I am 22 year old concreter, who enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym regularly and playing football. I am a respectful, responsible and tidy guy who is more than happy to share a meal and a drink with fellow housemates. I also like to have some time and space to myself and will always respect others privacy. Hoping to hear from you soon.
Hi there! I'm a triathlete who lives an active lifestyle while being very neat and organized. I always clean up after myself and I am quiet most of the times. I don't smoke and added to this, I always follow all the house rules and would only use the necessary areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Aside from going to work (I work as an Early Childhood Educator - and yes I can babysit if needed), I'm usually out on training either swimming, cycling, running or working out at the gym so I prefer to be located close to any of these facilities. Also, I would thrive well in a modern establishment with respectful, quiet and tidy housemates. Utilities/Facilities that I'm looking for: -Shops and groceries like Coles -Nearby gym and swimming pool -Reverse cycle aircon -Washing Machine and Dryer for clothes -NBN internet that can play YouTube videos in HD without delay (I used to live at a flatshare where it takes 5-10 mins to open my e-mails sometimes disconnecting in between and that was not fun at all) -Storage space for my 2 bikes - 1 road bike used for commuting and the other for training -I have a car but offstreet parking is okay for me. -A small yard or area with access to tap water to wash my bikes (optional) -Unused spare room or garage space (optional): Will primarily use this as a study/gaming/training room for my Ironman races that I'll be participating in months to come so expect me to be in this room most of the time. If you wish to contact me, please send me a message with a detailed info of the following: - Yourself - Flatmates - Room - PHOTOS - Viewing times - House rules And oh, I'm seeking for a home that has NO pets in it (unless its just Goldfish then its all good). Let me know if my profile suits your home. Cheers.
Hey my name is Sinead :) I am a single female from London originally, living in Canberra for about 4 years now working in the community sector. I live a pretty busy lifestyle, if Im not at work i am going to the gym or taking part in various community development projects. I am currently looking for a place in South Canberra to call home as my current housemate will be getting married soon in April. Im a easy going person who equally loves socializing as much as binge Netflix evenings. Im a clean, tidy non smoker who enjoy`s cooking, exercising, watching movies and trying new restaurants. I see the importance of being open to communication when sharing a home and doing my fair share towards house work. I am looking for a all female house share or something similar, to stay a minimum of 3 months, starting from the middle of April. Good-sized bedroom for rent in a modern 2-bedroom apartment in Wright. Available for short-term stays of a month or two, but may consider longer depending on the circumstances, e.g. if you travel out of town semi-regularly. Room is furnished with a queen bed, bedside table and has a large built-in robe. Includes own bathroom. Bills are included, but note that internet is not unlimited. Great location! Most of Canberra is within a 15 minute drive - City, Woden, Belconnen, Tuggeranong. Good bus links to City/ANU, Woden and Cooleman Court. I have lived in Sydney for 7 years and now I am moving to Canberra to study and work. I like having a place that is super tidy and clean, like my space but also to hang out, have good laugh and chat. I love watching movies and series, but also like the outdoors.
I work part time in the Government (with full time pay) and I study part time at UC. I'm into football, fitness, travelling, painting, drawing and much more. I'm friendly, I don't mind having a chat but also enjoy my own space. I'm clean and courteous of others and their belongings. I also have a medium sized super friendly, very well trained, adorable English Staffy. He does many tricks, barely ever makes a noise (unless you say his trigger words aka "walkies"), only chews his toys and sticks and loves being cuddled. He also leaves you alone when you tell him to! And oh course he's toilet trained. I'm keen to live in a modern place around the Weston Creek area. Send me a message if you would like to meet up!
I am 18 and am looking at moving out of home for the first time into a share house. I currently work two casual jobs but am looking into getting steady full time work. I do not drink or smoke. I enjoy hanging out with friends and going to the gym and get along very well with animals. I am an avid cooker and love to spend time in the kitchen coming up with new meals for everyone to try. I tend to keep to myself and love privacy, also enjoy a friendly chat from time to time.
Great for young professionals wanting to live/work close to Woden/the City (only 10 mins drive). A room is available in a spacious, three-bed room, two-storey town house. The room has a built-in-robe and private bathroom. The house has NBN, Netflix, AC/heating, and a private pool for the complex. Please note the rent does not include bills, and all bills (electricity/ gas/ internet) will be split equally. About us - You'll be sharing with two amazing housemates (ha!). First housemate is a public servant and is studying her Masters. Second housemate is a doctor out saving the world. We both work long hours so when we’re home, we like to make sure the place is clean and tidy, and is a relaxing environment. We are definitely not party animals! One is a non-drinker and another a vegetarian - and would ideally prefer someone who is similar, or is respective of this in the house. Lastly, I have an adorable (yet slightly crazy) cat - therefore no other pets will be allowed. We're after a female housemate who is responsible, honest, tidy and respects other's privacy and space. If you'd like to know more, please get in touch and we can arrange a time to show you the house. In your msg please include a little about yourself and what you're looking for in a house :)

I'm a 24 year old aerospace engineer who moved to Canberra in January for a new job. I hope to find suitable housemates that I can become friends with, who I could share a few drinks with after work and hang out on days off. However I'm also prepared to settle into a quiet place where I would concentrate on work while I'm here, and head away during my days off. I'm polite & tidy. Happiest when I'm camping down by the river with my boat wakeboarding or fishing with good mates. But I also love a good night in with friends over wine and dinner.
