I am a happy, outgoing entrepreneur who loves playing guitar, dancing, playing tennis, meditating, healthy eating and living, doing random acts of kindness, finding reasons to laugh hysterically and better yet inspire laughter in others! I love being present to the incredible beauty and possibility in every new moment! and being around others that share that love.
I'm a pretty quiet guy most of the time, I don't make too many waves , I'm into serenity, meditation and the outdoors. I'm an electrician by trade. My main interest at the moment is perusing spiritual growth and fulfilment. I hope to find a place nearby to ACU University in North Sydney because my 18 year old daughter has started studying there and if I can find somebody who is happy for her to stay over occasionally that will mean I get to see a bit more of her than I have lately :-) As a flat mate I am tidy considerate, I pitch in with chores and can make myself scarce at times without being antisocial. I look forward to finding the right place to live and hopefully make new friends in the process.
Working but stays home most nights, likes to cook and have a chat over food and wine or drinks, sociable but also likes to maintain private at other times.
Hey guys, Looking for a person to share a two bedroom apartment in Birchgrove. The room available is your own unfurnished queen sized bedroom. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. In addition to the room is an undercover parking space, a bonus because parking is hard to come by in this suburb. This lovely sunlit apartment is situated in a quiet street in. It has a balcony that overlooks the Birchgrove Oval. Look through the trees and catch a glimpse of the Sydney Harbour Bridge! The apartment is semi furnished (the current lounge will be replaced). The lounge and dining is open living and great for entertaining and hosting the occasional dinner parties. The kitchen and bathroom are new with modern furnishings. The laundry is in a little annex off the kitchen. Feel free to bring your own touches/items to this cosy little apartment! Nearby the apartment are tennis courts and Ballast Park with spectacular views of the city and harbour bridge. The park is great for runners/walkers, picnics and romantic strolls. There is a wee ferry port at the end of Louisa Rd that takes you straight to Circular Quay. Buses to the city are a 5 minute stroll away. Utility bill is only for electricity which would be split evenly. Unlimited internet is available. Move in date is flexible after the 13th April. Shoot me a message with a bit about yourself and any questions if you're interested :)

I recently purchased a 2 bedroom apartment in Drummonye. It is a very quite block, of about 30, with most people being owner occupiers. The street is also quiet, set well back from any main roads, and backs onto the river offering great views of the city, as well as, a pool, lawn and BBQ area. The apartment itself, has all but external access (i.e. no need to enter apartment block corridors etc), so it feels like a private little townhouse. Large living area, great kitchen, internal laundry and balcony. You would have your own room and bathroom, and in time I could organise a car space but I wont promise this at the moment as my garage is currently being used as storage. There is however ample street parking. Short walk to Victoria Rd buses, IGA shopping centre and Ferry.
This is a fully furnished water front apartment with pool, boat access and outdoor BBQ. Everything you need is supplied. TV with Netflix, internet etc. Harbour balcony, view of harbour bridge, large grass yard, pool, BBQ & cabana. Close to everything & easy access in all directions. Direct access to the water. Walk to ferry , buses & Birkenhead. Room has built ins & you have your own bathroom. Share 3 bedroom apartment with one other female working professional. Close to cafes, restaurants & Bay walk.
Bright and sunny large apartment on the waterfront at Drummoyne Bay , minutes to ferry and public transport , pool and bbq facilities , view of Sydney harbour , large bathroom separate toilet , large kitchen , always clean and welcoming; take no notice of $90 in the photo as that was from an add I placed on air b&b a while ago just can't edit it out sorry
*Convenient 20 min transport to CBD (very frequent buses and ferry within close walking distance) *Lifestyle - Bay Run, Birkenhead Point Outlet Centre, Drummoyne Swimming Pool, Harris Farm *Water views from living room and balcony *Timber floors throughout *Modern kitchen and bathroom *Good neighbours
Hi, I'm Chris, I run a telecommunications construction company which keeps me awfully busy on weekdays 7-7 at least (and 1 or more days in the weekends). When i'm not working i am either out with friends enjoying a drink or im on my Boat fishing, skiing or any other fun stuff a boat brings. I come with my best friend Phil- a West highland white terrier who is 18 months old, completely house trained and joins me at work everyday because, well, he thinks he is a human. He's not so good at tricks for treats but ofcourse expects the treat. My busy lifestyle encourages me to have a simple and low maintenance home life where i love a quiet drink in the evening, even more so if you do to!
