Pretty large 3 bedroom home in the Yallambie/Macleod area. Cheap, tidy and in a great area. - close to public transport, city and la trobe/rmit universities. - 5 minute drive to various shops. Pretty laid back. Just ask that cleaning be shared when necessary and bills paid on time. Food/cooking etc is done separately for ease, however materials for the house (toilet paper etc) are shared and the cost is split. Smoking is fine outside.
I am a respectful considerate easy to get along with person. I like to keep my place clean and I'm very houseproud. I like a little bit of socialising with my housemate but I do also like my space. And I am not a party person. I work for VicRoads where I have been working for the past 7 years. I do work part time, however it is permanent, Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day. I am a very honest person where what you see of me is what you get. I also have a very good sense of humour and love a laugh.
I'm a 28 year old animal, cartoon and internet lover. I also enjoy learning languages, cycling, hiking around the world and learning anything new! I'm always busy and like variety! I work at a wildlife sanctuary in education and at an indigenous nursery. I also have my own petsitting micro business and freelance for the environmental team at a local council. I have two rats - who I call my little men <3 Harvey and Dwayne are old and keep to themselves in their little cage sleeping the day away. You likely won't even notice they are there! If there are any other pets in the house that's ok as long as I can keep them secure in my room (a lock on the door would be great!) Due to my petsitting we do go away for the occasional weekend (or month). I can also bring some furniture/fridge/microwave if required as I had my own place while at uni.
Great central location - close to buses, trains, and relatively close to two major shopping centres (Greensborough Plaza and Warringal). Quiet house with a large backyard in a leafy area. The room will fit a double bed, desk and shelves as well has having a built in robe and three speed ceiling fan.
Hi I'm looking for a place to move I to around the middle of August around the 20th. I enjoy quiet time to my self a but will.be happy to sit around a fire and enjoy a drink and chat. I don't smoke but if you do that ok (if you do preferred if it is outside. I have a cat who I will wish to bring with me so please take that into consideration, especially if you have a dog. I love going to the movies of having a film night on the couch. Science fiction and fantasy are my favorite kind. I also love Dr Who. I enjoy going camping and hiking on a regular basis. I currently work full time in childcare. So want be home weekdays. I like to garden, but my skills is yet to be determined. I'm willing to share the chores around the house and will be happy to cook for the house hold once a week on a set night.
I have lived at my last place for 12 years as I always paid rent on time and treated my neighbours with consideration and respect. I have a life of my own and will not smother you. I am socialised and do not roll home drunk and be obnoxious and annoying. Reformed smoker but do not worry being around smokers and drink on a very occasional basis. No Drugs. I am virtually retired at 64 years and cover all my Centrelink obligations with volunteer work. i would like to stay in the listed areas as I have family at Heidelberg and friends at Blackburn and Knox and the public transport gets me to both, and my volunteer role, conveniently. Paying rent is the priority and understanding that you have to give people in a shared situation genuine consideration is next. Socialised, tidy and personable in a sharing situation. Excellent rental refererence from my previous 12 years of renting at Lower Plenty and personal references as well. Do not have pets/companions but would consider them a bonus if you do.
Monday -Friday Commuters* - a room in two storey town house in Viewbank available to share with a mature, responsible, clean and tidy person (No couples, female preferred), must be a dog lover. The house is clean, upstairs has two bdrms, a large bathroom (shared with me) between them. Downstairs, kitchen diner, separate lounge and there is a mostly unused study with desk front of house offering a quiet study/office space. You would be sharing the house with me, the home owner a Uni professional, AND my large well behaved dog. Located in Melbourne's Green Belt, 50 meters from Lower Plenty Road, buses (513/517) to Train Station (Rosanna Zone 2) or drive into City (20 mins), 10 mins from Ring Road and the Eastern Freeway . It's 10 min drive to La Trobe Uni or the Medical precinct in Heidelberg with the Austin, Repatriation and Warringal hospitals, and about 15 mins to RMIT University campus. 50 meters from Plenty River parklands with walking/cycling trails. Close to bus, train and parks. Large and private room upstairs, in a quiet neighborhood. The room has brand new carpet and a built in wardrobe. I have a shed that you could store a bike in. I am renting this room in my home who I share with my 4 year old daughter, 1 year old spoodle dog and my boyfriend also spends some time here. I work full time at University near by and my dog is very loving and nice. My house is clean and spacious, with 2 separate living rooms. Your room is upstairs away from the living spaces and other bedrooms and so you can have privacy. I only have one functioning bathroom right now ( the other is being renovated, slowly!), so the bathroom is shared. The room is unfurnished. I am nice and fairly laid back however as I have a 4 year old I need to find someone relatively quiet and definitely nice. I like to keep the house relatively clean however I am not a perfectionist. My house is a 60's house that I am currently working to renovate where I can, so it is not the most modern house yet it is comfortable and spacious. Internet connection, and gas are included. I'll charge a quarter of the electricity and water usage. I have put up to 9 months as i am currently not sure if i will continue to live in this house beyond the start of next year. So there may be rim to extend but that is unknown right now.

Two very friendly dogs help keep a fun and friendly atmosphere and great space for a very reasonable price including your own private en suite bathroom! You will have access to two rooms, the main bedroom with an en suite and a second room which can be used as a study or retreat.
