Hi guys! I've recently moved down to the south-west late last year for a fresh start and I want to move closer to Bunbury. I'm currently working as a casual retail assistant, involved with some of the theatre groups in Bunbury and Busselton and a volunteer for a Non-for-profit organisation in Perth. I'm 26 years old who is a quiet introvert and my big hobbies are photography/media production, theatre and computers/gaming. So I'll be either out and about or be staying in my room which would be great if you're after a quiet roommate.
I have lived out of home for about ten years now so I'm very independent and cleaning up after myself is second nature, I have my licence and car, rent is priority and is always paid on time. I am friendly but mostly keep to myself, good sense of humour and can get along with most ages but mostly younger.
This is a large property, with heaps of space, very quiet area. Quite house mates. Split system for heating and air conditioning in bedroom, as well as brand new blackout blinds. TV connection in room, some furnishings (queen bed, built in wardrobes) if needed. Share a bathroom with 1 other tenant, shared laundry with clothes line, and kitchen. Under cover parking, easy access to public transit. nearly unlimited internet access, theatre room doesn't get used, just needs a tv. Shared lounge room and Netflix available. Unfortunately not pet friendly as we have 2 dogs and they love people but not other animals.
The house is on Beaufort Loop Millbridge, the site keeps changing it when I correct it. I work fifo on a 2/2 roster. I’m looking for someone quiet, clean, respectful and who doesn’t mind watering plants every couple of days. Non smoker and no pets please. I’m the only other person in the house so you’ll have the house to yourself for the 2 weeks im away. I’m fine with you having a few friends over as long as they’re also respectful. No parties. You must be able to pay rent on time and contribute to bills too, especially as you’ll be the only one there for 2 weeks. There’s 3 unfurnished bedrooms to choose from, all are about 3x4 meters with double mirror sliding wardrobes. You’ll be able to park your car in the secure garage too. The house was built in 2017 and is only a couple months old. Preferably someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff to bring with them as I’m not one for clutter, you’re room is your own space though. Available to check out and I’d prefer we meet before anything gets signed.
Spacious 4x2 walking distance from the famous Ravenswood Hotel. Inncludes foxtel, netflix, wifi, enclosed garage and you will be there alone most the time because I do fifo. I have a staffy which will be in and out of the house while i am away and can sort out cheaper rent if help with looking after him. U will have choice of 3 rooms. The house has a big backyard with a shed which has a bar in it which is always good for a beer or ten. Also includes a bbq undercover and outdoor washing line and retic. There is plenty of room inside the house and includes a study nook large open plan living dining tv area and a theatre.
I'm relaxed, clean, reliable, and friendly. I work full time, and i'm looking for an unfurnished room or to team up to find a place. I would prefer Eaton or closer into town, but my main priority is a relaxed, stable household. I'm usually off doing my own thing, but I would enjoy having sociable housemates who are happy to chat/hang out occasionally. Dog friendly is a must - I'm planning on getting a puppy/dog in the near future, and I can assure you it will be well trained/looked after, and hecking adorable. Any questions, hit me up!

Hi Im Javier; recently relocated to Melbourne from Sydney to do further study and for a fresh start. I study mathematics, psychology & econometrics full time (science & commerce), and have just completed bachelors in Arts (Philosophy) and a BMed at the UNSW - so just getting a broad-based undergraduate education- aka don't know what I really want to do in life. I know there's a real world out there somewhere - but one's reality is what one makes of it. I am honest, decadent, carefree, playful, and take pleasure in the lost art of conversation. I'm usually quite sociable and I enjoy drinking wine, reading, sailing, philosoph, gallery showings, and painting in my free time. (i have recently started to dabble in painting - there's something therapeutic about flirting with colour) As for myself I am pretty much as laid back as one can reasonably get (or so i like to think) I avoid preconceiving of people based on age, gender, race and the like and am thus quite open as to whom I live with, its very difficult to cause me irritation. I have lived in shared accommodation for many years, and feel that the ability to be open and upfront about any issues that may arise is the best way to make it work; and save ourselves the passive aggression and resentment that may otherwise slowly fester. When living in shared accommodation I am looking for more than just a room - but for sociable housemate(s) who are down for the occasional drinks and conversation as well as having people over from time to time - that said am looking for people who have not forgotten that the pleasures we afford ourselves are the things that make life worth living. As for money i have enough to get by for an entire semester at the moment thans to my stint in day trading, and my mother - though I am looking for some part time work - that said I will have no issue paying rent. And i am clean - and have cultivated a habit especially of keeping common areas free of clutter though i don't particularly mind if you are messy. Fee free to contact me directly on my cell
