Hi there! :-) We're looking for a new person to join us in our 3-bedroom apartment starting Sunday 4 June 2017. Rent is only $247 a week per person. Bills are not included, and are shared equally three ways: electricity (quarterly) and WiFi (monthly). The room is a good size with plenty of natural light and a built-in closet. It also opens up onto the balcony of our apartment. Please note that smoking is allowed outdoors only. Our place comes with off-street parking downstairs. Public transport is easy - the bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. The 505 runs from Woolwich to the city and return, and the 538 runs from Woolwich to Gladesville and return. The ferry is also very close by (7 minutes' walk) and will take you to Circular Quay. Woolwich is a lovely suburb right on the water, between Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, and Drummoyne. We are only 10km from the Sydney CBD by car, and 20 minutes from the city by ferry. We live above a Thai restaurant (winning for all nights on which you are too lazy to cook), and are only a couple of doors up from the Woolwich Pier Hotel (great for drinks on all days ending with a "Y"). Woolwich is a beautifully quiet area with wonderful water views and wonderful people. Summer here is particularly stunning, as our balcony provides a clear view over the Lane Cove River toward Chatswood and the city. You can also see the Sydney Harbour Bridge clearly from our living room. Please don't hesitate to message me if you're interested! :-)
Hi, I'm a PhD candidate from Costa Rica. I finished my masters in South Korea last year and I am following the academic route. I'm into having a healthy lifestyle and working out, eating new tasty things (I love eating haha) and listening to music. Oh yeah, board games can happen, so can the occasional drink and the binging of Netflix. But most of the time I'm reading pdfs, books and news. I do have a lot of research to do, but try to make time for bushwalks and trips to places and detox. I'm looking for a place that's clean, quiet and also comfortable for me to do some reading and my research when I'm not at Uni. (Yup, PhD life is that fun) I'm looking at places near Lane Cove and Riverview, since the boat shed for the rowing club I go to is there. :) I'm trying to do early morning sessions there and I also keep a very active workout lifestyle. Cycling, running, swimming and rowing. I've studied and lived in Costa Rica, Norway, South Korea and now Australia. I don't smoke and enjoy having a clean home and stuff. Looking for a July 1st moving date which is when my current contract ends.
Hi, Gina and Meg here! Looking for temporary accomodation next year for 4-6 months! We will just be out of school and looking for jobs to earn some money before we travel. We're responsible but fun and sociable aswell. Happy to help with chores, cooking, etc. still ages until we need to confirm anything but obviously would rather be safe than sorry :)
Our previous flatmate went skydiving last weekend, as such we have a medium sized third bedroom available. The room - constructed by Roman architects and once described by Michelangelo as "breath-taking" - can include some furnishings such as the pictured queen bed once belonging to Marie Antoinette. Possibly haunted, but all exorcism bills are included in the rent. The ground floor, waterfront apartment is located in a gated complex in Drummoyne (which is Scottish for ‘God’s Country) with a pool and slipway access to Sydney Harbour. The living room has Harbour Bridge views and you don’t even need to sit in the corner and twist your neck very much to see it. A stone’s throw from the ferry (if you’re Ricky Ponting) and a 2 minute sprint to the bus stop or the pub (if you’re late to work or really thirsty). Must know all the words to ‘Horses’ by Daryl Braithwaite.

I have been living in shared flats since I was studying at Uni. I am friendly, respectful, easy going and generally a smiling person. I work full time in law in the city which keeps my weekdays quite busy. On the weekend I try to be as active as I can with ballet and pilates. I also enjoy good coffees and brunches, going to different events and markets with friends on the weekends.
Hi, I'm Chris, I run a telecommunications construction company which keeps me awfully busy on weekdays 7-7 at least (and 1 or more days in the weekends). When i'm not working i am either out with friends enjoying a drink or im on my Boat fishing, skiing or any other fun stuff a boat brings. I come with my best friend Phil- a West highland white terrier who is 18 months old, completely house trained and joins me at work everyday because, well, he thinks he is a human. He's not so good at tricks for treats but ofcourse expects the treat. My busy lifestyle encourages me to have a simple and low maintenance home life where i love a quiet drink in the evening, even more so if you do to!
I am a quiet student living with my partner who works full time, we have a great rental history and hope to find a nice person to live with
I think of myself as a 35 year old (i know sad isn't it), a POM who has lived in Sydney for 20 years, don't take myself at all seriously, need to live with someone with a sense of humour also of a similar ilk. I don't like my own company (neither would you if you knew me!). I work in the North Sydney office in a sales related role for a Global IT Vendor, I may have succumbed lately unfortunately to a "live to work ethos" instead of the other way around but thats fine, I love my job. For fun, I follow sport regularly, the Swans, soccer, rugby, play a bit of tennis. A beer with mates at the local, rubbing mates kids up the wrong way (hopefully followed by their parents putting on a feed!), out to gig at the Enmore, the Basement etc...the usual sociable stuff. Not a great fan of living with a couch potato, especially one who continually watches Channel 9 Reality Shows or awful American soaps! I've been lucky enough to share houses with people who have become life long friends, (seem to have been going to a lot of their kids 18th birthdays lately) so must have been something right!? I'm becoming boring so that will do I think.
Looking for $250/week accomodation (inclusive of bills/internet) in a private room large enough for a queen-sized bed. -21 year old USYD student - casual retail job in fashion. - love animals and can play music - I like to think I'm kind, well-spoken, friendly, caring and capable. - First Aid certificate and am a decent cook. - I have a current drivers license, but won’t be bringing a car with me (perhaps on the odd occasion, but on street parking is fine by me). - neat and tidy
I work in television, I have a good sense of humor and a small sweet 10 year old dog. I work in television, I have a good sense of humor and a small sweet 10 year old dog.
Hi there, I'm Jenny. I consider myself friendly, respectful, and easy going. I enjoy all things creative, and also enjoy water sports. I'm pretty open to trying new things. I am more than happy to pull my weight when it comes to household chores. I am happy to sit down and have a chat (promise to always acknowledge you at the very least ;)) but also respect other peoples need for space. Looking forward to meeting new, interesting people.
