Large private room (3mx4.5m) in a 2 year old split-level house located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Shared bathroom with a big vanity and linen cupboard - plenty of space for everyone. Brightly lit, spacious open concept kitchen, with walk-in pantry. There is also a designated shoe room to put all the clutter away. A quick walk to bus stop where you can catch the 544 or M44 bus, which brings you straight into the city via O-bahn, no need for bus transfers at the interchange. Woolworths and a few other shops are just right across from the bus-stop, so you can shop on the way home, or you could stop at Tea Tree Plaza interchange where Westfield Mall is. Located in quiet and lovely suburb with the reserve right next to the house. Huge backyard too, with great view of the hills. Room can be furnished with single bed, table, chair and clothes rack. Bedroom pictures not available at the moment as it is currently empty. All bills (electricity, gas, water, NBN internet and some other shared items) will be split among everyone in the house. Our ideal housemate must be comfortable with dogs and other animals, as we have 2 border collies and a chook. ONLY NON-SMOKERS may apply. Please contact Teresa for a viewing or to ask questions.
Hello, Originally I had signed up to this website to find a roommate interested in living around Andrews Farm. I am now desperate to find a residence as close as possible to Modbury Hospital. My father has recently become critically ill and will be transferring to that facility on March 28th. He will be staying at the hospital for specialist care and rehabilitation for the next few months and I am wanting to find somewhere close by, so my family and I can spend as much time as possible with him. I am hoping to find somewhere appropriate as soon as possible that is a short distance away, within budget and available for a short term lease. This would be a huge relief for my family as our home is quite a distance away from where he will be. I am also applying through real estate agents, I would just like to exhaust every option available. About myself: I am currently studying full time in the CBD. I have two small pets, Lucy and Cleo. They are very well behaved and trained. I enjoy gardening and growing my own organic produce, bike riding, ice skating and general outdoor activities. I love to cook, I watch endless ammounts of Netflix and love to sing and play musical instruments (currently learning piano). I have previously lived out of home, I have good references and evidence that I always pay my rent on time. I take pride in my home, the way it looks and feels is a huge priority to me. I may be open to a team up but you need to be ready to apply for properties now and have the credentials to do so. My ideal housemate would have a good sense of humor, be financially stable, love dogs, like there own space but enjoy company at times, be clean, respectful & trustworthy. Looking for a whole property to rent or a possible team up for a new place. Not interested in renting single rooms under current circumstances. Thanks 🙂
Hi future roomies, I am currently a studying Teaching at Mawson Lakes (3rd Year) and my partner works full time (fully qualified mechanic). We are both easy going, clean and are just wanting somewhere affordable to live. We do have a dog. His name is Max and we absolutely adore him. He is currently both an indoor and outdoor dog but if needed he could just be an outside dog (although he does really love a cuddle!). We hope that we can find some great housemates really soon! Look forward to hearing from you :)
Passion for animals, come with cute fluffy animals ;) I know how to cook, open to cooking vegan/vegetarian, I can clean, i like to keep to myself but open to being social. Want to experience new things, enjoys adventures in nature.
Nice view to the Ocean, quiet neighborhood.... easy access to shops, work, public transport. Close to TTP,Golden Grove, Mawson Lakes, Gilles Plains and short drive to Adelaide CBD. I will also have a larger room available in a few weeks or sooner depending (pictured with fridge etc) separate from the house and with its own access, price would be $170 Its available in late May
I have just returned to Adelaide after living in Queensland for 9 years. I travel a lot for work so am not home all the time. Very clean and tidy and social. I enjoy good wine and cocktails and travel is what I am passionate about as well as animals. I do have a small Labrador who is very well behaved and socializes well with other animals and people and a British Short Hair cat. I think the best thing is to meet and see if we get along.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'May 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.
Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a full time student, studying 5 days a week so I would generally be out of the house for most of the day. I love to socialise, and have a good time, but also of course would need some time to myself to study from time to time. I am a extremely clean, organise and tidy person. Hobbies includes, having a laugh and chilling out with my friends, watching TV shows and movies, listening to music. I like to keep myself busy so I won't be home much, but when I am I'd love to live with laid-back, but social people that would be keen to hang out and have a good time, very sociable, ready to make new friends. I'd probably prefer to team up and start a lease with one or two other people. Would prefer staying with females but would also consider staying with males if the location and the price is right.
Hey my names taylah, I'm very friendly but very shy at meeting new people. I like going for drives, hanging with friends, going down the beach & watching movies/tv shows. I'm really honest & kind. Some times I can be really social then other times I like to have alone time in my room relaxing 🙂 Hope to hear from you soon thanks x
Hi, I'm Saritha. I am 22 and from Germany where I just finished my studies. I would like to attend a one-year-course at TAFE SA so I need to find a suitable stay for me for the beginning of may. I've already been to Adelaide for six months and I really enjoyed it. I'm a quiet and tidy person. Feel free to message me if you want to know more :)
Hello! I'm Bianca - an easy-going and considerate individual, looking to find a home to share with my small scruffy side-kick Mojo! (1.5 y.o. Jack Russell x Shih Tzu). Mojo gets on well with other small dogs, is fully house-trained, and is a Mumma's boy! I am also fully house-trained, friendly, thoughtful, and tidy. Happy to clean up after myself, and good at remembering to switch off lights and close doors etc. I'm responsible, and always pay my rent and bills on time. Although not currently working, I receive a small income while I'm seeking part time work. I'm creative, enjoy art and making things, as well as gardening, socialising, Netflix binge-fests, and wine! I'm not really into partying, but am happy to have a few social drinks, share a meal, and have a laugh. On occasion I may have a friend pop in for a coffee or wine, but not all the time. Also I like to spend time with my girlfriend, who may sometimes stay overnight. At other times I may be out and about doing my own thing - often taking Mojo with me. We'd love to find a place where we can be friends as well as house-mates :) Our moving date is flexible; from around mid May onwards. The length of stay is undetermined, depending how the next few months go. Thanks for reading!
