Use of the Garden and BBQ areas. You shall be supplied with your own Security Entry Key to the Front Side Entry Door and your Private Bedroom .Your Key shall fit no other door in my Home. The home and garden are NON SMOKING areas.If you smoke, please do so away from the house and garden . The weekly Rent for a full time Single Tenant is $200.00 per week,plus an equal % of the Electricity Bill. The weekly Rental for a Couple is $300.00 per week, plus an equal % of the Electricity Bill. Otherwise, there are NO other payments for the use of utilities in my home.
