The room which is available is carpeted, has built in robes, and is very close to the bathroom. The room is unfurnished so you will be able to organise the room as you like. I have also put a double bed in the room too which you can use. The unit is also very close to the Klemzig interchange which is a 5 minute drive from the house which takes you straight into the city or there is a bus which is a 5 minute walk which also takes you straight to the city. The flat is massive and has a huge backyard which will be great in summer for barbecues.
Hi! I’m looking for hopefully a great Share house situation with another person. Pet friendly non-smoker, I love to cook, garden and craft. Would prefer a couple of unfurnished rooms to fit my bedroom and lounge room furniture but would be okay with putting it in storage if required. Full time employed, would prefer an all female household.
Hello! I'm Beth, I'm nearly 30 (I'll be 30 when I get to Aus) and I am a musician, AV tech and aspiring fullstack web developer. Right now I am touring in Northern Europe and I'm very excited about not waking up in 0 degrees Celsius! My partner, Aleks and I are headed across the world on January 25th (land 26th) 2018. He will stay for a month before going to work off-shore on Timor Leste on a marine expedition. I will stick around in Adelaide whilst he's gone (until at least June). So we are ideally looking for a place where we can both stay for February then I can keep on by myself after he leaves. If needs be we could find a place for both of us for February then I could move once he's gone although I'm really keen to find a home to live in rather then a temporary stop. We both love to keep healthy and feeling good. We are (usually!) early risers and like to get a good night's sleep. We practice acroyoga (keen beginners), I practice and teach aerial yoga (I am hoping to ship over my portable rig so ideally I'm looking for a place with an outdoor space I can setup - all housemates VERY welcome to hang/practice whenever you like of course!). Other interests include: comedy improv, learning new things, chilling at home, exploring the great outdoors, singing (badly...)... We don't have pets but I would LOVE to be in a house with a dog/cat/chicken/pony :D I eat plant based (vegan) but am totally fine being in a meat-eating house. I don't judge other people's eating habits, I appreciate it when people don't judge mine either :) I do need to practice my instruments (clarinet, saxophone, recorder) but I am very respectful of quiet times and make an effort to play when I'm not disturbing other people. There is also a chance that I would be able to do most of my personal practice at an alternative location if preferred. I will be working at the Adelaide Fringe Festival but also work online and will be studying online also (programming). We're looking for a bills-inclusive price to avoid surprises. If bills are not included, please let us know what the average is for your household so we have a solid idea of what to expect! Very much looking forward to finding our Adelaide home! Beth and Aleks (oh we're both from the UK and between us we also speak fluent Serbian (Aleks), pretty decent Spanish (me) and some basics of a variety of other languages incl. French, Korean, Japanese, Danish... Practice opportunities always appreciated as well as chance to learn more!)
Hi there, I am looking for a room to rent for three to six months initially while I re-establish myself in my home town after travel and working interstate over the last couple of years. I'm a single professional in my mid-40s, used to share house living and looking for friendly but independent co-habitation. Furnished room is fine in the short term, and if I am to stay in Adelaide again permanently I'd like to settle in with my own things at some stage too. So at this point, I'm looking for short[ish] term living arrangements but open to something that might become longer term if the circumstances are right. Happy to chat with interested people. Taryn
I’m currently living at Hyde Park and looking to move at the end of Jan when my lease runs out. I’m working full-time as a paralegal in the city so would ideally love to keep close to work. I have made some incredible friends with housemates that I have lived with in the past and enjoy hanging out with the people I live with! I’m respectful and like to keep fit, but would never say no to wine and a cheese platter :)
Currently working full time in construction management field. I have a small furr child called Ned, the most laid back and slightly chubby cat. I spend my spare time either being active at the gym or just taking it easy at home. I enjoy getting outside on the weekends & exploring new places.
Friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of others. Am sociable but also like my own space. Enjoy wine and watching tv shows/movies. Love being outside and going for hikes or to the beach. Am a nurse and do shift work so do some odd hours. My current lease is up end of February so looking for a place around that time.
