I'm a friendly, down to earth, self proclaimed comedian. I love my quiet time but am also always up for socialising. I love making new friends and get along with anyone from any walk of life! I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Aviation Management and love it! Prior to that I studied Psychology. I also work part time and have been at the same place for 7 years now - so I have a steady, reliable income. I'm a bit of a nerd in that I love computer games, playstation and binge watching Netflix series. Although I do not get to travel often, I love all things associated with it, hence why I am studying aviation. I loveeeee music, coffee and going to the gym (or at least attempting to). I play basketball once a week and am hoping to get a bit more outdoors-y this year and explore a little. I'm also a massive dog lover, so bonus points if you have a fur family member I can spoil. I have lived out of home for the past couple of years and love the independence. I am experienced in share housing and am always tidy, considerate, and respectful towards my fellow house mates. Though I like to think it'd be more of a home than a share house! Sometimes I do finish work around midnight, but absolutely make sure I am as quiet as a mouse when coming and going. Looking for somewhere long term, but can be negotiated if you have somewhere with a little less length of stay. Also happy to go on a lease if need be! Female household preferred.
My name is Luke, I am a qualified painter by trade moving from Sydney to Melbourne to start a new job. I am an honest, hardworking 22 year old, who enjoys gaming and socialising. I am looking for a room share with some like minded people. Looking forward to moving back to Melbourne after six years away.
Due to work commitments, sadly we need to move out of our home early and are looking for someone to take over our lease until 12 August 2018 (can be extended). The house will be available from 24 February (flexible). Our cute little house is in a quiet street in Yallambie. It has 3 well sized bedrooms with built in robes, a bath and shower with a separate toilet, separate laundry, renovated kitchen and a large grassy backyard. There is a secure carport that can be used for parking (our outdoor entertaining as we have done) and a driveway that fits 2 cars. La Trobe University - 7 mins drive Macleod train station - 5 mins drive ( 35min train ride to Melbourne CBD) Rosanna Shops - 5 mins drive Greensborough Plaza - 10 mins drive Pictures available on request. Rent is $360 per week / $1564 per month. Bond = 1 months rent.
Looking at moving out of home. I'm clean, respectful and am excited about a fresh start. Currently working part time in a cafe. For fun I like adventures and anything outdoors. May also be bringing my cat with me to live, if host is okay with pets. Happy to discuss.
Easy going quiet relaxed people.. both employed full time 8 hours + per day. I am a qualified carpenter with all tools so any house repairs or maintenance are free of charge! Not party animals by any stretch. but enjoy a friendly drink or food and chats with housemates. :) Have utmost respect for others privacy. We have lived in shared houses before and experienced and understand how to get along well in a shared property respecting others privacy and peaceful enjoyment. No pets. However animal lovers if there are any there :) We have been living in shared accomodation for 2+ years now and are looking for 2+ more to finish saving to buy our own property to share. Only leaving current shared house due to it being demolished for units.. hope we hear from you.. Andrew and Sharna
I own this property and have been living in the area for about a year. 1.8km walk to Watsonia Station and 2km walk to Greensborough Plaza. Ducted heating and evaporative cooling installed. Lock up double garage if you need to store any tools/work equipment in there. The room up for grabs is located up stairs and I'm located downstairs and so is my other roommate. There is also a separate lounge room up there that you can make your own - but more than welcome to share the one down stairs.
The property offers a lot of shared space including a large lounge room and kitchen, a sheltered balcony for outdoor eating or bbqs, air conditioning and heating, and good storage space to boot. Easy access to shops and public transport. The 513 and 901 bus routes have stops right around the corner, and the Montmorency train station is a brisk walk away. On the whole, safe, comfortable and relaxing. We are looking for flatmates who are tidy and friendly. We're happy to socialise, but also understand that some will want their space.
I am 29, working full time as a high school Science Teacher. I am very busy and like to come home to quiet, tidy space. I love to travel, so spend most of holidays overseas. I also love to cook, especially bake. I am sociable person but also like my quiet time and will respect your choice to socialise, or not. I am looking for a place/team up for 6months-year or more. I love dogs and don’t mind if you have one at all! I have to bring with me a queen size bed, desk and a bar freezer. So I would preferably like an unfurnished room and, space for a desk outside my room as I would not want to sleep with my work! Get in touch if you’re looking for something similar.
Hi there. I'm Sinead, moved to Melbs from country NSW. Looking for new place to call home. I'm with my beaaautiful blue heeler pup Billie. Shes the greatest dog ever born. Need a place with backyard and close to parks. We love nature and want to be really close to it! Hoping to find someone chill and friendly. We don't know anyone here so also hoping to find a friend in a housemate! I like beer a lot and chillin in the arvo sun eating good food and enjoying the finer things in life. Beer; tunes; wine + cheese; nature; walking in nature; picnicking... that kind of thing! I work shift work and long hours, but have 4 days off at a time. So would need someone that doesn't mind looking out for my pup while I'm at work. But you wouldn't mind. because shes a damn good dog! Ok. Hit me up if your keen. SEEYA
I am looking for somewhere relaxed I can call home with mature, respectful housemates that I can trust and have fun with. I like keeping things clean through the shared efforts of the household. I keep my own space tidy and I like to live somewhere that I wouldn't be embarrassed if my mum saw the state of it. Because Mum would kill me if I'm not tidy I love sport and play a heap of it so may be out of the house a fair bit with training or playing. I'm easy going and always get around hang time with housemates. I'm always down for good chat over good food. Particularly fond of a good beer. I'm 23 and work full time at a University.
Hi there! I am clean, considerate and respectful. When I’m not studying I might be having a glass of wine and watching a good film. I like to be outside but love to chill at home every so often. I live to cook and have a chat with my housemate, so looking for a warm welcoming person to share a house with.
