Hello, My name is Jamie-Lea, I am looking for a room to rent. If you are in or around the Hackham area, it is the perfect location for me and was hoping that you may consider this application. I am 25yo -female- don't smoke or do drugs of any kind and am not the biggest fan of drinking. I have been in shared accommodation since I moved out of home 6.5 years ago and have made some life long friends. I work full time in the city Monday to Friday and receive a regular income which I always pay rent/bills with first. Most afternoons I am out with my horse and dog, friends, gym or netball and also attend horse competitions most weekends. Before I go any further I must say I do have a dog. He is a trained working dog (New Zealand Huntaway, friendly to people, kids and other animals. I am fully aware that I am responsible for him and would be prepared to negotiate a probation period. I am happy to answer any questions you wish to ask :) Thanks Jamie
Well im a 24 year old veterinary Nurse working in the area. I am pretty relaxed and tidy of my things but am not obsessively clean. I only have a small circle of friends and dont really go out all that much. My life consists of work, study, animals, sleep, eat, repeat. I enjoy keeping to myself but also enjoy being comfortable of the company i live with and would hope to have some sort of friendship. I also have a dalmatian dog - while this may scare some people off she is toilet trained, has basic obedience, does not destroy the house and is a very zen dog. However she is still a pup, just over 6 months but is a really lovely dog :) If I sound like your type of roomie message me!
I am a person who likes to have some company, I also work part time in retail which may require me to start work early. Personally have grown up in a country area and moved to Adelaide 6 years ago plus I'm a Auntie of 4 children. I also have a passion for performing arts

Hi I'm Dylan and I am a part-time worker currently living in Morphett Vale. I would like to move out, start studying at TAFE again and begin a life for myself. I mostly spend my time in my room reading and writing but I also like to get out with friends and listen to others and everything they have to say.
Hey there, I'm Kel. I'm looking for a chilled out, long term home with awesome people in a great area. I don't have any kids, pets or hang-ups and get along with pretty much everyone I meet. I love to cook, read, and binge watch Sci-Fi, fantasy and horror shows. I'm currently shacked up with a friend in Christies but need to find another place by 20th May. I'm very friendly and respectful of people's personal space and can tolerate any weird quirks someone has. I look forward to chatting to some of you guys soon.

I am a 22yr old student at flinders university, studying computer science. I have many hobbies and I'm always very busy with uni. I am quiet but love a decent chat and I am very tidy and respectful. I am from the riverland so I am looking for a quiet to live in again, ideally somewhere in the hills with a bit of land / space but nothing is perfect. I am a non smoker and wish to avoid any property with one. I have a newish ford ranger so I would prefer to have it undercover if possible. House / room must have space for me to study and put my computer and desk. I also have a small electric piano that will be in my room if I can fit it (it's long but narrow). I would prefer nbn internet due to the nature of my discipline at flinders but a half decent ADSL2 will suffice. I am pet friendly and enjoy a nice cup of tea and a chat at the end of the day, when I'm not flat out with uni, friends or hobbies! If the right place is found, I would be staying for a long time. Feel free to contact me any time! Thanks -- Jake
I love animals, art, reading, health and cooking (: I'm clean and quiet so I've been told easy to live with haha This is my first year out of boarding school so wherever I move would be my first place away from home (: I'm originally from Perth but fell in love with Adelaide when I starting boarding and have always hoped to live here!
I work 5days a week, I spend most weekends I have free at my partners and the occasional weeknight. I keep to myself, I clean up after myself always, I love to socialize and I love to cook and gym as often as possible. I'm pretty happy and positive to be around and just love living and enjoying life.

My Story... I have not been able to work for the last couple of years until recently as I was diagnosed with Lymphoma in 2013 and have been receiving treatment. I am now on the mend but have been unable to find anywhere suitable to live within my price range. I also just recently separatd after a 10 year marriage. I have two beautiful daughters aged 2 & 6 which stay with me at least two nights a fortnight. I can stay with them at my parents on these nights if it's not suitable. I also have a 7 year old King Charles Cavalier dog named Ella who is house trained and a very clean inside dog. I am very useful around the house with cleaning, washing, cooking, garden maintenance, lawns, renovating and mechanics. I can offer a work resume, and can supply references. I'm honest, reliable, hard working, easy to get along with, clean, tidy, and respectful of other peoples property and space. Just looking for someone to let me in to show how good a housemate i am :) Kind Regards Mark
I'm a tidy, fun, and easy going teenager. I am often either at part time work, or studying at Noarlunga Tafe. . I love too cook, be outdoors, and try new things. Though I have no lisence, I use public transport, to get to the places I need to be.
HELLO!! Your looking for an AMAZING housemate right? Keep reading!! Born in Adelaide and actively looking for a awesome house mate/s to live with. I have recently completed a Child, Youth and Family Intervention Support Work Certificate at TafeSA, working part-time at a Record/Music store and doing volunteer work with HYPA (Helping Young People Achieve) teaching students, to get their SACE certificates so they can finish their schooling. I have a positive "CAN DO" attitude towards life, fun, friendly, happy, clean, trustworthy, respectful and helpful. I love cooking delicious food (usually lol), reading, most music, comedy, fringe shows, having a few social drinks occasionally, keeping reasonably fit, the beach for a swim, sports, animals, and most importantly living life!! I own a pet turtle who I've had for about 5 years and he's always hungry... so watch your fingers :) I also have legitimate reference/contact details from my landlord/business owner for your peace of mind. I always pay bills/rent on time and looking for minimum stay of six months or more depending on how things work out. I have been offered plenty of other housing options, but am looking for what best suits me (and YOU), and I'm in no rush to move in with just anybody. I have house shared before and not new to "washing dishes, putting out bins and vacuuming floors" :) I would prefer good friendly housemate/s who can get along, socialize and have a laugh with from time to time, but also respect space and privacy. I will do my best to reply asap to any questions etc, good luck.. :)
Hey, my name's Rayah. I'm a 22 year old single female looking for flat mate/s for me and my adorable Border Collie. I have previous experience living with friends, and like to be social but also like my alone time. I am currently working two jobs as a Travel consultant and a bridal consultant so i am usually quite busy. I am fairly active and have a gym membership that i regularly use but am also very family oriented and would love to live a little closer to home. Looking for someone to share a house with that is clean and tidy like me, but is also a little relaxed and can have a laugh with a wine or two after a rough day! Also love to have a good laugh and will sometimes have you in stitches. I have a great previous rental history and would ideally like to live somewhere close to the beach to take my dog walking. Please contact me to catch up over a coffee and get to know me. :)
The house is located in a nice quiet street just off Sherriffs Road in a lovely area. It is in a prime location: 2 mins to Southgate shopping precinct, local restaurants and cafes, banks, post office, schools and all other essential facilities, 7 mins to Noarlunga and 15 mins to Marion and Flinders university. There is a bus service to Marion and Noarlunga shopping centre. Once out of the street, you can use southern expressway, Lonsdale Rd and Main South Rd to anywhere you would like to go. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood and street is quiet. It is close to a local park. The room and house is fully furnished with all brand new furniture. The kitchen has brand new stove and oven. The house has solar panels installed so it helps with the bills a lot. You will have your own bedroom facing the garden. The house has ducted reverse cycle cooling and heating to keep you comfortable. You are welcome to use all of the stuff in the house as long as you clean and tidy them after you use.
