Looking to move out of Sydney. I’m a registered nurse specialising in neonatal intensive care. I enjoy being outdoors, exercising, the beach and surfing. I'm pretty easy going and value my own time but I do also enjoy being social and like an occasional night out with friends or a casual drink at home. Hoping to move in with people who share the same or similar values and make new friends. I'm clean, tidy and pay my bills on time. Flexible with move in date
This is an amazing place to live. I describe it to others as a holiday house. Situated 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, it has water views (you can hear the waves), is surrounded by trees and has a huge backyard complete with a little bridge over a creek and campfire/bbq. Features bare floorboards and large windows for stunning morning sunrises over the ocean. Around the corner from a train station that is under 20mins to Wollongong and a bus stop right out the front of the house. Access to NBN Internet, Netflix, aircon. Includes all appliances and furniture but open to negotiate if you would like to bring some of your own gear. You will be sharing with a male mature age master/PhD student who is easygoing, respectful and quiet. LGBT friendly. 6 months lease with possible extension afterwards. Feel free to message with any questions.
Hey, I'm Clare, I'm in the last year of my bachelor degree at UTS but live in the gong. My year is hectic so I plan to move out during 2020 and start some more permanent work. I'm an avid reader, tea drinker and traveller looking for a space to call my own with some roomies. -> 20 yrs old -> Loves cats and is basically an old lady
I work full time with Fire and Rescue NSW on a rotating roster and on my days off I am usually adventuring in the outdoors - surfing, biking, hiking, canyoning, climbing, etc. I am neat, quiet, clean and not home a whole lot because of work and my love of travelling. I'm looking for a chilled out home that is neat, clean and sunny where I can relax after a busy shift at work. I'm easy going and like to be social, but also value my quiet time. I don't mind the odd drink but usually only on social occasions. I am not a fan of smoking at all. I am ideally looking for a place with secure storage so I can store my 2 bicycles, surfboard and camp gear. I am flexible with a move in date.
Hey My name is Aaron, I’ve just moved here from Melbourne about 3 months ago Currently staying with my auntie, but I’m wanting to find a spot for myself for the next few month. I’m a pretty chilled guy, easy going as well I work full time 6:30- 3:30-6:30 so I I won’t be home that much just to sleep really Not much of a drinker but will drink if I go out or something
Im a registered nurse with work lined up at 3 hospitals around Wollongong. I’m social but also like to be by myself, I already have a friend group around Thirroul, I surf and would say I’m a great communicator. I have a 2 year old kelpie / collie who is trained as a therapy dog to work with kids. Out of the puppy stage. I always pay rent on time and have great references if needed :)
It's a brilliant little house built in the 1920's on a big block, just across from the ocean. There's unlimited internet and utilities included in the rent, we've just got a new gas tank so you'll be sweet for ages. There's 3 bedrooms (you'll have the best one) and we all share a bathroom (there's never an issue with that). Timber hardwood floors throughout, with slate flooring in the bathroom and laundry. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, there's a big fridge and more than enough pantry space. The laundry has the usual washing machine, dryer, sink etc. It's all set up. For winter there's a wood fireplace in the main sitting area (we've got wood sorted already), there's a porch out the front and a partially covered seating area out back, so you can always find the sun. There's a big grassy backyard for whatever you want - yoga, archery, colossal bonfire - and plenty of garden beds to grow whatever you're in to. If you're commuting the Clifton bus stop is across the road or it's an easy walk to Scarborough Train Station. Major transport centres like Thirroul/Helensburgh are 10-15 mins drive respectively.
Hey! My name's Emmett and I'm looking for accommodation in or around Wollongong. I'm a full time Politics student at UOW and also have multiple casual/part time jobs. I'm reliable, friendly and very easy-going, so feel free to hit me up! In terms of being a roommate, I've already lived out of home for a year overseas, I'm very hygienic and am also quite a cook! Other than that, I love to surf and am pretty open to anything, whether it be a study or social household. Looking forward to meeting ya!
I am tidy clean and like to cook I love photography and also enjoy the beach I do love music and movies and being at home chilling out I am happy to share a meal and a chat of course I have travelled the world and am a kind person and sometimes funny :) I am looking to share with someone who respects cleanliness in a home and a peaceful home environement I am not into wild parties my home is my sanctuary I havent shared in years and have enjoyed my own space however i feel its time to be closer to the beach and would appreciate some company and also to be able to afford to live in a nice home close to the beach I love straightforward people and believe open and honest communication works well I have my own furniture and would like a place big enough to still be able to fit my own furnishings or share a new large place which is new I do not wish to share bathroom nor will i move into an already established home unless it has plenty of room for me too ! Ideal would be to team up for a large town house or duplex or even larger unit with plenty of storage
I'm looking for an UNFURNISHED room in Wollongong region/suburbs. I'm social though not a raging party person, tend to keep to myself, enjoy live music, music, movies, and spirit or wine, respect privacy (yours and mine), non-smoker :) Have my own furnishings... Thanks for reading
Hey! My name is Emily, I'm 28, and I'm looking to move further north from Wollongong to be closer to my job as a climbing instructor at Climb Fit Kirrawee. I would love to bring with me my 4 year old cat named Cea, who is super friendly (but mostly keeps to herself, being a cat). I'm pretty outdoorsy so spend my days off climbing, hiking or going to the snow in winter. When I am home, I like to keep things tidy, and will cook a few nights a week. I also have a really good ASKO washing machine that I've been keeping in storage, so ideally the house wouldn't be opposed to an upgrade ;)
Hello! I'm a 24 year old nurse looking for a new place to call home :) I work shift work so looking for somewhere where this won't be an issue for somebody I may live with. In saying that I am very clean, quiet and respectful while also wanting to find somewhere that is sociable and not isolating. I study massage therapy on the side and am very health conscious and into alternate medicine...hoping to venture out and start my own business :) I'm looking for somewhere that could be pet friendly for a potential fur baby. Not necessary though. Chat soon! x
