I’m looking to move somewhere closer to my new job. Full time engineer with enthusiasm about life! Active, play tennis, workout, skiing and learning how to surf... Sociable and keen to make friends as well as respecting people privacy... I do enjoy having a convo over drinks or a hang out sometimes...
Hi, I'm an expat from India, who's been living and working in Sydney for more than 2 years now. I'm looking for a clean and naturally well lit room near work area. My shifts are long and tiring travelling long distances to get back to sleep is not justified to me. I'll be interested in long term arrangements only. During my off time I'm a productive person who likes to socialise when possible. I don't have any addictions or drug problems, very clean and organised as my job and army discipline both taught me about being orderly. Apart from that I read, play guitar and drink coffee/wine with great pleasure.
I am a Dutch student and I am looking for a place to stay in Sydney with my two other friends from the Netherlands. I am a kind and lovely person who want to meet new people. I am also very excited to come to Sydney!!
Easy going, will probably not be home too much because I'm going to be doing a full time small animal surgery internship (yes I'm a vet). Love animals, will be looking for somewhere to keep my pound pooch too. Can have a good time when required, like to be social.
Sunny, waterfront apartment with in-ground pool and views of the harbour bridge. Close to the Ferry terminal (12mins to Barangaroo) & Victoria Rd public transport. Close to BayRun if you enjoy an afternoon run.
Offering to lease 1 room in a 5 bedroom house. The house is in a perfect location with spectacular views of the city and harbour bridge. It is 2 minute walk to Victoria road where there are shops, and buses that run 24/7 into the city, or if you feel like catching the ferry it is a 5 minute stroll to Drummoyne ferry wharf. HOUSE FEATURES - Spacious bedrooms - Large living/dining rooms - 2 bathrooms - Big backyard with rear garden and outdoor undercover entertaining area - External laundry - Clean kitchen - WIFI available Room is available now
The house is a huge old corner cottage with a beautiful big wrap around verandah and large living room. There are 2 shared bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and an extensive spice collection. The room is a very spacious and leads out onto the balcony in two directions. It comes with the large black wardrobe you see in the pictures and the remaining items are up for sale. (I would be very happy to sell them onto you for a some cheap negotiable price). Our "Cove in the Grove" is located only a few hundred metres from the water and close to Birchgrove and Balmain ferry terminals. It's 100 metres to the bus stop and only 7 (yes we've timed it) minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets on Darling Street. The buses run 3 times an hour and take only 20mins to get to town hall. You would be living with 3 other cool 20-something cats, Raydn, Hugo and Pip. We are looking for someone friendly and easy going who will fit in well with the house dynamic. We all work different schedules but like to hang out in the evening, play Settlers of Qatan and share a meal/stories from our day or simply gather around and listen to Raydn's scintillating bus adventures. Rent is paid monthly on the 5th. Bond is 4 weeks rent. Bills are shared evenly between all of us (generally about $40 a month for electricity, gas and unlimited internet). Move in date is the 26th of August, give or take a couple of days. Shoot me a message if you're interested in the room. I'd love to hear from you!
I’m from Sydney, and work as in software development. I love to travel, ski, and take photos. I’m good at keeping to myself and reasonably clean and tidy.
Hi guys. We are 2 cousins, Frankie (26) and Katie (25). The stars have aligned to have us living in the same incredible city together. We are looking for 1 or 2 other person/s to find a home with to move in at some time in September. Our preferred areas are Glebe or Balmain. Katie has lived in Sydney a few years now, and I have just moved here from the UK. I will be working in Barangaroo at a large accountancy firm and Katie does something to do with construction (which she can explain better than me...). We are pretty chill people, more 'friends' rather than cousins so don't worry about invading any strong family vibes. Weekdays we both work pretty hard and weekends will be spent at the beach, eating, drinking... all the usual activities. Please send us a message if you want more information!
I’m flexible easygoing person. I’m Acupuncturist and Doula from Brazil studying childcare and working as a Nanny and Babysitter on Inner West and Lower North Shore Suburbs. Vegetarian friendly but not stricted on it ;)
Hey :) Firstly I have a cat. He is super friendly and chilled out and I guarantee you will love him. He is cleaner than most humans, doesn't malt, well trained and I like him to have a good mixture of outside and inside time. He is playful and gets on with all dogs. He never hisses or scratches. Trust me he is worth it and makes the home much more loving. I am looking to move into somewhere as soon as possible. I am looking for a house on a safe relaxed quiet street in a 20 minute radius to the city. Apartments are not suitable for my cat. The house needs to be an easy commute to the city. I am looking for somewhere long term, unless something doesn't match between us. Bedroom has to be semi decent size and has to have a built in wardrobe, as I have a lot of clothes. I am 25 years old, who will be working full time in the Media Industry in the city. I don't lead a party life style and my main focus is my career and health, however I like to be social, maintain a social group and do activities etc. I don't mind drinking on Fridays or Saturdays and letting loose some weekends. I don't smoke and I am very very clean. I am really open minded and fun and will pretty much do anything with you if you want me to. As all of us do, I value my own space as well and go to bed early on week nights. Also I am vegetarian but everybody around me eats meat, so meat around me doesn't bother me. Looking for people of a similar mindset and interests, no party house, but nice to be social, have a sense of humour, fun chats and willing to do stuff together from time to time, but who also respect each others privacy when needed. Communication between house mates is a must and id like to live with people who are open minded like me and who can feel comfortable with each other about discussing matters and changes etc. A clean house is also a must.
