We live in a townhouse that is part of a complex, because of that we have access to a nice swimming pool and bbq area. The house has two levels, the first one has the kitchen, living area, washing area, a toilet and a nice backyard, where we have tried to grow some veggies. In the second level, there are three rooms, In this level, there is a toilet and a bathroom (with bath and shower). You would share the toilet and the bathroom only with one person. The room has a bed, an in-wall wardrobe. We live close to Griffith University Nathan and Mt Gravatt campuses, 120 or 125 passes every 15min. We are very close to Mt Gravatt village that has coles, and a few restaurants. And maybe a 15min walk to Garden city.
