Moved back home after being on Hamilton Island for a couple years and looking to get closer to the city I’m a active, adventurous person that’s very friendly and clean. I work full time in construction and love what I do. My hobbies are all active things like gym, motorbikes, hiking, snowboarding, spear fishing. Definitely need to live with people that are friendly and keen to hang out sometimes.
A registered nurse working full time at the Lyell McEwin Hospital. Am wanting a place preferably an unfurnished room in a share house either north or north-west of the city. Clean, tidy and respectable of other housemates. Easy to get along with. Enjoy spending time with friends, family and playing sport. Happy to meet and discuss further.
Hi There, I'm Danual and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently studying a Certificate 3 in business, working towards having my own landscaping or gardening business in the future. I have employment history and am currently looking for work but I do have a stable centrelink income and am very budget conscious, so paying rent on time is not a problem. I'm an avid gamer, however I also have interests in gardening and exploring the outdoors, such as going out for hikes. I am looking for a place to call home for around 6 months, possibly longer while i complete studies and look for work. I love pets and am very easy to get along with, love a laugh and a chat but also respecting others privacy. I am also open to all kinds of people and cultures. Thank you for your time, I hope to hear from you soon. Cheers Danual
Hey guy, just looking for a space to spend my quiet time that is a stress free environment and living with someone who isnt OCD about cleaning... I'm a tidy easy going person and wash my dishes after each use but I dont think floors need to be mopped daily more like weekly... I'm rarely home, and travel alot work mainly nights. I also have a 2 year old pure bred Chihuahua who is 100% toilet trained and well behaved that you'll like more than you like me haha hope to find someone chilled out and easy going with no drama
Hey I'm Tom. I'm 24 and I work full time for the Department for Education. I'm extremely clean and tidy, health conscious and a bit of a fitness fanatic. Most my days are spend traveling around the Northern Suburbs or in gyms so you really wouldn't see too much of me as your housemate but I'll be around on weekend.
Im 25 years old, just moved back from Melbourne and will be studying Early Childhood Education in January. I will be studying in the Barossa Monday - Friday and staying at my Mums, so I won't be home too much, I work in and around the city on the weekends so you'll only see me around Friday - Sunday and I will be out a lot for work so it will be like I'm not even there! Im a very tidy, clean, easy going person to live with. I am a bit of a social butterfly so I do enjoy a sneak beverage and card games, but also love my own private time and respect everyone else too :) Im my spare time I find myself at the beach, trying to master the stand up boards or just relaxing enjoying a few Netflix shows. I would like somewhere to move in as soon as possible as I have been driving back and fourth from the Barossa to the city a little too much for my liking. If you feel like I could be a good fit for your place, send me through a message :)
Seeking self contained granny flat or studio with own bathroom and cooking facilities. Independent with work taking me away from home up to 4 days a week. Seeking room with ensuite/own bathroom, not willing to consider a shared bathroom with unusual shift times for work. Suburban Adelaide preferred, south, east, west or north-eastern all considered. I am semi-retired but work part time for SA Government agency. Accordingly I have all expected documentation available regarding national Police Checks, accreditation from Dept of Communities and Social Inclusion for all screenings including working with; vulnerable persons, children, aged care and persons with a disability. I also hold a current first aid accreditation. All available on demand. I am a quiet non-smoker single still working part-time to supplement public service pension. I have references available from real estate agents and other work related referees. Ideally I will be available to move December 2018 any time period but negotiable for 6 months.
Hi guys! I'm a 30year old hospitality worker with 2sweet cats. Hibernate from time to time but also don't mind being social. Interested in living somewhere that feels like a home and not just living in someone else's house. Minimum 12 months preferred. If you understand that pets are part of the family then it could be a great fit! Currently in Thebarton and would love to stay nearby. Have previous rental references. Hope to hear all about your humble abode.
