to. i'm from tasmania originally but i've been in melbourne for 7 years now, and been in the west (footscray, st albans, sunshine) for ~5 of those years. i finished uni last year but i'd love to go back for postgrad in the future. would love to hear from you and grab a coffee, definitely looking to team up with someone awesome to start a new place with, or an existing household to move into, hopefully that's you! t.x/
My name is Laura I’m 23, currently studying nursing and working part time as a carer. I am ideally looking for somewhere in the Inner West. My max budget is $200 pw but ideally would prefer between $150-170. My intention is to move mid July preferably after the 13th but could be earlier if I find the right fit. A little about me: I am studying nursing in Geelong (I am usually there about 1 day a week), I work as a carer (presently I have contracts in Port Melbourne and Richmond but this changes on a regular basis) I work mostly days but can have the occasional late night. I am financially secure and capable of paying my bills on time. I am happy to contribute to household tasks such as cleaning. I enjoy cooking, travel, watching TV etc. I would describe myself as more of a homebody, although I enjoy going out to movies, brunch, dinner or the occasional drink. I have a sarcastic sense of humour so as long as you understand sarcasm, don't mind a laugh, drink or tv I'm extremely easy to get along with. I am looking for housemates that are happy to share a meal or a drink when we can, have a chat or watch a tv show. But also doesn't mind some alone time.

I am easy going 57 year old who looks 40 (if I do say so myself)!, I get on with anyone but also know when to give people there own space, tidy and love to have laugh. Hi, I'm Tenisha and I'm looking for a room on the outer suburbs of Melbourne :). I'm 20 and I'm study music at JMC academy in Melbourne. I don't really need to find another place, I already live in a share house and all of my house mates are fine, but the house could be in better condition, so if I don't find anything else, it's not a big deal. I've never had a problem paying rent or bills and I've never paid them late. I do have a 9 month old kitten, she's a complete sweetheart but she's really shy. If that's a problem I can keep her at my dads though :) I play my guitar from time to time, enjoy going out with my friends but I'm not a party animal. I enjoy going to the pub for a drink and a meal and socialising with my house mates but do enjoy some alone time as well. If you think I'm the right housemate for you, please don't hesitate to send me a message :)
I'm 21 years old and have completed my Certificate IV in Fitness. I'm keen to relocate to the Western Suburbs and open a Fitness business based in the area. I currently have a casual job and plan to do my Certificate III in Micro Business mid July. I enjoy sport and fitness, especially watching AFL. I play footy for Avoca on Saturdays (The other side of Ballarat) so don't mind kicking the footy. Originally from the country, have been in Melbourne for the past 15 months. I'm a friendly guy and easy to get along with. Feel free to give me a call on 0438865386 Cheers
(Plans to travel overseas 1 month during Sep-Oct 2017) 25 yo female, easy going, friendly, enjoys socialising and going out having a good time, also really enjoy my alone time, reliable, respectful to others and expect same respect back (in general, cultures, genders, sexuality etc), currently working casual/full time 9-5 weekdays in CBD, **will be my FIRST TIME moving out of home** so no rental experience but I believe I'll be a nice addition. Looking for a comfortable home-y vibe with other easy going people. Currently live in Sunbury so anywhere closer to the city and affordable is ideal for me. I have some furniture but if there is no room I have the option of leaving them at home (bed, dressing table, drawers, 2 couches, tv). Atm I am trying to relearn playing the keyboard in spare time but am not too loud or inappriopriate in making noise. Prefer a spacious room that can fit queenbed, some furniture and has a wardrobe, but am open to smaller spaces if good location/$. I have no specific move out date, but ideally wanting to move out soon (most likely end of July onwards).