Hi. I’m looking for a room to rent in Greensborough/Bundoora/Rosanna/Watsonia area preferably from 21.01.2018 , because at the moment I don’t have access to a motor vehicle, I’ll need to live somewhere near the train station or bus stop. Budget is $1000-$1200 a month including bills. Something about me- I keep to myself most of the time, I don’t talk much. I’m usually busy with my studies, music (I’m a metalhead but I’m not loud) and gaming, but I love to have a drink or two with my housemates every now and again or play a game of Call of Duty. Just ask if you want to know more :) If anyone has anything for me, let me know ASAP. Cheers :)
The house is located only 7 mins walk to Watsonia Station. Bus stop out the front as an alternative to the train. I'm located across the road from a large oval, great for a walk / run before or after work or uni - quite a peaceful place to live
I'm currently 17 turning 18 in a weeks time, (17th of January), I'm a tidy, easy going and always up for a chat but do enjoy my own privacy. I've rented before so I understand all the responsibilities! I'm from the country so I'm pretty far from home but have been living within Melbourne for the last two years! I'm currently trying to get into a hairdressing apprenticeship and will be studying and working a part time job until I've got that sorted! So you won't have to worry too much about your privacy because I keep myelf busy!
Im a clean freak always clean up after myself, trust worthy. Love helping others out who help me. :) I love sports, and my dog is my everything she is fully trained and good with everyone :)

I have healthy relationships with my girlfriend, friends and family and find these connections to be most important to me.. *Update* Brass tacks: I'd pay max! $250 pw if that includes either bills, perfect location or both! - internet's just a bonus. All depends on the details! Fitzroy's my home so anywhere where there's a station or the city's within walking distance is blitz for me & my furbaby Taco! Taco is medium in size, house-trained, loved by everyone & will be my roommate -esp inside of the night- cos if someone was trying to break-in he would be a greatly appreciated asset in your eyes & he wouldn't be able to save your ass if he was kept outside! Add to that, he never stinks cos he thinks he's a cat & so cleans himself as such. Is great to live with; quiet & gentle & fun! You'll fall in love with him right from the start!^_^ Me, well recently, I was studying Visual Art in Bendigo (2017) which is from where we'll be moving. I want to come back to Melbourne cos I've missed the place &;the people much! I'll be studying at CAE + finding part-time work this year - I always get what I want from life cos I let nothing stop me. - Ideally looking for a 6 month stay or more. Clean, easy-going, friendly & like my people much the same & enjoy my own space ;) Love cooking communally every now & then- it's well fun! Enjoy happy-go-lucky/spontaneous/fun/chill people; love music, art, playing with my furry baby, being active, dancing, adventures, reading, & playing guitar, etc. Always cover living expenses on time! Can handle myself. - I've never been in debt & have paid rent etc since I was 17 years old; took care of horses since I was 9 (for the hard work appreciated I got to ride them at a cheaper price) & cared for all other animals since even younger (naturally I love them); first started paid work at 15; sold artwork at first exhibition aged 16; volunteer work with rescues/op shops/RDA; teaching guitar freelance; working behind bar, etc. & have always studied both in & out of school. So there's my work ethic all laid out for you, & for these reasons, I guess- lazy & boring people are a total turn off to be around for a second- let alone live with. So if you're boring/apathetic or think I'm gona split with Tac' don't even waste my time. Thanks much. Need to know any more, ask.. Naturally, if you don't love dogs there's no way -so in that case- don't ask ! Want to get back to melb asap ^_^ Advocate against animal abuse/cruelty & never buy products tested on animals - you'll be surprised by how many are!! See & share this link with your family & friends♡☆ N.B. fm wont accept urls so just search 'animals australia animal testing list' if you love animals & want to help put an end to the cruelty! Passionate about social justice; LGBT friendly; "perfect tenant" blablabla lalalove! ;) Luna♡☆

Awesome property in Macleod - centrally located and close to public transport. The entire upstairs floor is available from rent - which includes private rumpus, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom could be used as a study so this set up would suit a student or someone who needs more storage space. There is an outdoor pool which will be great for the coming summer.
My name is Marcus, a 33y.o. Professional who lives in this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Tudor style home in Macleod. (Renting) The house is lovely and light and is full of character! The space: I basically have just furnished the whole house with my new furniture where I now have just left empty; 1. the largest bedroom (6mx3m) 2. an adjoining carpeted lounge and 3. a main bathroom all right near each other on the downstairs level (where my room, and my kids* room and ensuite are all upstairs.) so in short, other than the main lounge and kitchen you would almost have the whole downstairs level to yourself! The laundry is a European laundry in the downstairs bathroom. I have a big fridge, new washing machine (so you wouldn't have to bring one if you didn't want to.) There is a garage on the property, at the moment taken up by my classic car, but there is plenty of parking avail on the street right outside the house. I'm basically thinking $250pw plus sharing the bills (elec, gas, water) and I'll cover the internet cost.
- House on a big property, maintained by a gardener. - Rent negotiable depending on room. - Tennis court. - Four bedrooms (one room has been turned into an office.) - Two lounge rooms. One lounge room in the dining/kitchen area. - Two bathrooms. - Two outdoor areas. One outdoor area is facing tennis court at the front of the house. One outdoor area out the back including water feature. - Close drive to the station into city. Not walking distance to public transport. - Garage - two car spots. Large driveway with plenty of car spaces. - House is fully furnished. Spare room comes with or without a queen bed! Plenty of storage space for more furniture if required.
The room is medium size. big enough for a double bed and a small desk. Built in wardrobe included. We are only 5 min walk from Macleod shops and Macleod station making it excellent access to the city and Latrobe via PT and RMIT by car.
