Hi, I am an International Business Management student from Berlin Germany. My name is Paulina and I am 21 years old. Between July, 21 and September, 30 I am looking for a place to stay in Sydney. Preferably as central as possible. I am very open-minded, tidy and a non-smoker. For the last 3 years I was part of a big shared flat. We were seven to nine people, living together. It was fun! I am flexible, whether you have a single or a shared room. When I am not studying or working, I like to spend my free time with friends, do sports or listen to music. For the last year I was working in a small start-up company in Berlin, where I supported our HR department. Please feel free to contact me :) I am looking forward to get to know you. PS: I also love pets!
Hey my name is Ben. I am from Brisbane. I am looking to move to Sydney as I have a good job offer. I am easy going and good too live with. I love sport and a good glass of vino. Looking for other easy going housemates in the north Sydney area. Cheers :)
I'm a working professional. I enjoy other's company and like music. On Wednesday's and Saturday's I'm either travelling in the company of friends or outing on my own. I'm looking for a big room with an ensuite.
I love living here primarily because of the locale and the views - the waterfront views are to die for, and it's my favourite part. It's a 70s build apartment, that's been renovated in places to bring it into the modern era. I'm going to Europe for a month at the end of July, so i'm looking for someone to move in for that time!
Modern, spacious and fully-furnished flat in Drummoyne available now. It has a large balcony which boasts an excellent view of the harbour, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, swimming pool, communal outdoor space, BBQ, boat ramp (perfect if you happen to have a yacht!), contemporary kitchen with a dishwasher and a laundry. The flat is cosy in winter and cool in summer with bright, natural light. It's in an awesome location, with the bus and ferry just a 5 minute walk away. Both will get you into the city in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately for me my current housemate has decided to move in with her boyfriend, because of this I can be very flexible with the moving in date.

Beautiful and large house in Balmain – situated directly beside Elkington Park. Our house is fully furnished –including all modern appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, tv, etc. It has 4 bedrooms, but we keep one bedroom spare for storage, and/or guests visiting from out of town (doesn’t happen often, but good to have just in case!). It also has a large lounge room, dining room, gorgeous sunroom overlooking the garden, kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, large oven and stovetop), huge backyard with plenty of room, downstairs laundry, and garage (used for storage - bikes, fitness gear, etc). My 2 bedroom apartment is a small, cozy carpeted and freshly painted. Kitchen has a fair bit of storage and is hardly utilized. It has a stunning view of the surrounding neighbourhood and water views. Table and chairs on the balcony which is beautiful in the morning for breakfast. I've just got the essentials (couch, washing machine, TV) however I think it needs a few plants around the place too. Walking distance to the ferry and buses on Victoria road. IGA, Commonwealth Bank, Medical centre, post office and cafes within walking distance as well. Private parking space available too.

Hi, I'm Chris, I run a telecommunications construction company which keeps me awfully busy on weekdays 7-7 at least (and 1 or more days in the weekends). When i'm not working i am either out with friends enjoying a drink or im on my Boat fishing, skiing or any other fun stuff a boat brings. I come with my best friend Phil- a West highland white terrier who is 18 months old, completely house trained and joins me at work everyday because, well, he thinks he is a human. He's not so good at tricks for treats but ofcourse expects the treat. My busy lifestyle encourages me to have a simple and low maintenance home life where i love a quiet drink in the evening, even more so if you do to!

Work full time 9-5 Grew up in North Sydney Active Sociable Friendly Respectful Ready to move in now
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people other notes. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I work in the city full time, usually pretty long hours... I'm an easy going person that very tidy and neat. I also love to have a glass of wine after work and I'm pretty social but not a party animal. Love being out on the beach during weekends. Also I'm French and can cook and bake fairly well!

The kitchen is orginal but quite big and the stove/oven is in good working order. Fridge and microwave included. Interal laundry with washing machine. The spare bedroom has a 2 door built in mirrored wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes, storage and belongings. There is a double bed in the room which you can use or it can be stored if you have your own. The weekly rent includes, electricity, water and internet. There is a lock up garage available if you need to store stuff. We can negotiate on price if you want to park in there. However, there is on street parking available. Harbour Bridge and water views from the bedroom window. Smokers permitted but must smoke outside. The apartment is ideally located between the Harbour and Victoria Rd. Easy walk to amenties. Drummoyne Wharf is a 3 min walk, buses to city about a 7 min walk, Birkenhead Point (Coles, Aldi, specialty shops and retail outlets) is a 15 minute walk. Drummoyne shops are just up the road with IGA, post office, doctors, Harris Farm, gyms, restaurants and cafés etc. The Bay Run is also about a 15 min walk.

Married professional couple looking for a place to call home.
I'm 28, work full time in Greenwich and study full time by distance. Not looking for a party house just a place with like minded individuals who would be down for sharing a meal once in a while. I'm tidy and easy going and I am respectful of other peoples spaces.
