Living in a modern townhouse close to public transport (15 walk to Newport station). $1220 per month Wifi and cleaning included.
Bus routes at end of street, 3 mins via bus to Newport Station or a 15 minute walk. Quiet sharehouse with two males, one female. Parking space in garage or driveway. Room would be perfect for a student or someone with minimal furniture as it features a fixed king single bed and lots of built-in storage. Also includes built-in heater, two ceiling fans and lots of natural light through two large windows. Most amenities (washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooking appliances, portable cooler etc) are available for use. Large back yard and patio.
Greetings potential flatmates, The property offers 3 good sized bedrooms with BIR's (take your pick out of the remaining two) in a quiet neighborhood only a stones throw from both Yarraville and Williamstown. There are two bathrooms (although only one toilet) so you essentially get a bathroom to yourself. There are two huge football fields/parks directly across the road, as well as a basketball hoop if you're into your fitness/outdoors activities. The train station is a 10 minute walk away, however, if you're not a morning person (like myself) there are two bus stops at each end of the street that will run you straight up to Newport station and all the shops and cafes. There are also a few other shops and cafes within walking distance as well as the lovely Newport Lakes walking tracks/park just a stroll away. There is a washing machine, unlimited internet, air conditioning, ducted heating, foxtel etc (bills not included in rent). There is a little courtyard/deck out the back as well as a BBQ (which hopefully still works).
10 minutes from Newport Train station and IGA. White Goods and common area furnishing provided. 20 minutes from the city. One furnished room with a double bed and desk, one unfurnished. Two available rooms are sharing a bathroom. Heating and aircon available. Apple TV with Netflix and Stan. Fully-equipped Kitchen. Nice neighbours, safe street.

Hi! I'm Lawrence, an International student from Mauritius, who's been living in Melbourne for a few years now. I'm looking to move closer to the City to save time going to work and to Uni. Full time post-grad, so a cosy place for relaxing/studying would help! I'm also a casual hospitality worker, so unavoidably pretty friendly. Not big on partying anymore, but do appreciate drinks and always up for some banter! Respectful of other housemates privacy. Not very fussy about a little bit of mess here and there and the TV playing in the background as I grew up in a big family house, but I tend to enjoy the sight of clean common areas... Happy to do my share of chores too. Random facts: I'm an avid recycler, I don't smoke nor do I eat meat (anymore) and errrr.... I also speak French and Spanish. Voilà!
Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I like to spend weekends out with friends at cultural events (when I'm not working). When im at home i like to relax whether watching movies, playing video games, cooking or relaxing on my bed. I like to do small handyman type things. I am clean and tidy paying particularly attention to the kitchen and bathroom. I have all the basic furniture/ appliances to furnish a house. Cheers Andrew Cow
I'm a full time Vet Med student whose looking for a sharehouse with chill vibes which I can retreat to at the end of the day. I'd love some friendly flatmates to share the occasional meal with or perhaps even a bottle of red once in a while. I'm smack bang in the middle of Uni which means most of my evenings are spent with my head in a book and Saturday nights mean watching 'If You Are The One' on SBS (a guilty pleasure) as opposed to heading out for a big one. I come with my best mate Charlie, a 10 year old Spoodle X hot water bottle who is a heckin' good doggo. He doesn't shed hair and is pushing into his old man days so is pretty snoozy too. He is currently on a diet, though we've been saying that for years. Hopefully you will love him.
