This house is situated in a quiet street backing onto bushland in Flagstone. It has a nice big back yard which is fully fenced. It's great waking up in the morning to the sounds of all the different birds singing away. There is air con in the living room which cools down most of the house. I have excellent unlimited wifi connection with belong nbn. The property is pet friendly. I have a big puppy that gets along with everyone and everything. I have a son who visits me every 2nd weekend. He has his own room at the house. The successful applicant will be respectful, quiet, and clean. This is a drug free property.
