We have a good 3y rental history together, and I work part-time whilst studying uni to support both of us ;) I'm a neat and tidy person. I'm always down to binge watch netflix and the like, but understand the importance of personal space
Chilled out guy who loves to spend way too much time on the computer, works a fair bit, stays up too late. Clean and fair with a great sense of humor. I'm a huge PC user and internet junkie, so good internet is required. NBN at fastest speeds available is ideal. Willing to pay for the speed upgrade entirely myself, or even the entire internet in general.
It's a large four bedroom and two bathroom home. It features a large kitchen with a 900mm oven, dishwasher and walk-in pantry. There is an internal breakfast nook/sun room with a couch and a gas heater. There is a carport for off street parking and a large double garage with limited storage. There is air conditioning in the main living room and ceiling fans in each room. The house features a pergola out the back with a garden that is perfect for relaxing. The front room features a great stereo, couch, piano and pool table...
5 minutes walk to food land, chemist and takeaway. You get to see kangaroos most mornings in the reservoir. The house itself was built in 2006. It has a very nice covered deck, with stainless steel appliances. I have a 12 year old staffy x boxer, so you must be a dog person. If you have a dog and they get along, then it can come along and be friends :) I’m currently living by myself. I’m a relaxed person. I enjoy photography, getting out and having the odd beverage. I currently don’t have the internet hooked up but that can be arranged. Any questions feel free to ask :)

Hello, My name is Andrew and am looking for a room in Adelaide's southern suburbs in a place with no more than 2 other housemates (3 total). Here is a little bit about myself: I am a 31 year old male who is originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for about 4 years total. I came to visit Australia 7 years ago and loved it so much that I told myself I would come back to live forever. I was finally able to secure my permanent visa so I could live my dream. I have a couple university degrees and am currently trying to get into medical school. I also currently work full time for the government. My job is pretty full on and I sometimes need to wake up at 5:30am, so need to be well rested. It is important that I am living in a place that is quiet, especially at night after 11pm. I am a quiet person but enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while. I enjoy hiking, fishing, gardening and just relaxing in the outdoors in general. I am also a very passionate cook and love making food for others. Over the past few years I have lived primarily with females. In my experience, they have generally been more respectful/clean/not excessive partiers. This is my preference, but am open to live with anyone as long as we are on the same page. I must mention that I always pay rent on time. Additionally, I have a home gym so having an outdoor covered area for this would be ideal. Finally, I am very neat and tidy, a clean home is a happy home! I look forward to taking a look at your place if we seem like we would be compatible flat mates. Please send me a message with a little about yourself/s and we will go from there. Oh and cannot live with cats (allergies) Thank you for the consideration! Regards, Andrew
