Hi there! My lease is coming to an end and I'm looking for a relaxed new share-house to call home. I'm a pretty quiet person (and a bit shy) and keep to myself mostly, but I'm always friendly and polite. I'm considerate of other people's space and privacy and keep communal areas tidy. I love animals and spending time outdoors. I spend most of my time out of the house catching up with friends. I work part time at a pizza shop and often bring home pizza to share with housemates :) I am reliable and responsible and always pay bills and rent on time. I'll pay the first month's rent up front as well as any bond needed and if the house needs a new fridge/washing machine/microwave etc I'm happy to contribute a new one to the house :) Hope to hear from you soon!
Hello!! I'm seeking a positive soul to share a friendly and healthy home with. I'm not yet sure where the home is, I have faith that it will appear soon after we find the right person to share with :) I am Becca, 40yo single mum (born & bred in Melbourne, but have traveled). I'm self-employed, and am just opening a SHOP after running out of the garage for 7 years! So yeah, I won't be home much. My sweet 4yo son Finn stays with me HALF of the time. It might sound unappealing at first to live with a kid (if you don't have one), but honestly, he is a happy little guy with a great sense of humour, he is fun to have around! It's only 3 nights per week, and he goes to bed by 8pm. We are lovers of nature and the great outdoors. We love to get out and ride our electric bike, grow some vegies in the garden, and chat about how we can make the world a better place. We'd be happy to share with a mature single person, or a single parent.. Kiddies could share a room. We're keen to live with vegetarians if possible, and prefer non-smokers. We are open to well-behaved pets, &/or would love to get a little dog. We'd love a yard, or to be nearby to a park would be wonderful. If there is less yard to maintain, that would be ok, but I do have the garden tools anyway. Please let us know if you think we could team up, as there are some great places out there, if we pool our resources :) Gratitude!
I am a quiet, amicable and tidy flatmate who enjoys music, videogames and knitting. I love creating a communal home atmosphere, sharing tasks and cooking meals together. I will be studying Steiner teaching full time while I am in Melbourne at the college in Warranwood so my life will be full of music, games, stories and craft. I love animals, and long chats over cups of tea, but also appreciate my own space and the space of others. I'm not big on partying or drinking but I'm happy with them happening in the same house as me!
Studying IT at Deakin. I am a clean and tidy person. I like living in a laid back environment, little fun on the side, love to watch films, listen to music, can cook some things too. I walk a lot, always up for hiking, camping out or playing any sport. I also have a musical instrument (Rabab) of Afghan origin which I play then and now, radiating good vibes only!
Please read my profile Hi there just looking to see what share accom there is out there! Important things about me I enlist are- first up, I have 3 chihuahuas (major importance that you are pet friendly) I will also like to have carport or garage for some of my things. .... I'd like to think I'm funny, my work colleagues do think so. I'm mainly cheerful, sincere, and respectful., I'm happily single and not currently in the dating scene. Great tennant references on hand, and bank statement to show regular income. Areas I appreciate are: Eltham, diamond creek, research, kangaroo ground, sassafras and olinda/ belgrave. VERY URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A HOME I HAVE 2 WEEKS TO FIND A PLACE ... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR I ALSO HAVE A WELL BEHAVED 14 YEAR OLD DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE HAPPY AND SAFE AND HAVE A LITTLE SPACE ... LOCATION NOT THAT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the final draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I am flexible with moving dates and budget. Cheers Peita:)
I’m Marley, I work for myself as a massage therapist as well as a barista, I love the outdoors and music, health and well-being. I’m easy going, respectful, can cook, like a glass of wine or beer. I need a place for me and my two beautiful older labradors who are both very loving and lazy.
Hey :) . My names Cathal. I'm 24 and currently studying Land management and conservation, as well as working causally as a bartender. I'm looking to move out of the city and closer to the bush. I'm a very relaxed dude. Love cooking, yoga and growing my veggies.
Work full time plus part time on saturdays. I am clean and tidy and go to gym most days and stay at my partners a few night during the week so would only be home half the week most of The time. I don’t listen to loud music and I’m a pretty good cook. I enjoy hanging out with my friends on the weekend or heading out for the night. Like to spend my Sunday’s having a sleep in and watching movies all afternoon
Funky home in a bush setting but local to all amenities including a multitude of cafes, it's a quirky place to stay and very quiet. Unfortunately, my property is not disabled access friendly (sigh!). I have two bedrooms in my home. One with a double bed with all linen, towels, wardrobe available and some nice little touches to make your stay comfortable. The second bedroom has a queen bed, again with everything you need. If there is something in particular you would like, just ask when enquiring. Can make rooms vacant if you want to bring your own stuff. Bathroom is large including spa (which I haven't used in year) and is ahred but I will use my small ensuite. One toilet. Two living areas so you can sit outside your own room and read or use your computer. Plenty of room to spread out if required. Full kitchen facilities available to use with use of basic condiments and pantry items otherwise, food preparation is up to you. Although you'll always be offered to join for a meal if we are preparing one. Have a basic pod coffee machine and milk frother available for use. Central ducted heating throughout. Airconditioner in main living area. I have fans for each room for those hot nights. Love my friends the cockatoos who visit me every day on the front deck along with parrots and lorikeets. But also have possums who sometimes like to dance on my roof at night. Off street parking available depending on space, otherwise it's free 100 metres away. Storage of trailer, camper etc. available at negotiable cost. Unlimited broadband access and Netflix as well. 300 metres to bus stop 906 which takes you right into the heart of Melbourne (1 hour) or bustop across the road 385 that takes you to Eltham station or 364 to Ringwood station. At the end of the street is the library, Op Shops, restaurants, cafes, The Grand Hotel, bakeries and general homeware shops plus the beautiful Yarra River. Great places for walking along the Yarra River, riding your bike,, paddling in summer. Would suit any uni-student who commutes to RMIT, Melbourne Uni etc. Also would suit mature professional people. Sorry no couples! $250 per week, includes all bills. Paid fortnightly in advance. $1000 bond required as well. Storage space for your extra items available for small space otherwise price is negotiable. No parties but please invite friends over. It's a quiet neighbourhood and I often work from home. Professional cleaner comes in every fortnight to keep things fresh (at my cost). Inspection won’t disappoint!
I’m genuine honest down to earth clean guy who is reliable and am able to get along with anyone and would like a place to settle into call home. Love to cook and and enjoy a quiet night over a great meal chilling out and watching tv. Ive just started up my own cleaning business and about to start studying to do a real estate course so always on the go. If you want to know anything else just ask? Cheers..