I have been living in shared flats since I was studying at Uni. I am friendly, respectful, easy going and generally a smiling person. I work full time in law in the city which keeps my weekdays quite busy. On the weekend I try to be active as I can with ballet and pilates. I also enjoy brunches, going to different events and markets with friends on the weekends.
Hi! My name is Cristiano and I am looking for a single room in nice atmosphere house. I am going to apply to English exam soon for immigration purposes. I am friendly and easy going.
Hi, we're moving to Sydney from London and looking to find a great place in the inner west suburbs-Balmain/Rozelle or lower north shores area. Keen to live with like-minded, easy-going people who're sociable, keen for a laugh but also reliable and considerate of other housemates etc. About us: Mark (English) is a 28yo professional who loves his sport, likes a beer and loves to cook! Jen (Scottish) also 28, works in banking, likes going to the gym, chilling out watching tv and enjoys a cheeky gin from time to time! We're both pretty chilled out, easy to get on with and respectful of other housemates etc. Looking to find somewhere to move in from end of April. Cheers, Mark & Jen
I am a conservation architect from Brisbane. I relocated to Sydney a bit over a year ago. Have been staying with family at Fairlight. I am not around much during the week - I work long hours. On the wend I like to keep active - walking, mtbiking and beach and also like to cook and maybe see a movie or live music. I am not a messy person - prefer things to be in their place but not fanatical, just prefer to wake up to a clean kitchen. I respect people's privacy but like to have a chat.
Hi, I am a professional/entrepreneur, most of the time at work, working on my on business. I am originally from Venezuela. I am quiet, responsible, and respectful. If you want to know more of feel that we can be the right flatmate for you, drop me a line! Sabrina
Both new to living in Sydney we are looking for our own space to live in, within a nice area close to transport and funky cafes. Andy's a chef and I am in the tourism industry so both work long hours. We are big foodies and enjoy live music.
My name is andrew i am a 44 year old professional who works in leichhardt. Hello there! My name's Steven, but you can call me Steve. I currently work a full-time office job at an appliance retailer, but I am a creative at heart. I love to watch and write about films, to the extent that I review every film I see, old or new. I am a storyteller and jester by nature, and would love to live in a house where the vibe is communal and friendly. I was a bit sceptical about joining a sharehouse with "randoms" after trawling through those Facebook groups where people write their listings with a disingenuous veneer of professionalism. You can attract sensible people to your vacancy without a throwaway line to emphasise, "This is not a party house." I'm not interested in the "cheeky wine" you all have when you're not working. Feeling like a wine is not a breach of propriety. In essence, I'd love to live in a relaxed household that is more than the sum of its bedrooms. I am clean, organised, and am a huge fan of Leaving Things How I Found Them. I'd prefer to live in a house with no more than two other people, but the right housemates could sway me to reconsider. Living in walking distance to a train station is also desired. Cue Steven Wright: "Everywhere is within walking distance if you have the time." Other things I'm interested in include: - Seeing live music - Brunch outings - Rugby league and tennis. I'm indifferent to all other sports. - Reading - Going to art galleries/exhibitions Well, I hope I've endeared myself to at least one person here. Feel free to slap me over the head if I sound too picky. Apart from a one month stint of house-sitting in Petersham last year, I have always lived at home. I am a little bit nervous but mostly excited to throw myself into the vast unknown. :)
Hi, I am a full time working student. Together with my boyfriend we are looking for a place closer (<30min by public transport) to the city. We are active people, love to spend time outside, travel, do different kind of sports and simply hang out. We love doing BBQs and listening to music so it would be nice to live with someone who shares the same feelings. :) We are both working, reliable, not smoking and without pets. We would love to live in a neighborhood where it is nice to walk in the evening and with people who would like to have a common dinner from time to time. :)
sociable, enjoy getting to know our housemates over a drink or meal, both very clean and tidy and willing to chip in to keep our home in order. Chilled out and very easy to get on with.

Hi my name is Michael and 29 years old. I'm clean and respectful of other peoples belongings. I like to think that I'm sociable, so I'll be up for a drink, chat or meal every now and then. I've been working as an architect for the past couple of years. Before that, I was doing internships in Europe and Asia. I'm quite handy around the house and would be happy to help fix things up.
I'm very friendly and and tidy around the house. I work full time, but like to do other activities through the week, like yoga, the gym, or going to dinner with friends. I'm looking for someone that has a positive energy, is mindful of space and privacy, and is easy going. :)
