friendly and up for chat, understands importance of privacy, respectful and tidy, motivated but chilled, looking for a place to call home for the time
Hi two mates who are both very friendly, kind and considerate. Polite and well mannered. Pride ourselves on cleanliness and keeping a presentable home. Both love to cook and enjoy taking care of animals and plants.
Working full time as a travel agent. Prior to this I was working for defence. Pretty easy going and laid back. A big fan of the gym
My name is Matt I'm a 35yr old nurse working full time. I do shift work, am an avid enthusiast photographer, bushwalker, non-smoker and always looking for ways to unwind after a busy day at work. I'm looking for a place long-term and a cool, relaxed housemate. I can offer a coffee machine, Dylan Moran DVd's with Black Books and wine. I'm easy to talk to and always respect privacy. I'm looking for a place to come home and be comfortable. Any questions I'll be happy to answer.
A two story house in a Great location with a back yard, in a dead end street, walking distance to shops and bus stop right out the front. You would have a choice of two rooms with your own bathroom included. We have Foxtel, Stan and unlimited internet as well. Looking for someone respectful and whom either studies or works full time. Electricity and water is also included in the rent. Able to get a extra Foxtel box for you room for an extra $25 per month.
Self contained , air conditioned granny flat with kitchenette located in Barden Ridge. Close driving proximity to Menai shops and a bus stop immediately across the road that takes you to Menai and Sutherland for the city commute. Granny flat has a bedroom/storage room , a clean modern bathroom and an open plan bedroom / living room depending on how you set up. Will consider someone with a pet cat.Flat has just been painted throughout and are just doing the final clean.
This beautiful home is right on the forest with views of the valley below. It's a peaceful area with plenty of room for outdoor activities. You will have your own area downstairs with a kitchenette, bathroom, living and bedroom area with built in wardrobe. We can provide basic furniture (bed, fridge, couch, there is a fixed desk and bookshelf) if needed. Upstairs is a large kitchen, dining room, TV lounge with Netflix, two balconies with a BBQ and a large garage that we use for storage. The nearest train station is Sutherland- a 10 min drive- which goes straight to the city and takes about 40 minutes. There is also a bus stop at the top of our road.
About the place: This 2 bedroom unit is located near Sutherland train station (3 minute walk), quiet and very near to the shops for all your needs and caffeine hit. It is situated in a 8-unit apartment block and has very friendly neighbours. I am acquainted with the neighbours in 5 other units. The second bedroom for rent is shown in the pictures however has no built-in wardrobe. This room will be unfurnished. For the right person, I am willing to give up the master room (with a huge built-in wardrobe) at $240 per week and I will move into the smaller room. I can provide pictures of the master room if the discussion gets to that. There's a 50 inch TV with a Blu-ray player and surround system. I have a fridge but there is plenty of room for one more if you find mine is too small or don't wish to share a fridge. There is no dishwasher. The kitchen fit-outs, toilets and floorboards were all newly installed in May 2015 before I moved in in Aug 2015. Unfortunately, no air-conditioner in the unit. I am usually away at the peak of summer so I only had to survive a few hot, muggy nights per year. The unit includes a covered balcony (used to hang laundry and has a 3-set outdoor furniture), an internal laundry room, a lock-up garage (half of it is filled with my stuff) and a few covered parking spots which you and other occupants in the block can use on a first-in-best-dressed basis. There are usually spots available but failing which, there are plenty of street parking available. I myself don't own a car. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. My lease also does not allow smoking inside the unit. This household will be English-speaking only. Bills: The only bill you have to pay is electricity (shared equally). The internet (50 GB off peak / 50 GB peak) ,landline and water is included in your rent. Depending on our usage, there's a chance I might upgrade to unlimited internet but haven't had the need to with previous/current flatmates. The landline comes with unlimited calls to mobiles as well. Written Contract: As a good practice, I have a self-drafted contract for both of us to sign to ensure we both are on the same page about obligations and rights. This gives both of us greater assurance, protection and transparency. Length of stay: A minimum of 3 months (negotiable) stay will be offered so you have an option to leave if you feel this is not the right place. Ultimately, I am hoping to have someone stay for a medium to long term basis but not a deal breaker if it isn't what you are after. Once the 3 months has passed, it will be a periodic lease as defined in the Tenancy Act 2010. I don't anticipate myself moving from this unit for a considerable amount of time as I like it here. About me: My name is Ermin and I'm 30 years old. English is my