Gday, I'm Neil, 22 years old I'm a roofer with Gutters Plus, working 4-5 days a week. I'm financially stable, friendly but not nosey, neat & tidy, honest and easy to get along with. Very open to Teamups it seems to be the better option. I am currently rent a room in Glen iris for $100 p/w plus monthly bills but am required to move out as the house is being sold. Cheers, Neil Studsor.
I have lived out of home for about ten years now so I'm very independent and cleaning up after myself is second nature, I have my licence and car, rent is priority and is always paid on time.

I am a respectful 25 roomate/ friend. I have returned home after traveling for a few years. I am neat and tidy person willing to help out. I don't smoke or do drugs. Don't party but enjoy a few quiet ones every now and again. I am Saving up money to build a house but fornow I'm looking for a few down to earth fun loving mates to live with and rent. If I'm not at home you'll either find me at work, gym or at the fire station volunteering with the city.
Nice older type house in a quiet area with lots of birds. One street back from the Coodanup estuary. Close to transport, the high school, Peel Health Campus and Mandurah Forum. . Good quiet neighbourhood. Lawn parking only . One bathroom but we manage okay with that....... I have one other flatmate who works away. Nice backyard for entertaining. Would suit a fifo worker, student or someone working fulltime. . We are easy going and friendly and would like one other flat mate to join us. Please ring me if interested... This is not the actual bedroom but similar (old photo).. It is an older type house, not a modern 4 x 2 house. Cheers Kathryn .Sorry no pets

Hi Im Shawn; recently relocated to Melbourne from Sydney to do further study and for a fresh start. I study full time (science & commerce), and have just completed bachelors in Arts (Philosophy) and Medicine at the UNSW - so just getting a broad-based undergraduate education- aka don't know what I really want to do in life. I know there's a real world out there somewhere - but one's reality is what one makes of it. I am honest, decadent, carefree, playful, and take pleasure in the lost art of conversation. I'm usually quite sociable and I enjoy drinking wine, reading, sailing, mathematics, philosophy, gallery showings, and painting in my free time. (i have recently started to dabble in painting - there's something therapeutic about flirting with colour)