Hi there, My name is Pete, I'm 29 years old and work as a HR Business Partner. Originally from the Sutherland Shire, I'm looking to move closer to the city for the connivence of being closer to work and to enjoy a change of pace. I've spent the past month or so living in Woolloomooloo house sitting for a friend, so now that I've had a taste I can't go back! I'm exceptionally easy going and I like to keep a clean place of stay but certainly not a clean freak. I feel like I get on with most walks of life, so would love the opportunity to meet anyone that fits what I'm after for a coffee or beer to see if it works out. In my spare time lately I've been enjoying exploring the Sydney CBD and taking advantage of the epic parks close by with mates. I love good food so I like to cook and am always up for trying a new bar or restaurant that I hear of. When I'm not out and about, you will probably find me reading on/watching the UFC as I'm a big fan. Regarding the place, a private bathroom is always a plus but I'm flexible. I will also require a furnished bedroom and likely only open to having two roommates max (no massive share house situation) Looking forward to meeting new people and hearing from anyone who is interested. Cheers!
We recently got our Residence. We are both engineers working our own startup. We´ve lived sharing apartment with other people since 2014 for option, not finantial need. We are moving to Sydney and we love to be among interesting people. Initially, we gonna stay, at least, 2 months to check how to move the company to Sydney definetely. We are easy going, social drinkers and hard workers. :)
Hi! I'm a 21 year old architecture student working full time in construction. I've lived in Sydney for most of my life, and I've been living in share houses for a couple of years. I'm an organised and chill person to live with, generally working hard during the week and enjoying a few on weekends. I'm on the lease at my current house and manage the dealings with the landlord, so I'm across it when it comes to how to run the paperwork for a share house and keeping a happy home. When I'm not at work I like to read or hang with the gf. If you're looking to start a share house in the inner city with a balance of chill vibes and your own 'me' time, drop me a message or send me a carrier pigeon with your story!
G'day I'm Max, I'm a plumber with a love of baseball, motorcycles, video games and eighties movies. Not a big party animal, but love a night in with good food and good company.
Hi, I’m Danika :-) I’m a 25 year old professional within Real Estate with an excellent rental history and a friendly personality. I will be very respectful of your space, am clean and tidy, down to earth and very easy to live with. I would love to hear from you if you think your home is suitable.
Open-minded and easy-going medical student from Germany looking for a room close to the Royal North Shore hospital. I'll be interning there for 8 weeks, and am excited to explore Sydney in my free time. Will probably try to travel some weekends as well to see as much of Australia as I can. :) I've shared living space for many years (boarding school/college dorms/flat shares) and am respectful of communal space and people's privacy. However, I'd also be very happy to sit down for a chat / glass of wine or even cook dinner together if people feel like it. I'm an active person and look forward to exploring the running trails around North Sydney / perhaps also learning how to surf as well :) I also love good food + coffee (I'm a "flexitarian" aka don't cook it but do succumb to the craving of a good Pho bowl when I'm out). If you think I'd be a right fit for your flat I'd love to hear from you!
I am clean, tidy, great sense of humour, an amazing cook. I am at work most of the time. Smoker but only outside. Ambivert, not at all religious and respect all beliefs, cool about everything except rudeness
Hello, potential new house mate! I am a South African civil engineer looking for accommodation on the north side of the Harbor. I'm a bit of a nerd (I'll fix your PC! Haha), a Mountain Biker and I dig a bevvie or two with good conversations at the local pub or at home.

Originally from Melbourne, I'm a young marketing professional working normal 9-5 hours. I'm tidy and respectful. When I'm not working you'll find me: - Ruining my diet - Training at the gym - Watching half of a movie on Netflix and never watching the end or 360 binge watching 3 seasons - Reading (recently started enjoying) - Exploring Sydney (cafes, outdoors, etc.) - Complaining about traffic - Sleeping Looking for roommate(s) who're easy to get along with, fairly chilled and respectful of each others privacy. Not looking for a party house, but the occasional wine is always welcome. We're a product of our environment - My ideal living environment is a positive space with individuals who aren't focused on all the negatives in life. Message me for more - Happy to catch up for a coffee.