Hi there, My name is Alex. My girlfriend and I (both from Venezuela) are moving to Adelaide on the 20th of January from Brisbane. I've been living in Australia since 2014 (Brisbane) and my girlfriend since 2016 (Brisbane as well). I'm gonna start a motor mechanic course in TAFE SA. That's the reason why we are moving there. This is gonna be a big change for us. Many people have told us that Adelaide is a small but spectacular city. That's why we are so exited about this new adventure. We will be living there for at least 2 years (my student Visa is until 2020) and we wanna find a very good place to live no far from city and the TAFE Campus (Regency PARK). We really like have our privacy and in case we are sharing house we prefer 1 or 2 people to share with. Most of the time we are not at home. Usually we are working or studying but when we have free time we really enjoy staying at home watching movies and resting. We are very easy going but definitely not party people. If our profile likes you, please do not hesitate to ask me or my girlfriend more questions if you need. Thanks in advance and hope you have a good one.
I study at uni full-time, I'm pretty laid back, organised, and I always clean up after myself. I'm fairly quiet Monday to Thursday, but I do enjoy going places and having a drink on weekends. Ideally I'm looking for a chill/friendly place between $110 and $175 p/week with a stay of 6 months to a year+

Both of us are natural, easy going, love dogs so much, like to keep everything clean.
Don't miss out on this fantastic student accommodation offered in this near city location. There are several bus routes to the city available and only a very short distance from the house. It is very simple, quick and easy to commute into the city and lots of students buy a bike to get around. You can join onto the Linear Park river track to commute into the city or follow it further to reach one of our beautiful beaches. With only 3 bedrooms, you can enjoy a less hectic household but still get to know other students from other locations. Or maybe there is a group of you who would love to share the house and rent a room each. This is a 2 storey home with living areas on the lower level and bedrooms and bathroom with separate WC on the upper level. Relax in the living room and watch TV or catch up on some study. The kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space for cooking & enjoying your own or shared meals and leads out to the lovely rear garden where you can enjoy our beautiful weather days with a coffee or BBQ together. There is a dishwasher for your extra convenience. There will be 2 single rooms and 1 master room available. The master room would suit a couple and has a king size bed. The room rate for this room is $220 for a couple or $200 for single occupancy. Please speak to me regarding more details on room rates. Laundry with washing machine Split system heating and cooling in living area Split system heating and cooling in main bedroom which services upper level. quiet, considerate, friendly. I am looking for a quiet place with good vibes. I am a non-drinker, so I'll be happy to share a cup of tea at the end of the day. I am sociable, up for having a chat but not as a must. I like to live in a clean environment, but don't keep tidying up obsessively. I like to do quiet things in my spare time, like reading, meditating, watching films with my headset on, so places where the TV is the central 'altar piece' in the house and is always on, don't really suit me. I am a teacher working in the CBD.
Quiet house on a quiet street, with a nice low maintenance yard. The house is fully furnished. The room is standard size with built in robes just bring your bed! Close to local shopping centre, bus stop only 2 minute walk and 10 minutes from the city. Cafes and takeout just around the corner. Netflix, Stan and Foxtel access is negotiable.
We have 1 very large room avalible in a big house in Walkerville. 4 bedrooms (inc one spare for guests), 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, large kitchen, laundry, wine cellar, large 4 car shed, plenty of off street parking, spa, combustion fire, rainwater tanks, large backyard.
Hard working student. Pretty much busy with studies and work all week. Looking for a place that's nice and relaxed. I enjoy heading out on the weekend for a few drinks. I'm very tidy and always clean up after myself as I go along. I'd prefer to live in a house with no more than 4 housemates. I love dogs so if you have a dog that's a bonus. I love music, soccer, cricket and travelling around South Australia exploring new places.
Hey I'm looking for a chilled, comfortable place to move In to. I am in my late 20's and work full time in construction. I'm from Denmark, but I've lived different places in the world, latest Scotland for the past 4 years. Non-smoker, clean and tidy, considerate and respectful of others.