I am a father of 4, so housekeeping constantly comes natural to me. I dont smoke and I barely drink. I work as an arborist in the tree industry. I love my job and I love my children. Any spare time is spent with the kids or training muay thai. I live a fairly healthy lifestyle but I love to have fun as well. I currently cohabit with the kids mum, we are good friends but we feel now we need to have our own independence. I will still stay with my kids 2 nights a week and every second weekend I will be with them full time. I love animals and nature, play guitar and enjoy cooking. I used to surf but don't have time lately, want to get out and hike but again it's a time thing. I'm looking for genuine people, as much as I like my own space, I feel it's important to have good connections and communication with housemates. I'd love to also meet new people and friends.
Neat, clean, a good listener and respects private space. I'm a student and work part time. I'm a film and anime geek and have a little hobby for film making. Love reading books and I'm always plotting on how to take over the world. I don't like partying at home but small gatherings and chilling out at home is fine.
I work part time at Coles and am very hardworking and indepedent, very sports orientated but also love being social. I feel I can fit in with most people Looking for similar in other housemates. But different can always be good too :)
hey there, i am looking for a place to rent for a room to rent close to where i am but am flexible depending, i am currently living in a share house so i know how to live with people. i am looking for a house with some character something i can call home for a while, something comfortable with some great down to earth people or person, i am very bubbly but also know how to give people their own space as i like my own space also. I believe a clean environment is a healthy environment, i always clean up after myself and like thinks to stay clean and tidy, I like hanging with my friends, cooking/ baking, watching crime shows and netflix ect, going out with friends occasionally, and hanging with my boyfriend. All up i am pretty chill, down to earth looking for a cool place with some cool people. please feel free to message me or i am also on facebook dont hesitate to contact me :)
I'm a clean and quiet person. I like to cook and play video games, so that means I pretty much just stick to myself a lot of the time, but I can still be quite sociable. I'm very flexible and adaptable so I can usually work around other peoples schedules. I'm looking for places preferably in the western suburbs, but also closeish north or south of the city. I work 4 days a week (soon to be 5) from 9-5. I have a partner of 5 years who is very friendly. I like cats and dogs, so pets aren't an issue for me. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask :)
I’m easygoing, fairly quiet and friendly. I thoroughly enjoy cooking, therefore you can expect to have ample leftovers in the fridge! I have high standard of cleanliness and regularly clean the bathroom, floors and kitchen at my current house. I work as a supervisor at a cafe and also have an administrative position at a law firm. For fun I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking and playing the guitar.
*looking for place with room for 20ft Boat/trailer* Hi there, I’m an honest and good natured guy and appreiate common sense and integrity to look after eachothers interests and the property in a fair way, however I’m often away with work. I respect an even split of duties despite my busy lifestyle even if that means getting a cleaner in in my absence, and I generally have little impact on the house overall. I can be quiet but always friendly 😊. I’m also a keen fisherman, and do a bit of hunting, and will have a chest freezer to keep game meat and fish etc. Took the boat out once this year due to not having it handy in Adelaide, and hoping to remedy. I’m currently in a good living situation however, my ideal is to move somewhere with safe storage and easy access to my 20ft boat (~2.5high), whether this be a backyard, shed, leentoo, garage or driveway. Cheers, Jamie.
Hi I'm Liam, I am looking for one other person to go house hunting with early next year preferably in the western/northwestern suburbs. I have furnishing pretty much covered for all rooms, the only thing I am missing is a washing machine. My maximum budget would be 200 a week each though hopefully wouldn't need to go that high. The place would have to be pet friendly as I have a small dog, don't worry he's very friendly and definitely isn't a yappy dog and would be happy to share with other dogs if you have one (or two). I work full time in logistics for a shipping company, I am very laid back and easy to get along with, I like to be reasonably tidy but definitely not a clean freak. I like footy, cricket and golf among other sports as well as movies, tv and a bit of gaming. My ideal housemate would have similar interests, be a similar age and also be laidback and easy to get along with and likes to catch up and have a few beers. If this sounds like you send me a message.
