I am offering a very large room with walk in wardrobe, not furnished, in modern, large unit. Street parking available and small yard. Really nice street and close to many shops. Close to public transport and only 15 mins from the city. I have most furniture, I am just needing to get a kitchen table. 3 way bathroom - separate shower, vanity and toilet
This is a 4 bedroom home currently occupied by 2 people and 2 doggos. 1 room is set up as a study and the other is available to rent. There is a queen bed already in there, a small dresser and pop up wardrobe (can be removed if necessary). The rest of the house is fully furnished as well but there is plenty of room in the lounge if you do have furniture. We will be getting a new fridge to accommodate a third occupant so if you have one that is also fine. There is 1 main bathroom that we share and a second shower/toilet room that is hardly used. The kitchen is quite nice that has a dishwasher (always a plus in my books) and plenty of cupboard space. We each do our own cooking and food shopping. There's a largeish backyard and a couple of old sheds that we have no use for so they are empty for your own use if needed. We do have a gardener that comes out when needed to mow the lawns for us. The 6 months is when the lease runs out but you can re lease if you are wanting to stay longer. P.S. photos used are from the real estate. It's the same house but different furnishings :)
- Very nice single bed room. The room is fully furnished with spacious built in wardrobe. - Non-smoking and clean house with huge backyard. One bathroom and 2 toilets. - $130pw including all bills (gas, electricity, water, internet) - 1 minute to 235/237/239 stop or 7 minutes to G10 stop. Bus takes you directly to city, UniSA, Aquatic Centre, Flinders University... - Close to Churchill Shopping Centre, Coles, Costco, Kmart, Aldi, Hungry Jacks, KFC, McDonalds, Post Office and much more... - Unlimited Superfast NBN Internet. Centre air-conditioning. - Mature and neat people only. Female and students are preferred.
5 minutes commute to the city in a car, walking distance to a number of shopping centres (including North Park, Prospect Coles, Church hill centre), 2 minutes walk to several parks, 3 minutes walk to the bus stop (G10), very central location, few minutes to centre of prospect, dishwasher, Low maintenance garden that gets lots of sun. Shared use of white goods Our preference would be short term stays (ie 2 - 3 months at a time - however we are open to other agreements also). The room does not have a lock but does contain a bed. Bills will be negotiated - based on length of stay and are on top of the listed price.
It's good here at this property because it's safe as there is a electric gate at the front and there is plenty of parking space , also bus stop 19 is directly out the front as wel as Churchill shopping centre , Oh and i/net and bills are included in the rent .
Hey Guys, My partner Jessica and I are looking for a double room somewhere around Prospect. We've been travelling for the past year but are now back in Adelaide and house sitting until the end of April. We're both around 30, I study full time and Jessica works full time. Looking for a pretty quiet place, hopefully with a yard. Cheers
We are a very organized couple. We enjoy learning about other cultures and also we would like to show our Latin culture. We will spend most of the time out of the house but we would like also to share time with our flatmates.
I am a 17 year old independent student about to begin my first year studying at TAFE, I am abit more mature then your typical 17 year old considering I'm independent and have been for the past year. I moved to Adelaide 2 years ago from North Queensland and have been living in and out of family members houses but can no longer due to conflict and wanting to have my own space. I am a very tidy and hygienic person, I like to stick to myself and stay inside quite a lot but do enjoy going out and socialising occasionally. I don't have much family in Adelaide so I do spend quite a lot of time with the family I do have here. I think I would be a great room mate and I hope you think so too ✌🏽️
My name is Leah I am the owner of the house. I look after the garden and general maintenance around the home. I am in the process of moving out as I have recently got a job in Sydney, I fully relocate at the end of April. I am looking at replacing my room that I am in at the moment. I live with 2 other friendly girls (one is my cousin) who are awesome to live with and are both 20 years of age. House is fully furnished but BEDROOM IS NOT
Really close to Prospect road with cafes and shopping centres within walking distance, 10mins. G10 bus goes straight down Prospect Road to the city and is a regular service. The house is also next to a small park which has some native trees and a basketball ring. Overall it's a quiet, leafy street and on a small hill.
Large (4.3m x 4m) furnished room. Only ~5km to city. ~ 300m walk to bus to/ from city. Shopping centre within 800m. Other transport links nearby. Solid brick 1920s bungalow with modern extension. Stays quite cool in summer; has ducted gas heating for winter. Room for 1 small car (&/ or bike) off-street (tight turn).
This is a brand new house. It has 5 bedrooms but only looking for 1person. Outdoor spa.Large alfreco area. The 2 tenants will share there own living room. Large kitchen with bulters pantry. Nbn Internet. Only 1 street away from shops, post office, bus stops. 6kms away from cbd.
We are a young couple looking for somewhere to live I study at Flinders University and my partner works at mawson lakes woolworths part time We have a husky puppy that loves peoples and attention. We are in desperate need of a place if anyone could help please contact me we are happy to live almost anywhere in the northern Adelaide suburbs
Hi everyone! So I am looking to move into a new place, as the lease for my current place is running out in July. I would prefer to stay somewhere that has a lease of at least 12 months, but am okay with a 6 month lease. I would also prefer to live in an all female house, as this is just what I am used to. I work part time as a youth counsellor, and have graduated from Psychology, Social Work and Addictions Counselling degrees at university. I also tutor university students when I get the time in between my counselling job. I am a bright and bubbly person, who is easy to get along with. I enjoy talking to housemates and catching up at the end of the day, but I do like to have my own space as well. I like going out partying every now and then, but not all the time. I enjoy reading, tv shows, music (I have a record player, love to collect records) and I am obsessed with cooking, so can certainly whip up some yummy meals to share! Love a good wine and cheese movie night. I love animals, so would be more than happy to move into a home with pets. I also love gardens, so a place with a garden would be awesome!! I am looking to move somewhere not too far from the city, and with easy access to public transport, as I do not have a car at the moment.
Quiet daily routine .. Up early and go to work .. Eat out a lot .. Wife and Son live overseas and I Skype every night .. Bed early generally .. Outside smoker .. Keep to myself and this schedule generally .. I respect others and their need for privacy .. I sell Trucks and Heavy Earthmoving Machinery ..
A Professional in my late 20s, looking to get a place closer to work and just the Adelaide CBD in general. I'm more of a quiet individual, and not so much into partying anymore! I'm into gaming, and am also a musician (not a drummer, so there's no excessive noise!) and enjoy seeing the occasional gig out in town. Would prefer somewhere north of the CBD.
