I am a 32 year old professional who is clean, considerate and quiet to live with. I'm a home-body so I like to spend a lot of time at home, reading and doing art, and I like my quiet. I have an adorable, super-quiet, tiny (4kg) little old maltese dog called Rosie who sleeps all day and would get on well with other small animals. For this reason I would be interested in a place with well fenced outside access, or a balcony. She would adapt to apartment or unit living. I am a grant writer for charities, and I am also a freelance artist and writer. I have also recently enrolled in a Diploma of Graphic Design online at Billie Blue, studying online one day a week. I'd prefer to share with a female if sharing with only one other, but larger mixed households are fine too.
Easy going, independant, quiet, fun and reliable. My name is Daniel and im open minded about sharing a place with someone alike. I work in Kirrawee as an apprentice Motor Trimmer/ upholsterer and want to be near work for travel reasons. Msg me for more details and maybe discuss our plans over a coffee/ beer. :)

Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need somewhere quiet during the day as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by. One major reason I need to move is I have neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking so I need somewhere that doesn't have this problem. Nature/gardens/greenery would be great. For housemates, generation Y would be good I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider places out of Sydney such as Central Coast and rural areas. Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus.
I am an easy going, tidy and respectful professional. I work 2 jobs for the government and one of them is shift work. (defiantly no drugs or smoking) I am looking for a nice, neat preferably modern apartment. My ideal flatmate is someone easy going and down to earth. Probably be best if you were into sports, fitness and a drink on weekends. I am social but definitely like my space. I also have foxtel i could bring, so a place foxtel ready is a must. Bedrooms with a tv port would be good as well. I am interested in someone, male or female that would like to start up in a nice 2 bedroom apartment, preferably with 2 bathrooms. Will be looking to move in 3 weeks time.
I am clean and tidy, looking for comfortable and clean accommodation. Working full time. Easy going down to earth. I like my privacy but also like to socialize, Social drinker. I require secure garage for my Motorbike. Upto $300 per week must include bills.
Working in the electroplating industry for 24 years now curtently at caringbah. Very tidy and organised person who likes quite times and watching dvd's. I have a ferret named Albie and she is house/toilet trained and has her own castle. I'm a professonial who works 7am to 3:30 pm monday to friday and stays home most weekends. Likes gardening and diy duties.
As a writer, I work from home and when there's a book due, it means long hours BUT when I get time off I love to cook BBQs and socialise. My books are on many topics and the most popular is cleaning without using those harsh chemicals so I'm NO stranger to helping out with the chores! ****Scroll to the bottom if you want to join forces and create a REAL home, not just another 6 month rental**** My kids visit every 2nd weekend and like me they love helping out although we are usually out and about making the most of our time together. I know everyone says their kids are well behaved but I'm a lucky Dad indeed! I've been in a GREAT place but they are preparing the house for sale so it's time to find a place I can call home again. I'm VERY easy going and enjoy just about any music short of death metal :)) *-* It's TEAM UP time! I've found a couple of housemates here and we're looking to start a real PIRATE crew in the Shire Renting a room where everyone else is established is tricky and from experience, you're at the mercy of the mood of the lease holder :o Not cool! We want a HOME that smells of fresh coffee in the morning, where we join forces to make the cleaning fun and then be as social or as private as each of us want to be. A house big enough so there are secret spots we can claim for our chill-out time and a kitchen that is inviting Plus a literal LIBRARY of books to read from and escape to another world You will get: - YOUR NAME on the lease so you have the same rights as everyone else - YOUR SAY in which house we choose (be quick please ;) ) - YOUR CHANCE to join our whacky pirate crew in the SHIRE! Why are you still reading? Message me - let's make our multicultural pirate crew a reality ;)
I'm 29, grew up in the Sutherland shire. I am the Security Supervisor for Commonwealth Bank head office. I play rugby league. Non smoker. Social person. Easy going and loves to travel.
Hi. I am QANTAS pilot, flying mostly overseas, therefore I am away a bit. I love kitesurfing, mountain biking and motorcycle riding, therefore I need a garage to house my motorcycle and bicycle. I am easy going and clean up after myself.
Hey guys :D My name is Mitch - I'm 24 years old and I'm currently getting paid to do my PhD. This basically involves me inventing new types of nuclear medicine for cancer detection, so yeah, its pretty cool stuff :) I'm originally from NZ, but I've lived in WA for the past 7 years and only just moved to Sydney this year to continue doing my research - so I don't know a lot of people around here. This being said I am am super friendly, always smiling and have many hobbies. I also really love getting to know other peoples' hobbies and never pass up the opportunity to learn something new, so I would love to live with happy similar-minded people who would like another friend instead of just another roommate :D I am also super reliable regarding payments (I can set an automatic payment system to make sure you always get paid exactly on time) - and also love to cook and clean (ideally with some music in the background). Would preferably like to live around the Shire area so I can keep in touch with the few friends I have made so far, and would also like to live close to transport if possible. Anyway that's me :) I'll be looking to stay somewhere for at least 2+ years so if you have a place I can call home and would be keen to get to know me then definitely let me know. I'll be super excited to meet you too. Live well my friends! ^_^ Cheers, Mitch.

24 Years old, working in Caringbah, wants to live with relaxed, fun people, but don't mind if I have my own space as I work 12 hour days sometimes and come home exhausted! Want to live with people who are okay with guests being over for dinner etc, that are social and like to have a chat. Love keeping fit and running (okay, walking) along the esplanade but will be the first to jump on the couch and watch a movie and eat chocolate with you! Lived out of home before and am very respectful and don't expect others to clean my mess up! :)

Hello Sydney, It appears I've acquired myself a job in Sydney, so I'm looking for somewhere to stay for a few months while things get sorted at home and organise to move partner and all our stuff to NSW into our own place. Alas, I'm looking for somewhere just for me and occasionally partner if she makes the trip up and obviously I'll be making trips back to Vic over weekends etc. So at this stage, the main qualifying criteria is that it needs to be near a train line or ferry terminal as that will be my way in/out of work (which will be Circular Quay) and bonus if it's furnished and ready to go; however can organise if required own furniture. Otherwise I'm quite an open and honest person who's accepting of all people, so quite open to straight/gay/poly/kinky households and/or living with guys/girls etc. If you think you've got something suitable and/or have any questions for me, please feel free to send me a message and please bare with me while I'm relying on Apple/Google Maps as all our previous visits to NSW have been tourist visits and been in the city or Blue Mountains etc. Once we're settled, I'll also be looking at rejoining SES in NSW and as a Venturer Scout leader again as well, but first step somewhere to live... Damian
Im Nathan, 33 year old professional. Positive thinker. Im very clean, mature, friendly, honest, reliable, active, respectful. Im just a normal hard working guy looking for a nice place to live in South Sydney or Inner West. I prefer to live near the train station and shops if possible. I work in tourism and part time tour guide and I do work most weekends. I enjoy my mid week days off for excersize, relaxing and cooking. Some times I go down for the day to see family in the Illawarra. I like animals, sport and traveling.
Hi, My name is Katie. I'm looking for share accommodation as I'm thinking it would be a far better option rather than renting on my own again. I run my own business, like to keep fit and busy. I am an easy going, social person (also like downtime too), am clean, easy to get along with and enjoy cooking (can cook 😊) with excellent rental references. I also have a little dog named Randy who is a very loveable little maltese terrier he is well trained and not yappy, house trained and doesn't shed so no fur all over the place. Hoping to find the right person to share with on here and ready to move in November. 😊