first language. I have lived in share houses in Melbourne and Gymea in the Shire. I have predominantly lived with females in my history of house/flat-sharing. I can also provide references from previous flatmates on request. I moved into this unit in Aug 2015. I work full-time corporate hours. I am employed by a NSW government agency which means I've passed my police checks. I like to watch the NRL (Go Sharkies!), exercise and listen to music. I am introverted 60% of the time and the other 40% I am always up for a chat or other outdoor activities. I also know to allow others their privacy. Even though I am only renting, I care for the unit as if it were my own and I hope to find someone who is similar. About you: Ideally you'd be someone who has the ability to pay rent on time, reasonably clean esp. in the kitchen and toilet, have good share-house etiquette and respect other's privacy as required. Preferably you are able to provide two references from flatmates / real estate agents to vouch for the above criteria. If you are willing to go a step further and provide two recent payslips that would certainly help, but this is optional. Any questions feel free to drop me a message. :)
Im clean, honest and very friendly. I come from a family of detectives/police officers. I grew up in Sutherland Shire. I work for an Optometrist. I love animals and the outdoors and an hoping to go to uni to study veterinary science. I barely socialise/party/go out, as im a single mother to a 10 year old daughter in a selective class, but would love to make some new friends.
I'm approachable, friendly and respectful of others. I study full-time at UTS - Engineering/Medical Science. My hobbies include gym, running, rock climbing and video games. I'm a non-smoker and drug free. I keep myself and my surroundings neat and tidy.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old nursing student, disability support worker and small design business owner. Random mix I know but these attributes make me caring and house proud! After a place to call home for a year or so, with good company and permanent relationships being a plus. Not huge on the party scene but I'll share a drink or two with you on occasion. I love animals and will always choose them over humans, but in this case they can't split rent, so you'll do ;) I'm a real good mix of things, love the ocean and surfing, binging series and a bit of a nerdy gamer, artist and creator and really into fitness and my sport so I think I'd fit pretty well anywhere. I make a killer rice pudding, so if that suits your taste buds I'm your gal. Anything in Cronulla is preferred, but Miranda, kirawee and Sutherland shortly follow. Look forward to hearing from potential room mates!
I keep to myself. I clean up on Saturdays. When I stay up late watching youtube I always wear headphones. I like to go for late night runs. I don't watch TV. I'm from South Sydney. For fun I like to read a book and put on a cup of tea or take architecture city photos for instagram. I have my license but I don't want a car so I won't take your car space. I'm bi, I have a boyfriend; I'm not political. I work 8:30-5:30 weekdays and I spend most of my free time sleeping or keeping to myself. I can't remember the last time I swore. I am passive and I like peace.

Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. I just received full-time employment in the city and am looking to move a little closer, preferably the Sutherland/Shire area to ease the commute though I'm particularly interested in Cronulla because beach :) . Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I do have a lot of my own furniture so I would also be keen to do a team up and get a lease but I'm flexible with this and would totally move into a furnished place if it was the right fit. I'm not in a huge rush to move so I'm flexible in that way too. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules (4 years of university college), though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. Ive got no issues sharing a bathroom... I've actually never had my own so it's a pretty foreign concept anyway! I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place or you'd like to get a place with me send me a message! :)
Im 27 years old and work within the Transport and Logistics sector. I'm very clean and respectful. Easy to get along with and accept people of all cultures and beliefs. Hobbies are music, sport and hanging with friends and family. Love having a chat and meeting new people. Being social really is a big thing for me. I don't smoke but love a drink socially. I would be ideal as I work full time and I keep very tidy. Growing up in a big family we were always cleaning up after someone.
I am a laid back and friendly person. I get along with most people and I'm clean and quiet. I am not big into bars or clubs and a non-smoker. I am from Melbourne originally but moved to Sydney 1 year ago. I will enjoy a good conversation but loves time to myself. I am not looking to be somewhere where my housemates are interested in partying into the wee hours during the week. I work full time (Tuesday - Saturday). I guess I'd prefer not to live with a couple but not a total dealbreaker. I would ideally like to find a place where I may be able to get a dog, but again that's only if the place is right to have one.
