I'm a socially conscious person, I like to have fun but I like quiet time and my own space as well. Love a good TV series. I clean up after myself and keep communal areas tidy (bedroom is a different story, I often have a bit of a floordrobe happening, but it's an organised one) I'm a bit social so won't be around all the time. Currently working as a temp in the healthcare industry which gives me a bit of flexibility. My sister and I have joint custody of my 10 year old kelpie x. Although my dog mainly lives with my sis, I'm looking for a place where she will be welcome from time to time.
I am a 40 year-old male working full-time at a university looking for a place for myself. I work weekdays and on the weekend, I may catch up with my daughter or go to play soccer etc... My length of stay is flexible. I would prefer a smoke-free, pet-free, and clean place.
I am a part time worker who wants to study Beauty Therapy, I am currently looking for a room or even teaming up with anyone, I only have two weeks left at the house I am staying at now and need to find a room ASAP. Any gender is completly fine with me. I am clean and can cook so no worries about me being lazy. I like to say I am a fun person to be around with, I do like parties and also some 'me ' time. I write or do makeup in my spare time, I do like staying at home then going out. I don't like snobby people so if you are one, we will not get along. I am very honest, respectable and I know my boundaries :) If your a bubbly person and out going then we will get along just great, maybe even become good friends. (:
Lower Plenty is beautiful area, just 1 bus to the airport and 5 min drive to Greensborough shopping plaza. 16 km north-east from Melbourne's CBD. which is 30 min Drive or uber for 28-38AUD. 2 Train station is just 5min drive from our place. Most people don't know where Viewbank is (I didn't anyway) but its in the middle/near Rosanna, Yallambie, Eltham, Watsonia, Greensborough and Heidelberg SO if you are interested in living near any of those places this may be of interest to you!! My favourite thing about the house is the back yard. It is big with a beautiful garden, and we have set it up for summer drinks and BBQs. 100 metres down the road we have a pizza shop, fish & chips, mcdonalds, 711, and mini mart. There are three main shopping centres within 5-15 minutes from the house. If you don't have a car or require public transport for whatever reason there is a bus stop right out side the house, Rosanna station (5 min drive). ubers are roughly $25-$35 into the city (at night anyway not sure about the day)
Rent includes all bills. A studio flat on lower floor, outlooking onto a large bushy back garden with its own creek and areas to relax, entertain, etc. 10 minutes walk from Greensborough, train and bus. Self contained with all you need - large room with kitchenette, separate bathroom, glass entrance room, and outhouse laundry/storage room. This is an oasis if you want self-contained independent living, with a dose of nature! Me: easy going, thoughtful and sociable social work student. I like live music, bushwalking, keeping fit, good movies and books. A small cat called Marmoset also lives here, she's shy and won't disturb you. She's territorial but placid dogs and indoor cats are possible. You: 25-45, single occupant, mature outlook, easy going, we'd basically be neighbours and having the occasional chat or sharing a drink would be a bonus. Both of us happy to keep noise reasonably down after 10, unless we give each other heads up! The property is being managed by a real estate agent so if we were to go ahead, they would process an application from you.

I'm Luis but I prefer to be called LM or Lucky. 25 years of age, registered nurse in the Philippines. I'm about to take a bridging course in IHNA for 9 weeks, 4 weeks of which will be in Heidelberg. I'll be studying full time and currently looking for a place to stay. Not picky of place, as long as there is an ample area for sleep and study. As for the flatmates, I prefer those who loves music, movies and can sustain a good conversation anything under the sun and maybe wine or beer lover may do.
Completed my studies in nursing and psychology. About to start my full time career in nursing at the Royal Children's in February 2017. Very clean household, will be expected to pitch in, however keep your room as you wish. The rest of the house is furnished, but space to add own touch. Will need to fill out application for real estate but don't necessarily have to go on lease. Can't take photo of room as someone still in there but can show through house for those interested.