Easy going , friendly , always on time with rent, extremly keen polite mature , parents raised me with manners , respectful and quite like time to my self and privacy but do have a very kind heart easy to warm to personality
Hello to each and every-one of you, who is taking the time to read my bio. I am gonna tell you, as it is; I am a great cook (but I am not a foodie, no way). I mean what is a, "foodie"?? The latest, "Trendy" word of the hour? Get out of here. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy heading into town, meeting up with friends, museums, movies, parks or just hang back at home and read a good book. I am outgoing, but on the flip side, hanging about home with any potential housemate/s, provided they wish to is just as chill. I love to spend time with friends, just as much; I enjoy forming/making new friendships. I am a very approachable, friendly individual and I am a great listener and I give as well as I get. I am well read, and proud of my educational/work achievements. I had the pleasure of Studying: Engineering and Law. My Engineering major was in Automotive/Aerospace. This allowed me, to Work and Befriend some of the brightest of people in the, Australian Engineering industry. Other things about me; well my Father is from Austria, whilst my Mother is from Turkey. The rest is for another day. Now to my point; "So Just Chill", cause I am, I am as cool as a cucumber, and do not sweat the small stuff (well, I try not to); What For? Anyways, to those who are reading my intro, I believe I’ve bored you plenty enough, or maybe not. Nonetheless, I now call an end to my intro, wishing all who read or do not; a Remarkable, Blissful, Happy, Healthy, Prosperous, Joyful, Imaginative, Momentous Life. I honestly hope you find what you are looking for in life, the thing that makes you "HAPPY", as well as those around you (your happiness, should not be as a result of someone else demise). Thank you in advance, for taking the time to read, take care and be well. Kindest of regards, Ken.
Hi! My name is Richard, I am 25 years old and originate from England. My partners name is Ciara, she is 23 years old from Ireland. For the past four years we have called Darwin our home where we have been lucky enough to gain permanent residency. We decided that it was time for us to move on from Darwin and start a new chapter in Melbourne. We are currently living with family about an hour out of Melbourne city and are looking to move into shared accommodation with like minded people. We are friendly people who enjoy socializing and keeping active. We are currently looking for full time employment, I am a fully qualified horticulturist and Ciara works in office administration. We also have a small puppy, she is 2 years old and her name is teddy. I am sure she could use a doggy pal!
Hi, I work in hospo but not most days. Currently living in Seddon but looking for a closer place to my Friday and Saturday afternoon job in Altona. Pretty much keep to myself but do catch up with friends for a drink. Would somewhere with a garden but I'm not too picky.
Hi, we are a couple in our twenties, looking for a place to live! We are looking to move early August, when our current lease is up - not before. Both working full-time (between Melbourne & Geelong). Easy-going, tidy, love a Netflix sesh and a few drinks on the weekends. Cannot live with cats or smokers, due to allergies and asthma. Interested in both rooms in share houses, or someone to team up and find a new place together, so feel free to message us :)
I work full time on a weekend roster (Thursday - Monday) and usually get in late most nights. I like to play video games, read and spend time with friends during my spare time. I am quiet, polite and clean in everything I do. I'd prefer a place close to work as I am on call during the evenings.
Hey guys! My names Jack, I'm currently studying my bachelor of audio at Collarts and I work in hospitality (around 17 - 25hrs per week) and also do some live sound gigs here and there. I'm a clean, relaxed, fun, helpful and reliable person, looking for a place with a groovy, chilled out, peaceful vibe, close to/in the CBD. (Preferably West). I don't smoke, but don't mind if you do. I also enjoy hanging out and socialising but you may not see me during weekdays/nights due to uni and work.
My name is Laura I’m 23, currently studying nursing and working part time as a carer. I am ideally looking for somewhere in the Inner West. My max budget is $200 pw but ideally would prefer between $150-170. My intention is to move mid July preferably after the 13th but could be earlier if I find the right fit. A little about me: I am studying nursing in Geelong (I am usually there about 1 day a week), I work as a carer (presently I have contracts in Port Melbourne and Richmond but this changes on a regular basis) I work mostly days but can have the occasional late night. I am financially secure and capable of paying my bills on time. I am happy to contribute to household tasks such as cleaning. I enjoy cooking, travel, watching TV etc. I would describe myself as more of a homebody, although I enjoy going out to movies, brunch, dinner or the occasional drink. I have a sarcastic sense of humour so as long as you understand sarcasm, don't mind a laugh, drink or tv I'm extremely easy to get along with. I am looking for housemates that are happy to share a meal or a drink when we can, have a chat or watch a tv show. But also doesn't mind some alone time.

I am a part time nanny and part time CRT (relief teacher) and together that has me working full time. I'm fairly quiet and keep to myself but happy to spend time together in communal areas also. I grew up with 2 brothers so noise in the house and having people around doesn't bother me 😊
