It is located at a very quiet street and surrounded by a beautiful garden. It only takes five minutes walk to the main shopping centre and train station, so you don’t need the spend the money on your fuel. It is a well furnished house and all you need is just pillows and blanket. Inspection is welcomed. Thank you
I'm Calvin, a 4th year medical student from New Zealand placed at Gippsland central hospital. I'm going to be studying a bunch given the predicted workload so will keep to myself but generally chill and approachable, and rarely turn down food outings or games haha; looking for a room in a house with pretty much anyone but people who are interested in exercise are a plus
Hello! I’m a Speech Pathologist and I’ll be starting work in Sale in March. I’ve previously lived in Sale for two years but have been away for a year living in England. I’m a respectful housemate but enjoy catching up with my housemates if they’d like to socialise! I enjoy painting, ready, watching movies, walking, exploring etc :)
Looking for someone that would like to team up and get a larger place in Sale or Longford asap. I won’t be around all the time as I work very long days. Very reliable to pay on time , clean and courteous. I have an 18 month old girl who is a bit of a funny 'old soul'! She will be in daycare when I am at work (7am-530pm) She’s happy and healthy, goes to bed 7-8pm and easy to deal with. I’m 30 and a chef. Eat generally healthy and like to keep fit, non smoker, hardly ever drink but like to have a laugh and enjoy the simple things in life. Spend most of my free time with the little one so I wouldn’t be in your face and also generally keep to myself when I’m home. Friendly and easy going as long as people are courteous and tidy :)
It is a well furnished house in a quiet court location only a short five minute stroll to the Sale CBD. The kitchen is large and roomy with all cooking facilities supplied, with 2 fridges and a large chest freezer. A gas heater keeps the house nice and cozy. All rooms have built in robes with key locked doors. Both entrances have security doors, and security lighting is provided outside. There is a nice private and secure back yard to unwind in, with a large lock up garage to store any extra luggage if you wish. All we ask is that everyone respects each other’s privacy, and everyone follows a roster to keep the house clean and tidy.

Hi, I'm Ian. I am looking for some people to team up with to start a share house. About me: I have just started a new job as a senior engineer in a large local industry. I live on the Mornington Peninsula, which is about a 2 hour drive away, so I am looking for somewhere to stay a few nights a week, and the occasional weekend depending on duty rosters/other issues at work, to minimize the commuting time. I am happily married, with teenage children in high school. So, why team up with me? Well, I am a senior engineer in a large company, so you know I will always be good for my share of the bills. I am neat and tidy, and clean up after myself. I can fix most things around the house. I can cook reasonably well (even better that toast and ice cubes... :-) ) I won't be around all that much - I work reasonably long hours, and try to spend some time in the gym either before or after work, and thus wont take up much space in the house. I am usually out of the house quite early. I am quite partial to a beer or a glass of wine, although I don't often drink during the week. I am a member of a wine club, so I will bring the occasional good bottle to share. I don't smoke (never have), so there would be no smoking in the house. Drugs are bad, m'kaay? I have a good sense of humour, and very much follow the "live and let live"' philosophy. I don't really care what age, what gender, what orientation, what colour, what religion, what philosophy (except I will draw the line at neo-nazi and the like), provided you have basic human morality, pay your bills, bathe regularly and can clean up after yourself, we will get along just peachy. I like both dogs and cats, so provided they are permitted I am good with that (in fact, you should be prepared for them to be spoiled...) My preferred location is Traralgon, as it is closer to the gym, and means a bit less driving. But happy to consider other locations if they suit. One final point: If you are a student, I am an engineer, so I am quite good at maths. Also, I have written some large industrial tenders, so I am really good at proof reading documents (such as essays :-) ). Handy skills for a student to have available I am happy to chase around after the real estate agents to find a suitable house, and also chase the utilities/internet etc. So, if you have got this far, well done! Interested? Send me a message, and maybe we could catch up for a beer/wine/coffee/fermented yak's milk or whatever your preferred tipple is, to see if we might be able to comfortably house-share. Ian
Hey I’m Maddy, I’ve just finished studying Building Design at Swinburne in Hawthorn and I work full time at Metricon. I’m easy going and keep to myself but I’m also keen to make friends and chat and hang out from time to time. I’m very laid back, I’m clean and tidy, and I pull my weight around the house. In my spare time I play netball and hang out with my friends and family. I love horse riding although I don’t do that much anymore, and I love animals so bonus points if you have a pet! I’m looking for a housemate or two who are laid back and easy to get along with.

I'm reasonably sociable and interested in meeting people from diverse backgrounds. I'm a continuous learner across a broad range of themes (from cheese-making to cell function, riding to pottery, singing to yoga). For me, unwinding at home is a mix of private downtime and low intensity interaction with others. I'd like to break my TV habit this year - so you can watch whatever you choose! I come from a large family and am accustomed to 'living on the outside' and discussing what's going on in the world. I think communication is the key to good relationships in all aspects of life. I'm generally happy and even-tempered, energetic and spontaneous.
I currently work in aged care part time in Traralgon I’m clean and very considerate of people’s personal space and privacy, I have a beautiful 1 year old golden retriever Gracie! Who is an inside dog and very well trained and will not touch your things. I love a wine and a good laugh and love to cook and eat cheesy garlic bread 🤪 * currently overseas and looking for something for when I get back*
