Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: *Hope Island, Gold Coast x 1 *Alexandria x 1 *Bondi Beach x 1 *Wollongong x 3 *Narellan x 1 *Mona Vale x 5 Singles & 1 Couple *Cessnock x 1 *Gregory Hills x 2 We now have the following visas APPROVED and are planning deployment to Australia: *Woolwich x 1 Please note: we are unable to commit to a move in date until the visa has been approved. Model and Veterinary student from the US I will be doing my last and clinical year as a practicing veterinarian at the University of Sydney Veterinary Hospital. Financially stable, clean and hard working person. I am looking for a nice place to live for 6mo-1year.
Hi,my name is Jonathan, originally from the UK (been here 15 years+) I work in a sales related role for a major VC manufacturer, like most people nowadays I put in long working hours (but I don't mind),a bit of interstate travel as well. Spare time socializing, watching sport,(Swans, footy, racing etc), spend a lot of my spare time winding up various friends kids because I am one myself (and then with any luck getting fed!) I have a good sense of humor(well I think I do!) laughter is crucial, live gigs, occasional theatre and tend to head back to Europe at least once a year to remind myself of how lucky I am to get a gig here in Australia.
Hi my name is Alena, I am a working student studying BABCOM at Macquarie university.I am also working two jobs therefore I'm out most of the time. I am friendly, clean and tidy. I am quite chilled and quite sociable. I'm looking into moving a household preferably long-term and close to cbd therefore, If anyone is planning to move into city please P.M me. We could find a place together😊
I am an easy going, 28, a foodie who is 'fresh off the boat' as you Aussies like to say. I'm an Art dealer who is running a Gallery full time in Rozelle. As I am new to Sydney I am looking for people to help me explore the city - there is so much to see. Ideally, I am looking for housemates who enjoy day/nights out with each other who are also professional. I'm a bit of a Nature Junkie. I love long walks and hanging around the beach. I also love the theater, clubbing, shopping, and dining out. Most of my wage goes on food and wines so if you're looking for a housemate who might help you save I am not your girl. When I'm not out and about I enjoy watching series and having movie nights in.
Hey! I'm a Sydney born full time student who goes to the University of Sydney. I'm currently doing an arts degree, psych and economics major. I'm the youngest of five in my family so I'm well accustomed to sharing bathrooms/space and am used to a full house where people would always pop over and we were always entertaining. With a lot of people can come a lot of mess so I'm very conscious of tidiness and cleanliness. As you can imagine, because there was rarely a quiet moment in my household, I value my space and down time a lot and respect the space of others. Though I'm not the best saver, I work part time and budget so paying rent and utilities on time shouldn't be an issue for me. People have said I'm bubbly and friendly, loves a vino and is pretty laid back. I'm looking for a room in the inner west/inner city. I have all my own bedroom furniture but don't have anything else yet! So preferably looking for a place that is already padded out but happy to contribute as well.
Hello! My name is Jamilla, im 25 years old and have an adorable sharpei pup called Indiana Bones. I am currently studying child care and work part time nannying and part time bar work. I am a laid back muso and like to be active throughout the week (gym or hiking etc). I am very respectful of privacy and space, but am happy to socialise and cook dinner for us sometimes as well if you want. I do not smoke and I am all about open communication. I would prefer to live with someone who is similar and will not be passive aggressive, but open and honest about any issues there may be (everyone is different and has their own 'things'). Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks for your time. Have a great day! Jamilla
Hello ! My name is Pauline and I am an international student at Sydney University. I am also teaching french. I am very easygoing, tidy and quiet. I like to have fun, go out and explore, but I also enjoy nice evenings at home !
I'm a passionate designer who loves to go out and try fun things. I'm tidy and quiet but I'm also up for socialising. I am looking for a private room in a share house. I have experience renting and always on time with payments. Move date is flexible. Looking for something long term.
I work in the city full time, usually pretty long hours... I'm an easy going person that very tidy and neat. I also love to have a glass of wine after work and I'm pretty social but not a party animal. Love being out on the beach during weekends. Also I'm French and can cook and bake fairly well!
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people other notes. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
Hello! I've been living in Sydney for the past 10 months and have loved living in Balmain and would like to stay close to the area. I'm a really positive and friendly person and love to have a great relationship with those I live with, however I also do need my own space to unwind from time to time. I love my home to be a happy and clean environment and I love animals and don't have any issues living with them at all. If you are looking for a happy and easy going person to move into your home, please send me a message and I'd love to have a chat with you. Hope you're having a lovely day! :)
I'm John from Canada. I've been in Sydney for two years and Australia for seven. Soon to become a citizen. I've spent lots of time in share houses and I'm very easy to get along with! Pay bills on time, tidy and social. Looking for places in the inner west near Iron Cove. John