I have 2 teenage children with me, 50 % of the time. Would love to share with someone in a similar situation. I'll write more when I feel there is any hope at all of something out there - think that maybe there is little likelyhood of someone being in a comparable situation?
I am self sufficient, independent, a good communicator and creative - photographer, writer, creative. I like cooking (Asian predominantly) like clean and tidy (but not OC) enjoy a fitness regime that includes 5-8 kilometer daily walk. Having worked for a long time with a diverse age spectrum I am comfortable with flatmates of any age. i previously lived and worked in Toowoomba. My major interest in addition to the creative endevours is music an interest shared with many musician friends (predominantly in Sydney) My preference is to share with one person / property owner or alternatively team up and lease with one other. I am a non smoker, very occasional drinker and also Taekwondo Black Belt. My television interests are limited to Music, Wild Life, News and Rugby without being fanatical. With qualifications in Art, Education and Photography I have worked across all areas including major magazine and advertising clients, taught in Secondary and Tertiary institutes and spent 16 years in automotive sales.
Greetings. I'm a female who is reliable, respectable and working. I am an independent person but do enjoy a chat as I think it helps when sharing, build up a little rapport and have a laugh. Understand privacy as we all need our chill out time. I always pay my bills on time including rent. I'm mostly vegetarian that includes non smoker, no drugs person. Totally ok if your not vegetarian. I've always been a clean person, house trained so I respect the home I live in. It's nice to have pride in the place you make your home. Have shared with owners previously and been in rental properties too. I enjoy seeing a movie, out for a meal and outdoors walking to clear my head after work or once I wake up. Grew up in country Vic so I still have friends and family I visit therefore I'd be away some weekends. Drop me a line as meet and greet is our next move.
I'm sincere genuine respectful to others always, and dont come with baggage. I'm simply looking for a granny flat or large bungalow where I could be closer to my grandchildren who live in Eltham. I'm very house proud, and take pride generally in all I do. I have now a 15 year dog that is quiet unwell and so obviously would never leave this dear old chap behind His time is near and I find him of late sleeping a lot more 20 to 21 hours every day 7 days a week either in a bag or his bed. He is tiny far smaller than a average size Pussy Cat and believes everything and everyone ate his friends. A bit late for him to worry about that word he never knew DANGER! I like to cook and keep a nice clean property Very much Into the environment and conservation Criminal law reading and the gardening travel and children's protection and their well-being.
Hi there, I'm looking for a place to live independently or with up to two other people, preferably women of similar age/maturity and non-smokers. Prefer rent to be inclusive of utilities and internet. Prefer en suite bathroom ideally but flexible. I am honest, reliable and will pay rent on time. I work 9 to 5, sometimes work from home. I am social but enjoy alone time too. I am respectful of others. I enjoy the outdoors, bike riding, markets, cafes. Would like to live close to parklands, bike tracks. Prefer not to live with pets, especially not cats...sorry cat lovers! Any questions, please ask. Happy to have a chat! Cheers, Andrea. I also have my own bedroom furniture that I would like to use. I have other furniture also, happy to share to establish a new home or if storage is available that would be great!
Hi im looking for someone to rent a house with. Would prefer a house with a shed. Ive recently just moved back in with my parents I work full time for the government as a public servant. Been doing this job for close to 14 years now. Im clean, tidy, easy going and respectful of others. I have a good renting history. Things i enjoy are riding motorbikes, water skiing, camping, hanging out with friends. If your interested in sharing a house let me know. Could even look for a third person if the house is right. Not to fussed on a move date.
Hi there :) I'm told I'm the best flatmate ever ;) haha just being honest! I'm very friendly and easy to get along with. I thought I was happy where I am, I've been here about a month and the landlord is very controlling and a drama queen, so I'm looking again! Feel free to drill me with questions, it's hard finding a compatible flatmate I know :) I'm open to different areas to live, travel doesn't phase me too much-being happy where I live and work is much more important to me. I would prefer to live with females, but have lived with males no problems, when they obviously don't have a secret desire for a girlfriend or some 'female company' or feel they have to father me in some way. I lived with one guy who was like a brother to me and we got on really well. Older females I don't seem to live well with, as they feel they know better than me and are always telling me what to do with my life and (as I'm experiencing again) are very controlling around the house- and they wonder why they are still single? So if you are easy going and leave me to be who I am and have my own mind and opinions- I have made friends with a lot of my flatmates and we are still friends. Happy hunting! :)

A bit about me; I'm a non-smoker, who enjoys the occasional yoga session an odd baking session and volunteering once a week. Please feel free to contact me about setting up an inspection. Look forward to meeting you Jenny
I'm a single parent with two teenage boys looking to share a large house as l have to vacate my current premises in two weeks and have been unsuccessful so far in securing a new place on my own. I have pets (2 house-trained cats and some lizards) so looking for a large, pet friendly house to share with another single parent. I am currently on Carer's pension (guaranteed income) but work on the side as a visiting pet sitter and am looking to return to part-time work in the next few months. I have a background in conservation, love animals and nature and love getting out in the outdoors with the kids. Ideally would love to share with someone with similar interests. I like to keep a house that's organized and reasonably tidy, though not always easy when you have kids! I know sharing a house could be difficult at times but if you are in the same boat, I'd be happy to have a chat to see if this is something that could work.
